Business Editors / High-Tech Editors

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 2005--
GlobeTel Communications Corp. (OTCBB:GTEL) today
announced that the company has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with
the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The
agreement with NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center at Edwards Air
Force Base in California positions the company for future governmental
partnerships and business development ventures.
The LOI will create a framework for creation of a Space Act
agreement between GTEL, the developer and provider of the Stratellite,
a High Altitude Platform (HAP) Airship, and NASA Dryden Research
Center.
The parties also envision that the agreement will employ
provisions for joint advocacy and proposal development efforts in the
pursuit of future new business opportunities of mutual benefit.
The agreement will provide NASA and other agencies the access to
the Stratellite for the installation, integration, and deployment of
NASA sponsored sensors and other projects. Under the proposed
agreement, other government agencies may, in cooperation with NASA
Dryden, utilize the Stratellite for their projects and requirements.
Timothy Huff, CEO of GTEL, stated, "It is a great honor to be
working with an organization such as NASA. The Space Act agreement
will give GTEL access to additional capable personnel and technology,
accelerating the growth of both GTEL and our wholly-owned subsidiary,
Sanswire Networks LLC, and take advantage of the opportunity that lies
ahead of us."
A Stratellite is similar to a satellite, but is stationed in the
stratosphere rather than in orbit. At an altitude of 10 to 13 miles
above the Earth, each Stratellite will have clear line-of-sight
communications capability to an entire major metropolitan area as well
as being able to provide coverage across major rural areas. Several
Stratellites linked together could cover many hundreds of thousands of
square miles. The Stratellite will allow subscribers to easily
communicate in "both directions" using readily available wireless
devices. In addition to voice and data, proposed telecommunications
uses include cellular, 3G/4G mobile, MMDS, paging, fixed wireless
telephony, HDTV, real-time surveillance and others.

From their webssite

http://www.globetel.net/about/letter011005.html

January 10, 2005

To Our Valued Shareholders,

At GlobeTel, our Board of Directors, management and staff feel privileged to have been afforded opportunities for growth and thank you for your confidence and sharing in our efforts and goals.

We have, by public news releases and our web site (www.globetel.net), endeavored to keep you and the general public timely apprised, informed and aware of all significant events.

In December 2003, I described our vision for a 3-year plan. The year 2003 was for corporate restructuring and business reformation. The year 2004, was to develop investor strategies, capital funding, product definition and business development. Finally the year 2005 was revenue growth and building value in the public markets.

I set forth a two-pronged strategy for developing value for GlobeTel:
Growth of High Volume, Low Margin Carrier-Based Traffic. We ran on average over $1 million a week in carrier traffic during the fourth quarter of 2004. Our carrier business is in full swing and our focus will now turn to making it a very stable and increasing the profit margin. We plan to light up the international gateway in Hong Kong in the first quarter of this year. This will increase our worldwide carrier network capabilities and give us a high-margin based business for our Asian traffic. The carrier business forms and creates the backbone structure for our value added products like Magic Phone and Magic Money.
Investments in New High-Margin, Value-Added Competitive Products. These investments are necessary to complement our carrier-based revenue and eventually become the primary business of the Company. Value-added products like Magic Phone and Stored-Value Programs, which includes MasterCard money remittance programs and prepaid calling cards, will combine with the carrier business to create high revenues and high margin-based businesses.

Today, at the beginning of Year Three, we are poised at two important milestones for our Company:

Milestone 1: The Expansion of our Stored-Value Program; and

Milestone 2: Sanswire's Launch of the Stratellite.
Expansion of our Stored-Value Program:

We have invested heavily in developing the infrastructure, business and partnering agreements, products, services and support over this past year to effectuate these initiatives. We have described these products and services and their progress in various press releases.

