Jim, Don't buy it on the basis of todays news. I'm assuming that you're referring to this p/r:
American Scientific Announces Coverage by Market Advisors with a Short Term Price Target of $0.11
I only pasted the headline because it's a somewhat lengthy p/r. Anyway, Market Advisors is another paid pumping firm. At the bottom of the p/r they tell you that they were paid 1500.00 to initiate their coverage and write their report.

i have asro @ .013...i bought in a while ago (nov?), i don't even know exactly why but it looks like it'll run this week, strong finish at the end of friday.....we'll see.
