For all of us longs on Adelphi to day is a promising day, hopefully something is in the works as far as a buyout.

Finally it looks like Adelphia is going to settle the SEC lawsuit. The stock shot up today, not because it is great news that they have to pay 700+ million, but because this clears the way for a possible buyout.