We will expand our Stored Value programs in Mexico, the Philippines and India, the three largest money remittance markets in the world.
We will begin expansion by adding calling card functionality to millions of debit cards in Mexico in the first half of 2005 and will repeat the process in India and the Philippines.
We will also expand our prepaid calling services into new markets in the second half of 2005.
A full telephony product line will be introduced in the first quarter of 2005 and launched in key markets by June 2005.
Our goal is to have 6 million Stored-Value cards and over 1 million MasterCard money remittance customers worldwide by 2006.

We project that these products and services will provide such revenues and margins that the Company will show profitability by the end of the second quarter of 2005.

We are breaking new ground in these markets with new and innovative approaches and are very cautious about any blue sky forecasting. We are confident of what we believe will be our successes but trust you understand our conservatism as to any projections.

Of course, these are estimates only and based on things currently known and in motion. As we all realize, situations can change locally, internationally and also dramatically. We anticipate revenues to increase through the second, third and fourth quarters as these new launches gain momentum throughout the year. Our focus this year is to make the company profitable while staying focused on building products and services. We will become driven to add higher-margin businesses and bundled services.

We believe our longer term goals of $250 million revenues by the end of 2006 are achievable and realistic, based on solid products and services and the successful implementation of marketing strategies.

None of our projects or revenue goals include our exciting subsidiary, Sanswire Networks, LLC (Sanswire). Sanswire is too explosive and exciting and it would be impossible for us to offer any believable forecast. This brings us to the second milestone.
Sanswire and the Launch of the Stratellite

GlobeTel intends to be the first to reach the Stratosphere with Sanswire's High Altitude Airship - “Stratellite,” overcoming the final barrier that has limited the further growth of the communications industry - “the Last Mile.”

We have scheduled the launch date for the Stratellite prototype for March 25, 2005. Prior to this, on February 21 and 22, we will have the Partners and Technology Summit to be held in Southern California. This conference was rescheduled to allow partners from many interested parties to attend. We have one opportunity to get this right, there is no reason to rush it or to have a meeting that doesn't allow the maximum participation in the Summit.

This venture is difficult for many to understand as well as its impact on the world of communications and how it will affect the value and exposure of GlobeTel. The launch date was chosen to allow closed testing for certain groups that require it and again there is no reason to rush the launch. We are currently ahead of the industry and we believe we are in the unique position to be the first to reach the Stratosphere with a stable airship platform.

In August, I described our Company vision, as our ability, “to enable individuals to communicate at any time, anywhere in the world, to transact and interact personally, financially and in a simple straightforward way that they have not been able to do before and to free individuals from the confinement and inflexibility of technology and to provide them with more freedom, choices and options.”

We have shortened our vision to “Communicate, Interact and Transact - Globally.”

GlobeTel will, in the future, be able to deliver integrated voice, video and data through the development of Internet Protocol (IP) Super Hub infrastructure, the ideal platform for High Performance Rich Content applications.

The present interest in the Stratellite project includes high profile investment individuals and companies, commercial interests and those in the highest levels of government and the military. In addition to a number of requested meetings for presentations, there is also substantial media interest.

We have intentionally not included any revenue projections for the Stratellite project as the potential and possibilities are quite staggering. We also have a lot of work yet to be done on all aspects of the venture itself.

Finally, I would like to expound on another very important and critical component of the growth of our Company, our application to the American Stock Exchange (AMEX). The application to the AMEX has been submitted and it is presently under review.

We have been asked why we are pursuing this direction. There are several key reasons, among others:
Going to the AMEX gives us the ability to attract the attention of money managers and funds that we can't talk to now;
A specialist is assigned to the stock to represent the Company, to provide in-depth information for investors, including projections and company goals;
Many investors and investment firms have guidelines such that they cannot be associated with firms that do not have a certain status.

Our four major areas of business - Carrier Traffic, IP Telephony Products and Services, International Magic Money and Stored Value Cards, and the Sanswire Stratellite, can all be considered companies within themselves, each are viable and though there is some shared overhead, we intend for each to stand on their own and be successful and profitable in their own right. We do not want to be totally dependent upon one single venture or project.

