this product almost seems to be good to be true, a 5% confirmed reduction in gas consumption is awesome. they back it up with some pretty powerful numbers based on my state of oklahoma, according to the PR this could save the country about 2.85 billion dollars annualy in govt. fuel consumption. Talk about responsible spending by the govt. if they were to use this product. not to bad, not to bad at all.

I was the one who recommended it. I started an XLPI thread late yesterday, but it has disappeared this morning.
XLPI is the original manufacturer of the product we knew as Slick50 in the 70's and 80's. Slick50 and the subsequent marketers of the product did not have the tests that Xcelplus has, and were forced to go out of business.
The CEO told us that whenever each of these companies started up with the product, they on average went from 0 to 37 million in revenues the first year. Right now, XLPI is completing contracts with Asian Rim countries, and are in talks with retailers such as Pep Boys, Walmart, etc...
This stock was at 4.00 before a split in July and then again up to 1.67 before another 3:1 split. SInce then, it has fallen and over the past 2+ months has been gouged on the Berlin Stock exchange.
Once they are off of that EXC, and finalize their contracts, there is no celing for this baby.
1. It has a viable and proven product 2. It has the tests and verifications 3. It is marketing it globally 4. They are introducing Class A preferred stock at the end of the month 5. Low Float for a penny stock
Do your own DD, but in the Penny world, these things speak VOLUMES.

CEO said a letter was submitted to get them off on the 10th of December. My guess is by the end of January. I have been watching the trading ALOT over the past 2 weeks, and they are over their avg daily trades by 2-3 fold during that time. They used to avg about 200,000 shares traded per day, but over the past 2 weeks, its been between 1.1 and now 6 million.
My guess is that the shorters are trying to get rid of their shorts before it is removed.
Either way, I cant wait until their earnings come out at the end of the month. Even without major income from retailers this period, they have a call center that has been growing since the middle of last year.

Shorting and naked shorting have been the main cause of this stock being driven down as far as it has.
It actually didnt go below .10 cents until the company paid a marketing agency with shares. Due to the agreement, the agency tried shorting the stock so that they could reap a larger benefit before the finalization of the contract. There was another instance where the company paid for services with stock shares, but according to the CEO, they are making enough income to pay for expenses from revenues, not stock.
As I read more and more about the new SHO regulations, I cant wait until the 5th, 10th, and end of the month to see what will happen here. The only good thing is that Ive been able to accumulate at these low prices.

I would say not yet. I don't think that this will move much on this news. This is going to need a pr stating that they have orders or letters of intent from the governments they are dealing with. I do think however all it is going to take is one pr containing the above and this is going to take off big time. With all the govt testing that has confirmed everything the company is saying it should do very well. They also have a very attractive share structure I found this on the company site. 300 million Authorized 125 million +- Issued / Outstanding 27 million Float +- We are a NY Corp with primary offices in Saluda, VA If this thing can do what they say it can do then look out. With all the tree huggers in the world today people should go nuts over this with the angle they are working (environmentally friendly)

MLON is dropping like a rock to, So let me get this straight. You would rather ride three stocks down and hold on to one that had tremendous hype and went nowhere then to buy into one going up. And if you think after this many billions of volume come into a stock, prrm, and it doesn't move, you should run and find one that can. And riding a stock into the basement won't make money either. XLPI has moved up 113% since its open on Monday, and did not drop below that open any time this week.
One thing to remember is that this company has done not 1, but 2 3:1 stock splits as shareholder dividends since July. They were as high as 1.67 when they did the second split.
The company also didnt give out alot of PR's from october to this week becasue it was dedicating its time to building the business and establishing contacts. Once those contracts get signed, I think the PR's will come out like rain from a spring shower and be plentiful. Remember... this is just one area of the world they are shooting at right now, and already have 2 containers shipped to Germany for a marketer to aim towards retail there.
Plus the standard retailers like Pep Boys, Walmart, etc...

Super news, We just landed a contract today for Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia today through Mac -Y of Malaysia. First years order $2-3 million this year with a stipulation for a 200+% increase for year two. They have signed up a nationally known racer in their country to promote these products in their region of the world. So they are also committing to support for the products in these areas.
I will travel to Thailand Sat-Sun for Meetings on Monday with the Thai military, contracting companies as well as the Prot authority for Thailand.
We will have our first order upon returning form Thailand. Things have finally broken free for us here... We are still looking for funding but this should be easier with sales now coming in in huge increments.

I don't think it has anything to do with a cheap stock like this. Probably has more to do with big boy stocks. It's a way to identify a safe stock when the market turns.

