You and me seem to be the only people interested in this share.
My investement in this is down to less than the commission on the trade
I could participate in what I think is a pump, and try and get the price moving up to benefit my money, but I would rather warn others of this stock, as I believe it is crap. That is all.

American Card Services Launches Internet Platform Permitting Check Cashing Outlets to Load Value to the Ultima Card
Friday October 15, 8:45 am ET
ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 2004--ACS Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:ACSJ - News) announced today that its Ultima Card(TM) reloadable debit cards can now be conveniently loaded via the EmpaSys(TM) internet platform. This web-based platform is specifically designed to be accessible and simple to use for the approximately 11,000 neighborhood financial service centers (check cashers) nationwide, and other merchants that do not process credit cards.
"Neighborhood financial service centers are strategically well suited and conveniently located to sell our products and load cash value onto our Ultima Card(TM) products," stated Walter H. Roder, President and CEO of ACS Holdings, Inc. Most customers of neighborhood financial service centers regularly transfer money to loved ones. Ultima Card(TM) cards serve this market with a powerful and convenient two-card product. Now neighborhood financial service centers can provide valuable services to their customers. We anticipate that our program will receive strong and wide acceptance, because it gives neighborhood financial service centers a state-of-the art and lucrative profit center.
"The ability for cardholders to add cash value to their ACS Ultima Card(TM) cards and pay their recurring bills electronically at their neighborhood financial service center is a major step forward in empowering the unbanked consumer with quality financial services," said Mr. Roder.
Check cashers and merchants can enroll today in the EmpaSys(TM) bill payment program by visiting www.payallbillshere.com. Upon enrollment participants can load value onto ACS' Ultima Card(TM) cards and provide customers the convenience of paying their bills electronically. The only stock I know for sure that I'd invest in long term is USCI check out the post on them.
But good luck on trading...we all need lots of it and a lot of DD whenever we buy pennies. Hope this helps.

I am trying to see the the value of their reloadable debit card and find it tough. If any of you have been to college you know it is the same as a cafeteria card. You get the card, go to a machine, insert your card, then insert money, and the money gets put on your card. But why didn't you just use the money in the first place? So, how much actual interest is there going to be by the consumer on this? So I find myself asking if by buying this stock am I investing in a useful product or in the stupidity of the public? Look at TFCT and prizewise. Really now, why the hell would I buy lottery tickets to win an item I want with the certain chance that I will not only not get the itm but not get the money back either! Yikes! This does not compare to Ebay in any shape or form. With Ebay, if you lose the bid you keep your money. This, to me is certainly investing in stupidity if you buy into prizewise.
