I continually see the posts where people
make references to the number of shares
they have. I was just wondering with this
board alone how many shares are controlled
by its members. Once the numbers on the
o/s are posted it will be interesting to
know what percentage we all have...

I have 4.5 Million Shares and plan to add
more to my position come Monday.

6 mill @.0001.I would have bought more then if I hadn't got talked out of it by bashers.I believe it was here on allstocks I read a guy sold 10 mill. before this even started to move.Said he would tell us before he sold another stock.

One further note, some of you know of the halt in buying at some brokers awhile back. I took the precaution to have the broker mail my certificate, then signed & sent it back. This may not cover the shares I bought last week.

18+ Million I bought 4 1/2 @.0001 and about 5 more at .0002, some at .0003-.0009 and I will be buying more on Monday. I wired money into my account Friday. Everything is pointing to this being much bigger than people dare say out loud for fear of sounding like a pumper or just sounding too unrealistic. UC is said to have said that the value of the shares is .50-.60 without taking into consideration the naked short shares. I plan on being long with my 18+Million and may play with the yet to be added shares. I haven't sold one share yet and am not tempted sub .005 and shouldn't be tempted sub .05 at leat 1/10 of what UC thinks it is worth. -Debi

Hey shadow, I WISH I had those 61M you said I have, but that's a mistake. Change mine to a mere 3M. (2M @.0001, 1M @.0008) And I plan on holding these a long time, barring any surprises.

Thought I'd chime in for the first time on AllStocks! I bought in before I really did my DD just because of all the excitement surrounding it. Now I'm on the band wagon too! Finding it a little harder to fall asleep at night...

I'm a newbie and still learning the ropes so you probably won't see my name come up much. I guess I'll be what you all refer to as a "lurker" for a while (except for the occasional dumb question).

Thanks to all for being so open and willing to share your wisdom and experience. Its helped make my introduction to the world of pennies a pleasant (and hopefully short lived) one!

I have what seems to be the lowest yet, under achiever I am. 390K shares. I plan on adding more on Thursday when my money clears the bank. I figure next week, provided there are no substantitive PRs the price won't jump up too much but who knows. I COULD have had 3 million but I waited, waited, waited, waited, waited, waited and waited like an idiot and like a day before my new account opened, boom, the price jumps.

At least I am in, that is all that counts. If this plays like Qbid did, and I am thinking it may, we can see .03 which would be just dandy for me.

It is funny for the institutional float
I checked a score of other penny stocks
like qbid, lbtt, tfct,... they had 0%
instituational investment. Then I checked
Lucent and Qwest... Lucent had 18% and
Qwest had 25%... Definitely funny that
this stock sitting in the .0001 range days
ago would have such a high percentage.

I only have
3725000 shares. I would buy
more, but Scottrade wouldn't let me buy CMKX, so I had to buy out of the other account and I kind of sold some things
at a lost to buy what I do have.
Only thing I have left in the TDirect account
to sell is TSBB and QBID and GMZP and I don't want to sell them yet! Have a good rest of the weekend. I'm going to finish putting in an order in Scottrade for some thing and go Water Sking or fishing!

Hey congrats in getting to the stock market game early. I think many of us are living vicariously through you,lol.. j/k but you are ahead of SO MANY people your age. I bet are man TT is so swamped with 'the other pink meat' he's got barely time for his own DD. lol!!! Great to hear you have a nice position in CMKX check out QBID, as I have said before, and possibly IBZT. You may even check out USCI however there is so much rumors, but then again, I heard pretty much the same thing in regards to QBID, IBZT and CMKX and now look at them.

Anyone have any ideas on when CMKX will pop? I'd love to see it hit within the next four weeks... My plan is to use cmkx to get back all the money I orginally put into the market in Feb, plus extra. I think I'll hold like 100k shares long term, just in case, but I am seeing CMKX as a great short-term possibility. What do you guys think? Ohhhh Teentrade, you may want to go check out the Iraqi Dinar thread, if you haven't already. I will probably take one grand or so if cmkx hits and will try to get some Dinars. I know money may be a tad tight, since your parents are probably funneling alot back into your savings, but even a couple of hundred will get you like 175k Dinars or so. Hell maybe even go three way with your family, it cuts down on costs and makes it easier. Diversify!lol.

Way ahead of ya, well first I get all profits for stock, because my dad does stock he realizes the risk etc. so anything I invest and make money in I get back 100%. And the dinars I am def. getting 1 mill dinars as soon as CMKX has its pop. Cheapest ones I have found is 1 mill for about $900 on eBay.

Don't forget to look on www.ebay.co.uk www.ebay.ca and www.ebay.com.au .. depending on the exchange rates and shipping charges (which are often minimal) you can get deals there as well...

