Hey Guys - do you think that is good - or bad ? ...

When does the Split would be happend ? Today ???

Your gonna love this.

This will not be good for this one reason.

The Authorized share count of 2 billion that is there now, will remain the same after the reverse split. This means that after the reverse split they can crank out more shares back up to the 2 billion amount.

The only real time a reverse split is even remotely good is when the Authorized share count is adjusted along with all the outstanding shares.

Hope this helps.

Reverse splits are hardly ever any good. If they are doing it to move up to a new exchange its ok but it's mostly a death bell for the company and shareholders. I've been through a couple of them and would sell any stock I had on the news of another

Vultures must be circling this one. I can not see how this would be good for the stocks. I would say that 9.9999999 times out of 10 it is a very bad sign. This thing is going to be worth a little more a share, then it will go right back down to lower levels. The only plus side I can see is with fewer shares it will move more on news (and probably head right back down the sh^%er), which is better for an active trader. If you ask me this is a bad move.

However, I still like this company in the future. Once prizewize gets off the ground a little more and once they start making some money from their "patches" and comstruction company (and whatever other companies they have their tentacles into) this may turn around. I was happy to hear about their investment in the construction company several months ago. Vegas is still in a position to provide lots of money to constuction companies. Additionally since I am on the topic of Vegas... Something to look into is water over there. They are in the middle of a desert. How are they going to get water to the growing population? Something to look into for investment purposes over the next months/years. GLTA

This can't be for real! It says the meeting will be held on January 5, 2004->(last year) all throughout this memo??? I think a short is in the woodpile???

Any other opinions?

Reverse split,
I predicted this months ago. Everyone thought I was crazy. Now who's crazy?
I said it would fall below a penny before year end and my prediction is coming true.

Now in subpenny land and sinking like a rock. Glad I got out a while ago.

Where did this come from? The document has January 2004 as the shareholders meeting date and it states a 1:30 reverse split. Where did the 1:40 split come from?

Hi buckwheatbob !

Think this will run !!! What did you think ?

I wish they had done advertising months ago as promised after the kinks were worked out of the system.

Is DirectTV better than cable or local channel advertising?

We will have to sit and wait. I do agree that a reverse split is not a good thing but with the type of companies that TFCT is aquiring, the future can be very profitable.

Well at least they won't be able to lie about the results of the DIRECTV spots, we can watch the PW site after the l3th and judge for ourselves. Right now, besides coins, nothing moves. I've had more things expire than sell. I've even tried jumpstarting some things by entering tickets in my own raffles, but gave that up too.

COncidering how low we hit today, I believe .0065, I will settle for in the .01 range again as a finish for the day.