We are excited about our future which we share with you as part of our GlobeTel family and our partners worldwide.

You have my commitment and that of our entire GlobeTel team to do our very best in utilizing our energies, talents and resources to meet our goals and objectives.
Sincerely,

Timothy Huff
CEO
GlobeTel Communications Corp.

here's something to think about....how much does ONE single space satellite cost? more than the market cap of GTEL....and GTEL is in OTHER stuff as well....
with NASA and the military interested, the cost of development and initial production will be EZ to manage...

i hold a small portion of my shares with the intention of keeping them for a year or more

it still has to fly tho....

I'm confused.. Which company is making the stratelites: Sanswire or Globetel? Then which company should we be investing in?

Posted by dellamorte dellamore on :

It looks like Globetel purchased Sanwire's " Stratellite " technology in the form of shares , and all current shares of SNWR will become or be registered as Gtel shares . I don't know if there is a cutoff date for this such as when a split or a dividend is announced , but Sanwire will have a name change in the future and trade under a diff symbol eventually , but Gtel will own their technology .

Here's something to think about , since about a year and a half ago , all insider trading for Gtel has consisted of sells . It's just a bit curious that the officers of a company who feeel they have a great product would be selling instead of accumalating . Could be just some profit taking , because i don't know how much they still own . Each sale seems to have been executed at the pps the stock is at now , about . Could it be some sort of pattern , don't know .

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=GTEL.OB

Also , Gtel operated under two different names in the past , AMERICAN DIVERSIFIED GROUP INC , and TERA WEST VENTURES INC . Don't know if that's cause for suspicion but it seems as though ADG has had some run ins with the Sec .

Now , i'm still a bit skeptical of Gtel , as anyone should be of any penny , so i need to do a bit more investigation about it's operation . This Stratellite thing sounds like a wonderful innovation , if it is for real , but there is no way to really know just yet .

Right now , they are saying all the right things , promising to get off the pinks by year end hopefully , potential deals with NASA and telecommunications companies because of the Strattelite , and the planned maiden voyage of the prototype Sanswire One on March 25th .

It all sounds terrific , but i wouldn't get too excited just yet , that is if you are contemplating holding Gtel and not just playing with it .

Posted by dellamorte dellamore on :

Oh well , at least i own a stock that is doing something , but i do hope this Strat thing is for real .

Posted by glassman on :

i THINK it is for real....
this co has gotten too much visibility out of it to be faking the ATTEMPT....

it may not fly.....but people have said that things won't fly for a long time haven't they....

the whole market cap of the co won't buy ONE space satellite. that's why i'm willing to try this one..

It's taking off babes , up a penny already.

I know nothing about stocks, trading, etc. I bought 20,000 shares @ .01 ea. when co. was ADGI. It was a lark. You can bet I'll be riding this ship to the end! Hope it comes in! Wanting to know - if application to AMEX is accepted what will that mean for co., for us? Anything?

Posted by dellamorte dellamore on :

If they get accepted on the Amex exchange , it would mean more prestige , more exposure , they would be taken more seriously , and they would get some " legitimate " analysts attention , so it will only be a good thing for the company and investors .

Those same things could be a negative for them if they aren't on the up and up with their financials or press releases because of the increased scrutiny , and there is still no guarantee they will ever be on one of the major exchanges , they are only planning to file an application at this time . They project by year's end everything that needs to be in order for this next move should be ready .

The next big move for this stock is that Sanswire One prototype thing , that little test launch they are planning . If this thing is legitimate and it works , then who knows how far it can go . If it's vaporware , this thing will tank harder than Pauly Shore's career when people realized he really wasn't funny . I don't think too many people are interested in GTel's other ventures , it's all about this Stratellite thing .

Up almost another again today , that's three days in a row it's moved up . 14 cents right now , very nice . There was a lull for a spell , but i attribute that to the obsession with the AA announcements , now that the wasted hype is gone for that , everyone can get back to trading . This thing isn't stopping , unless some profit takers jump out . So glad i dropped some dogs and hitched my ride on this one .

