I'm doing DD on IDTA for almost a year now ! as you all understand the company debt is very small ! O/S and A/S is 2B shares (the float is around 400-500M IMHO) ! Market Cap is 3.6M $ according today PPS! According "that" article on the israeli site 2004 sales is almost 1M $ ! (check my previous posts from 2 or 3 months ago, I dont know is that resource is very reliable so take it FWIW).
Check the previous PR's since early 2003 ! The company have a lot of connections all over the world - Greece, Brazil, Romania, Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Chile, USA, Israel ,Australia, Ecuador, New Zealand and many others ( check the PR's).
according March 2004 PR ( http://biz.ya hoo . com/pz/040302/53531.html) "Identa recently received the first purchase order from the Romanian Ministry of the Interior for about $50,000. It should be noted that this is the first in a series of orders promised for 2004."
You can guess that just Romania purchased 150000 $ at 2004!
PR stated that the major police departments NYPD and LAPD evaluating the products - they didnt ordered yet - This could be very interesting when they start to order !
IMHO profit margin could be at least 30% - I'm guessing that manufacturing costs per unit is less than 1 $, the retails pays at least 4 $ per unit ( although polices and customs pays for other kits it is the same ratio IMO ).
Other Expenses 250000 $ * ---------------------------------------------- Operating Income 350000 $
Interest, tax and the other staff 100000 $ * ---------------------------------------------- Net Income 250000 $
* my guesses based on 2002 Income Statement adding rational growth .
so Profit Margin is 250000/800000 = ~ 31%
EPS (earning per share) will be 250000/2B shares = 0.000125
and P/E ratio ( price / EPS ) will be 0.0018/0.000125 = ~ 14.5
This is far undervalued in any term ! This is ridiculous, even GE and Wal-Mart P/E is around 24 , other startup and tech companies P/E ratio is more than 50 ( check YHOO, AMZN , EBAY , LEXR and others )
Conclusion:
Based on previous PR's and a lot of estimates, guesses and reasonable speculations I build the above estimated income statement.
lets take 50 as "reasonable" P/E ratio for IDTA ( based on other tech and other "developing companies" ( like ebay, amazon etc.. ) LOL ...
Yes IDTA share worth at least 0.00625 IMHO (on 800K sales )!
IMHO sales will be much more than 800K in 2005 based on previous PR's ( Romania 100-200K, Germany 200-300K and etc..) so IDTA will be back in the pennies !
IMHO the PPS will bounce very soon, when investors will realize that and the MM too!

BTW I dont think IDTA going to be listed in the near future (this is very expensive processes ) maybe in 2 years, after we grow a little !

I honestly believe you will find it more exciting tomorrow. You have to remember a lot of alarms went off today via daytrader's filters. They might have been tied up with other plays, and didn't go to bed with them, and will have some cash to put into IDTA tomorrow morning. I think it will gap up, but even if there is weakness afterwards, it will be recognized as a buying opportunity not a time to sell. I think lil picked a good one here, it has more going for it them a pump. It is company doing well, with good news, and a run started. Look at todays volume, if tomorrows is equal to or greater than, I think you're looking at .004/.005, easily.

hey lil stnkng1 here hey i have been doing a little DD on this myself atleast as much as i know how to do. i also beleive this should be atleast at .01. how long are you gonna hold if you dont mind me asking. i have $400 to spend in the morning and if it dont take off first thing in the morning im gonna try to get in around .0023 or so you dont think that is to late do you in your honest opinion. i have to hit something my luck has been terrible lately. To be honest....I may take a little around the low .003's just to cover some of my investment..But, I'll hold most till at least .08 It will get there...I will play the dips and get as much as I can at these levels........I really like this company. How many sells did you see today? I saw one at 73,000. Will is right..buying tomorrow with the volume of today or more will set this up very nicely........Just don't sell, they'll have no shares left and need to raise the pps...This is how the game works.....Don't let the MM's win...Let us win for a change....

Check out this link. I use the chart for DD. I have never seen a prediction quite like this. Read the "directions" at the bottom of the chart for the description of the graph lines. Very impressive at the least.

I use it along with other charts. I think it is a good tool to help judge a stocks potential movement. When I saw it tonight, I was amazed at the movement of the prediction. With that said, I'll be watching other charts tomorrow as I trade. I just don't want investors buying because of this chart. do you think the 5 day forcast screen is fairly accurate. and what does beta 2.69 mean. one thing i dont care for on this is on the chart it doesnt show price it shows volume but there really isnt no lines for the price. 1 more thing what does p&l mean long has a red -.23 and short has green .23 just curious and thanks. i really thank you for answering these questions.

If that is accurate then it isn't trading now. Of course, MM's aren't suppose to short stocks either, only in emergencies, and settle in certain amount of time too, but we know that isn't always done.

One thing I can say......Over the past 3 days.....LOTS of buys......and Not many sells.... everyone that has bought over the last couple of days are not selling. They are holding out for better...This is so good for the next run or when the PR is released....It will run even harder. Sometimes low volume could be a good thing...NO SELLERS!!!!

Still holding freebies on this one from last run. It all depends on the volume now. Float was ate up pretty good last run, then retraced and consolidated for a few days. With another 15M-20M day you might see a double off of this .003. Remember lil had this pegged to run to .008, there's still time. Now you can see it is a good company with good product not a pump.

Well, it didn't get any attention today, less than a million volume. I didn't sell, no reason to, sitting on free parking. Any volume and it will be back in play. If y'all are looking for one in the meantime check TTCS, hit .0028, up .001 on the day, fell off to .0019, and closed up at .0021. The strong finish indicates it has more for tomorrow.

Why no interest in this? Looks like it could really move with volume. IMO of course, which shouldn't mean a lick with my total lack of knowledge of these crazy things. Anyways, first post, thanks for letting me lurk and learn for awhile.

Crow, this is what this stock does. If you look at historic prices and volume, before last move, you will see that for weeks this stock moved every day, or almost every day between .0016-.0020 with very little volume. It bursts every now and than and than goes to sleep foe a while. Now we have a new base to wait for another move up. So be patien, it will go up again. :0)
