I watch this stock pretty closely. It has slowly moved up to from .019 to .024 on no news and low volume. This may be working towards losing its "E". I'm not sure. But it does deserve to hit some watch lists.

Ive been watching BUGS since it was .60
Seems like the last couple yrs they have been late in filing. SSWM is late in filing as well !! Has anyone done any DD on BUGS ? I thought the pay for performance would really take off, especially with Uncle Sam ! Thoughts ?