I am not so sure about that. In the near term - yes. If you look into GTEL, you find that they deal with telecommunications and VoIP, amongst other things. While the recent buzz is about Sanswire's Stratellite and will be a very big part of the company, GTEL's other positions will gain momentum if the Strat is successful. JMO and certainly a long look into the future, but I believe this company has the legs.

Up 3 cents at the close , this could be for real . I think it's the most exciting penny stock going right now . Just watching the the streaming quotes was like experiencing an action movie , with twists and turns , and epic battles . The movement was wild , but the " good " guys won out in the end .

I'm hoping by week's end , considering it has gone up three days in a row at this point , maybe , just maybe it can break through it's 52 week high of .19 , then who knows where it will go after that .

I still don't want to get too excited , because it could go down just as fast as it went up , but i'm thinking the interest in Gtel is growing everyday , and the buyers are jumping in , they don't want to miss the ride .

So , here's hoping to .20 plus by the close on Friday , but i would recommend you temper your expectations in case it doesn't happen . Heck , why not .20 plus before Friday . Allright , i'm getting silly now , time to chill out and enjoy it while it lasts .

Sanswire Networks Signs Agreement to Launch Stratellites in South America
Thursday January 27, 8:01 am ET

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 2005--Sanswire Networks, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GlobeTel Communications Corp. (OTCBB:GTEL - News) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to build and launch Stratellites throughout South America.
The agreement calls for Sanswire to enter into a Joint-Venture Agreement with Orlando, Florida based Dynamic International Networks, Inc. to build and operate Sanswire's high-altitude airships called Stratellites in various South American countries. The Agreement calls for the first Stratellite to be launched over Lima, Peru to provide various wireless services to the Peruvian capital and surrounding areas.

Communications operations in Peru will be handled by Dynamic's affiliate, Beacon Supply Comunicaciones, S.A. of Lima. Sanswire will handle all matters associated with the Stratellite. The Joint-Venture operating company will be called Sanswire Peru and will offer new services such as wireless broadband, VOIP telephony, and video. Funding for the project will be provided by Dynamic International Networks in conjunction with support from their local Foundation partners.

"We knew our expansion into South America would be an important part of the Company's growth. This Agreement will significantly expedite that process," said Michael K. Molen, Chairman of Sanswire Networks. "Not only will we launch a Stratellite in Peru, but our partners have plans to expand into all parts of South America. Because of the limited infrastructure in that part of the world, the Stratellites are a perfect solution."

Founded in 1997 in Orlando, FL, Dynamic International Networks, Inc. offers consulting services in various state-of-the-art technologies. The Company does business in several South American countries, including Mexico, Peru, Brazil, and Venezuela. Currently, the Company is developing the Bolivar Telecommunications Project called "Bolivar" with the vision of integrating Bolivarian countries with state-of- the-art technologies and shared solutions that provide a variety of communications projects and strategic alliances.

"We have followed the progress of Sanswire and the Stratellite project for some time now and we are extremely excited about bringing this cutting edge technology to the people of South America," said Ernesto Uribe Abad, President of Dynamic International Networks. "Together with Sanswire, we will change wireless communications in South America forever."

A Stratellite is similar to a satellite, but is stationed in the stratosphere rather than in orbit. At an altitude of only 13 miles, each Stratellite will have clear line-of-sight to an entire major metropolitan area. A Stratellite will allow subscribers to easily communicate in "both directions" using readily available wireless devices. Proposed telecommunications uses include wireless broadband, cellular, 3G/4G mobile, MMDS, paging, fixed wireless telephony, HDTV and others. To learn more about the Stratellites, visit the Company's website at www.sanswire.com .

This commitment will expedite the development and deployment of the Stratellite for both commercial and military use.

GTEL also recently announced that the company has added former astronaut and Space Shuttle Commander, Rick Searfoss, Colonel, USAF Retired, to the Board of Directors of Sanswire Networks, LLC, adding his expertise to Sanswire and also to liaise with NASA.

