or am I pretty much screwed with this one? Has anyone heard anything. I know they are waiting to hear from the SEC.

SEC suspended them til 12 noon on DEc. 14th. You have to wait till then to see if its dead or not. You don't lose your shares though. If the company is worth something then the shares can be traded privately. But If it was worth something it would take care of this too.