XLPI spent most of last year buying its services with 504 stock. It wasnt until they went through two attempts at raising capital that the stock started being shorted immensely and went from .55 to where it is now.
Comparitively, it will only take good Quarterlies, a few more contracts, and the sky is the limit. Take a look at the float, the fact that they have a product with a historical track record going back to the 70's, and that they are on the ground floor of going bigtime. This may not be a trading stock of any real value, but come Q2 and Q3, watch out.

Somebody just paid .007 for 100000 sh. and some pretty big chunks at .006 have been going through.
Hopefully we get a PR on the far east sales soon. This stock and company have a LOT of potential for growth. Every day that greenhouse gases keep adding up, oil prices keep increasing and enterprises want to keep their fleets at 100% is a day that XcelPlus will be in demand. After going over the XcelPLus website extensively, I am impressed with the honesty, hardwork and perseverence that Bill, et al have demonstrated. I'm not in for much here (300K sh or so) and am prepared to lose it all but I just have a feeling that if they can keep getting sales (like the recent one), they're bound for success. I truly wish them well.

There's word of some contracts actually coming through (read Argonath's previous postings). I can't see this staying below .01 if we get a PR of a valid contract. Much more upside potential than downside at .007. Just my opinion.

Guys and gals Just a heads-up--there's now a Raging Bull board for XLPI discussion.
We shall see. The CEO is heading to Thailand this weekend, and is going to be showing the Thai military the use and worth of the products. Thailand is a small niche in Asia, but imagine once word spreads there. Look also in Q2 for their seller in Europe to make some waves. The EU is a Kyoto pact mainstay, and they are ALWAYS looking for products to help the envinroment in their countries.

I think everyone who has stock is being VERY smart and holding right now. If there are any shorters out there, its a good possibility that within a few days they will need to cover BADLY.

CEO is back. Shareholder letter came out. 1.5 mill sale and 3.5 mill contract for next year. They are also finalizing more sales for next week. Expect a PR soon. (I assume)

I think that with all the volume and %increase in PPS, it will trigger alot of filters. Many investors will see the news after close today and be looking to jump in at open tomorrow. JMO.

In my opinon this company has a great product. They need to create an agressive advretising campaign. I think the reason that they heve not gone right for the american market is that American retailers will want proof of sales figures overseas. If the company can produce more advertising and public awareness I believe we will see great things from this company. Also MADE IN THE USA........I'm hoping for a nice PR this week....fingers crossed

Re Target PPS--I think some have posited 50 cents within a year if they keep hitting on all cylinders and make a move to fully reporting/OTCBB. Just my wag from various speculations I have read. The float isn't too big (300MM area) but we need some hard numbers to really put a PPS on it. Hopefully they keep keeping us informed and not go so long without a PR. More than anything we need an overall company update--i.e., what are the current revenue projections for the year, what's going on with the chemical company they were supposed to acquire, the bottling plant, Direct TV ads, inroads into U.S. retail, move to fully reporting, etc.

SALUDA, Va., May 20, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- XcelPlus International Inc (PINK SHEETS: XLPI), XcelPlus International (http://XcelPlus.com) announced today that it has received its first order for export to Thailand. "This purchase order is a great leap for our company as we are finally merging onto the highway of international commerce so to speak and becoming a real selling entity" according to company President / CEO Mr. Bill Smith.
This order for Thailand is just a beginning as the company in Thailand that will distribute and market our products has also signed a contract with Response TV Thailand (http://www.rtvthailand.com) to produce and air an infomercial 30 minutes long to promote our products throughout their country. Response TV will be handling all of the inbound calls, fulfillment as well as up sales for the Thai company. Sorry I didnt get back to you... been on vacation the last 3 weeks in the Ukraine (Odessa).
I still own my 143000 shares, and intend to keep them for awhile. My first target price is going to be .85, and whether that comes by the end of the year, or sometime next year, I will make some decisions then. Everything foundationally is going absolutely beautiful, and once they get fully reporting, there is no stopping them. I mean, check this out.
1. 300 million total shares out. 100+ million owned by CEO.
2. Tested product already formulated.
3. Financing - 12 million
4. Contracts - 3.5 million gauranteed this year when they only made revenues of 142000 last year in direct sales.
5. New joint venture in Thailand to build a plant.
6. Domination of Asian and indo-china markets within 1-2 years.
7. Info-mercials set to be run within 1-2 months.
8. New PR and media office it appears as judged by 4 PR's in 2 weeks.
9. Marketer in Germany still to be heard from.
10. Havent touched North American markets... untapped potential.
I could go on.
I have always found it funny... people on these boards will write tons of posts on 'dream companies' like CMKX and to a point, QBID but none have even a 10th of the potential of this stock, and while still at .028 a share, I cannot beleive that it isnt being recognized.