Huff finished by stating, "This placement, which had significant demand from institutional investors, will allow us to more aggressively go after the share of the markets we are in. We continue to take the necessary steps to deliver growth and value for our shareholders and achieve exciting new milestones and successes for GTEL in 2005 and beyond."

Sanswire, GlobeTel Partner on Stratellites for South America Market
Jan 28, 2005 (AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION via COMTEX) --
Sanswire Networks, a wholly owned subsidiary of GlobeTel Communications Corp., today said it has teamed with Dynamic International Neworks to build and launch stratellites throughout South America.

The joint-venture agreement with Orlando, Fla.-based Dynamic International, named Sanswire Peru, calls for the first stratellite to be launched over Lima.

It will provide wireless services to the Peruvian capital and surrounding areas, including wireless broadband, VOIP telephony and video.

Communications operations in Peru will be handled by Dynamic's affiliate, Beacon Supply Comunicaciones S.A. of Lima.

Sanswire will handle all matters associated with the stratellite. Funding for the project will be provided by Dynamic International in conjunction with its local foundation partners.

A stratellite is similar to a satellite, but is stationed in the stratosphere rather than in orbit. At an altitude of only 13 miles, each stratellite has clear line-of-sight to an entire major metropolitan area. Proposed telecommunications uses include wireless broadband, cellular, 3G/4G mobile, MMDS, paging, fixed wireless telephony and HDTV.

I'm not concerned about this one , it took a bit of a hit on Friday , but that will happen with any stock . It closed up 4 or 5 days in a row , the profit takers had to make an appearance eventually . I look for this thing to climb even higher next week .

Posted by Thorn on :

Could be. Nothing I was watching did any good on Friday. I chalk it up to a bad stock day. Still, I'm not convinced it wants to go up just yet, based on Thursday's activity.

Posted by gainster on :

I'm gonna start stocking up on some of this myself. I think with the right contract and once they actually get the stratolites up there. This one's gonna see $1.00-$4.00 easily. They basically would have that market cornered. Always a plus when you don't have competition.

They come out with good PR like I eat. And that's alot.

It's tanking today , two days in a row , down almost a penny .

Posted by dellamorte dellamore on :

It's recovering a bit , that's nice to see , the coup,e of down days were bothering me somewhat , this one is still in play , although im more humble this time around , and patient . No , it's going crazy stuff . It seems as though there were some profit takers and i guess shorters the last couple of sessions , that will never change . I was wondering why on the days it was going down , there were buys , some signifigant at the ask , and it still went lower . Some buys were above the ask , and it didnt make a diff . So even those falling sessions showed signs it was only temporary .

Just glad it's getting back to what it was before the mini fall . I don't expect it to go nuts everyday anymore , there will by a couple of doldrums here and there , but it seems it's trending up overall .

GlobeTel Provides Update on Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, Sanswire Networks, LLC

February 28, 2005 08:03:00 (ET)

MIAMI, Feb 28, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (GTEL, Trade), announced today that the Board of Directors has authorized its CEO, Timothy Huff, to create various Specialized Business Units (SBU's) under its Sanswire Networks LLC subsidiary, to accommodate the diverse and global market demand for its Stratellite high altitude airships.

These SBUs will include: a Military division, Governmental division, Commercial division, Research and Development division, Latin and South American division, Asian division, European division, Middle Eastern division and other project specific SBUs as may be necessary to expeditiously capitalize on opportunities.

Mr. Huff stated, "Due to the enormous global interest both commercial and military and unique users in other sectors, we needed to have team specific groups that could focus all of their efforts within certain business segments. It is clearly our intent to capitalize on the demand for our revolutionary platform in an expedient and thorough manner. Our objective will be to develop highly competent action teams that will provide our military and commercial customers with service that exceeds their expectations. We have identified strategic partnership opportunities in foreign marketplaces where our action teams on the ground will saturate the customers that we want to serve. The quality of candidates wanting to participate in our technology is unsurpassed. All of these units will be divisions of our wholly-owned subsidiary, Sanswire Networks LLC."

