Good point, or what about an upside for sertain companies? What companies would profit from such a massive clean/up rebuilding? Another Haliburton??

If you want short term gains, look at:
-TAYD (although on it's way down) -CLWT -STRN -SDIX (this may be your next Haliburton) -NYER -ASLG
