New Firm Provides Homeland Security for Every Home
SGNJ Provides Advanced Personal Property Storage and Protection
Tuesday , July 20, 2004 12:02 ET
KALAMAZOO, Mich., Jul 20, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Americans of means are more concerned than ever with protecting themselves and their property. Valuables such as paintings, collections, boats, antiques and cherished family heirlooms are more vulnerable than ever to looting, acts of terrorism, natural disasters and acts of God. Of greater importance, is protection of individual life and family safety.
In response to this growing need for personal security and protection of life and legacy, Storage Innovations Technologies, Inc.(OTC Pink sheets: SGNJ) will construct the first of what promises to be hundreds of advanced ultra- secure individual storage and safe-keeping facilities in Kalamazoo, Michigan during the fourth quarter of 2004.ws
Unlike typical storage facilities that sit above-ground and are accessible to anyone with a bolt cutter, units developed by Storage Innovations Technologies will provide the most advanced, state-of-the-art security and protection possible.
SGNJ President Andrew Alspach explains, "Our facilities will include safe houses, which clients can use to store and protect anything from rare coin collections to yachts, impregnable panic rooms and underground shelters built right on the client's property, to provide the ultimate in protection for the family."
Alspach, with over 20 years of construction and property management experience, points out that the creation of SGNJ will force the multi-billion dollar, highly fragmented personal property storage industry to face the realities of 21st century America.
"There are over 6,000 self-storage facilities in the U.S. accounting for more than $16 billion in annual sales. Two main players account for 20% of this. The rest is divvied up among 5,000 individually owned and operated 'mom & pop' style units. The practical security these facilities offer is minimal. The personal property stored within the facility is more valuable than the facility itself and anyone with a bolt cutter and a pick-up truck could easily do away with a family's most cherished, irreplaceable possessions. For the most part, these facilities have the structural integrity of a Quonset hut. Anything from a class 2 tornado to a team of terrorists could reduce them to rubble in seconds."
The SGNJ plan is to build their own branded ultra-secure storage facilities at a rate of 6 and acquire and upgrade up to 20 existing facilities per year thus generating sales of over $21 million by 2006. Alspach concludes, "The need is now and the demand for ultra-secure personal protection and property storage will increase as the threats of the world start creeping closer to home. Storage Innovations Technologies will be there to satisfy the demand from the underground up."

Low volume stocks cause of low OS. They have been doing better than large volume ones recently.

I feel it should do the same as company building anti-nuclear basement in the 60s. The fear of terrorist attack is present in every home now and they should bank on it.