Mr. Huff continued, "The demand for our Stratellite is mounting daily. Given the success of our recent Technology Summit in California, it became very clear that we are seen as a leader in our field and we are focused on building a solid corporate structure with a thorough approach to the marketing, development and roll out of our product."

If you read todays PR, in it, it says that the Sanswire One will be launching early April... kind of a side note in the stock.

Look for this to rise, then fall back to earth a bit, when they have a PR saying the date is officially moved back. Look for it to hit .35 tomorrow, sell, then trend back to mid-high .20's

Then I would rebuy.

GlobeTel Initiates Global Strategy for Sanswire
Tuesday March 8, 9:58 am ET
Establishes Sanswire Europe Through Joint Venture Structure
Sanswire Europe to Make Wireless Access Available to All European Citizens

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 2005-- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (OTCBB:GTEL - News) today announced a global strategy for its Sanswire Networks Corporation subsidiary. It has signed a Letter of Intent to immediately establish Sanswire Europe S.A., its first regional operating subsidiary. Sanswire Europe will be a joint venture between GlobeTel's wholly owned operating subsidiary, Sanswire Networks, LLC and Strato-Wireless Ltd. (SWL), in which GlobeTel will own 55% and Strato-Wireless will own 45% of the shares of the European Venture. The new operation will be managed jointly by J. Randolph Dumas and John A. Jensen, Jr., both former senior Managing Directors at global investment banking firms. Both principals have decades of business experience throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Sanswire Europe is being formed to generate government, military and corporate contracts for Sanswire's Stratellite platforms within Europe. Stratellites are specialized airships, that will be placed in the stratosphere to be used for transmitting virtually all types of wireless communications and content. Sanswire Europe will extend the Sanswire franchise into Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Eventually, other regional Sanswire entities will be created to develop opportunities in other regions including Asia and Latin America.

"Our strategy is to create geographical action teams with highly qualified partners whose access to capital sources and direct access to senior government and business leaders, will allow for rapid deployment of our Stratellite technology. Our Partners have the capability to mobilize and seize on the advantage of Sanswire being the first mover to launch and have commercial use of a high altitude platform airship, in our case, the Stratellite," Timothy M. Huff, CEO of GlobeTel stated. "Sanswire Networks, LLC will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of GlobeTel and GlobeTel will maintain majority ownership of each of the world-wide partnerships we will be forming. These partners will bring significant value to our Company."

Mr. Huff added: "SWL represents an ideal partner for both GlobeTel and Sanswire. SWL's global business experience and relationships, combined with the entrepreneurial style of SWL's principals, creates an exceptional foundation for the launch of Sanswire's wireless capabilities within Europe. We believe that the initial relationship will rapidly expand into other countries with the SWL partnership."

J. Randolph Dumas, Chairman of Sanswire Europe, remarked: "We are excited about the opportunity to develop the Sanswire franchise in Europe. The unprecedented technology inherent in the Stratellite airships represents a unique opportunity to deliver a full array of communications services for the benefit of governments and commercial interests alike."

"The access to wireless communications through Sanswire will enable millions of people to benefit from this technology in areas where cost-effective communications have been limited or impossible, historically," added John Jensen, Vice Chairman of Sanswire Europe. "To this end, we intend to move quickly to establish Sanswire as the preferred platform for delivering wireless communications in the twenty-first century," he concluded.

Sanswire Europe will drive the European strategy by integrating clients' special voice, data and video requirements with the resources of Sanswire's newly established Research and Development Division. This division will provide technological and operational expertise and support to meet each client's particular needs. The first prototype of a fully operational Stratellite is scheduled for launch in early April in California.

Randolph Dumas, a resident of London, England, has lived and worked in Europe for the past 25 years. He was a partner of Salomon Brothers International Limited responsible for the firm's European corporate finance, mortgage securities and real estate investment banking businesses for a number of years. Subsequently, Dumas founded and became the Managing Partner of two prominent private equity firms: Dumas West & Co (a 50:50 partnership with the "Baby Bell" telecommunications company, US West) and Rubikon Partners, a firm focusing on European LBOs. Dumas has had extensive experience working in virtually every business sector and in every country within Europe and in much of the Middle East. He maintains strong relationships in these countries at the highest levels.

John Jensen, also a London resident, has lived and worked in Europe since 1992. He spent 32 years in various management positions at Merrill Lynch, from which he retired recently as Vice Chairman of Global Equity Capital Markets. At Merrill Lynch, he led the management of more than 500 equity offerings including large, high profile European and Asian privatizations, primarily in the telecommunications, technology and natural resource industries. Jensen's experience provides an in-depth knowledge and keen understanding of the dynamics of the relationships between governments and commercial enterprises globally. He is also Chairman of Pelham Sloane Ltd., a designer, manufacturer and marketer of patented, all-in-one computers, based in London, England.

GlobeTel Announces 2004 Results of Operations

March 31, 2005 10:04:01 (ET)

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla., Mar 31, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (GTEL, Trade), with its filing of its SEC Form 10-KSB, today announced that the Company had revenues of $28,996,213 in fiscal year 2004 resulting in a net loss of $13,166,869. The net loss incurred represented charges to earnings under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles of $4,491,581 in option expenses to certain employees, officers and key management. Approximately $1,000,000 of the loss was attributed to professional services, making the net loss attributable to operations approximately $7,675,288 on revenues of $28,996,213. During the previous year 2003, the company reported a net loss of $6,202,426 on revenues of $11,351,939.

The Company attributed its net loss to both capital and normal expenditures incurred in the process of growing the Company including additional equipment, software and payroll expenses to further develop its Stored Value Program and funding for its wholly owned subsidiaries, Sanswire Networks, LLC and Centerline Communications, LLC.

The Company stated that the revenues and resulting losses were not unexpected and that the Company was able to obtain its goal of growing its revenue base in 2004.

Timothy M. Huff, CEO of GTEL, stated, "We cannot be more excited about the Company and its future than we are at this very moment. We wanted to grow our revenue base in 2004 and we did just that. We needed to invest a substantial amount of money in 2004 to develop our products and as a result, we are now ready for significant profitable revenues. The difficult part was that now we have to take this large loss as a result of these expenses."

Mr. Huff added, "We have invested millions of dollars in our Stored Value Program and that is currently being launched. Sanswire One, our prototype high altitude airship, is being completed and we have hired several respected NASA engineers who are working diligently to complete the project. We have attracted institutional investors to our Company and we are in the process of applying to move to the American Stock Exchange. So we are very bullish on our future and we expect many exciting opportunities and advancements in the years to come for our shareholders."

This could be one of the few penny stocks that starts from practically nothing and makes it out of the doldrums . Tempered expectations are always encouraged , because there is never a guarantee , although this one is looking more and more like one of the best otc stories in quite some time . We'll be hearing about it in the news eventually , and when the mainstream finally catches on , we'll have been there in the infancy stage , or close to it .

I have to thank someone from another board for turning me on to Gtel ( don't want to mention his name here , but he knows who he is ) , it was my second penny purchase i ever made , and it has proven to be a stalwart , the foundation to my portfolio .

The excitement level for this stock is coming close to fever pitch , although i'm still cautiously optimistic .

I would say , the odds are still against them becoming a major player , since it seems there are many obstacles to creating a fully functioning high altitude airship ( see the other Gtel thread in the above .10 section for details ) , but there is a chance Gtel can revolutionize the communications industry , as some people have pointed out , and that's an exciting thought . Not only because of the stockholder's potential profit ( or already realized profit if you've been flipping it ) , but because in some small way , you as an investor were part of the ride , figuratively speaking .