I learned a valuable lesson with QBID. Take your money and run before it hits the peak. Don't wait for max. profit. When it dips buy back in. A stock runnning from this low will have too many people looking to take huge profits for it not to have lots of peaks and valleys. I didn't want to take a chance with QBID and missed out on huge potential gains. Hopefully with CMKX I will have the chance not to make the same mistake twice.

just saw yalls little thread nice--15,000,000 shares (free) sold 5 (.0006) to cover and pocket a 1000. Big thank out to followmypicks he was (informing us) pumping haha just playing this the beginning of May. Id tell people play it safe or greedy try to find what you think a top is and sell then either run or reinvest lower. Like were doing on onev right now love the company it just happens noone runs forever.lol be nice though

I'm guessing at least 20-30% of these shares the MM's have right now because of all the selling. So this tally means 0 now. It will be great to see another one after the close on Friday. The .0001 and .0002 will slowly dissipate as we move on towards .10. It still may be good to find out the # of shares out there though. Good luck all!!! Still holding my 2 mill@.0002

I added to my position and with my friends shares added in is 27,000,000 and we are long will sell about 10% around .01 unless news is so good it values it way over this amount. For anyone just riding the wave of momentum. That is great, you will no doubt make some good money-but do keep a little left over in case a fraction of what is rumored is true. I think you would all kick your own butts if you sold at .01 and the share count is 10B and the value is $40. You know I was thinking the $5.00 a share post was a little much. But when you are talking acres of diamonds and valuations for smaller fields at $40-80 Billion dollars it is starting to be in the realm of possibility. It is a fine roller coaster that can make you want to get off at .0015 because you are getting dizzy and then they take it up to the sky. IMO-DD-GLTA-Debi

Let's do a little very rough assumption math here. There are now in round figures 75 people here holding 1 billion shares. Assuming this is representative of the general penny population, that means for every 75 shareholders there are 1 billion shares out there. How many shareholders do you suppose there are? 750? 7,500? 75,000? You do the math. It's astronomical especially when you consider that seemingly everyone knows about this stock and owns some of it.

This kind of gives credence to the naked short scenario. If the company does have a smaller number of shares outstanding it should get real interesting. I think the price has been artificially restrained but it is almost like trying to block the incoming tide. -Kind of difficult.

I'd have to agree with you there. Do you think there could be 75,000 shareholders? By my rough estimates above that means that there is a trillion shares. I think thats right anyway, isn't 1000 billions a trillion? Don't have a calculator that goes that high nor does my head work with such large numbers.

Hi Upside, 1000 billion is a trillion. My calculator stops at 10 billion. When I have to do calculations with the billions I leave the zeroes out and use whole numbers like 40 for 40 billion. It works well and I add the zeroes back in later. I used this to figure out value using different numbers of shares and differing values of kimberlite claims. The lowest value I came up with was .016 using assets of $8 Billion dollars and 500 Billion Shares. That was my worst case scenario. I think the share count will be much lower and the value much higher. I think it is going to be very interesting when the share count comes out. Even if we have a high share count which we could, I think the value of what we own is going to be a lot higher than most think. And I think the short number of shares is going to be mind boggling. If UC has bought back most of the shares as some believe and perhaps as many as 25% of the shareholders are longs who believe there are diamonds and plenty of them in our claims-the MM's will have a hard time covering especially if forced to by a transfer to a different exchange. I was intrigued by the kimberlite and bought for the potential there. I kept buying believing this was short and would have the squeeze of the century. The price hasn't budged compared to the demand for shares. I am happy. I wired money to my broker Friday afternoon. The bank didn't send it out until this afternoon. I could have sent an online transfer on Thursday for slow this transaction has been. If the price stays where it is or drifts down a little before the next PR-great. I don't want to buy high if I don't have to. We are very fortunate to have shares at the giveaway prices. If the MM's had not shorted this I may have only had 10,000 shares or less. IMO-DD-GLTY and all -Debi

Upside-I am not sure how many shareholders there could be. I have at least 10 people in my circle of friends and family who bought shares in this because I think it is great. And I know one of them told a few friends and four are in or buying because of her say so. 75,000 is in th erealm of probability. Plus most of the early investors are penny players who tend to hold large numbers of shares. Also we know institutional holders are making purchases and they hold large numbers of shares. Because the price is kind of stable I don't think there are that many trying to swing the price. I haven't started to yet. I haven't sold one share yet and most probably won't consider it this side of a penny. I could get bored if they sit on it too long and sell a little at .005 but I think the number of share I would have to give up with selling early is more than I want to part with. Also I think UC is controlling exactly how much info he is releasing building up expectations, awareness and the share price. If they do have a killer PR as Melvin has said numerous times I can see the price literally exploding exponentially. If that PR coincides with a change of transfer agents and short share count. We will all need very strong hearts. I think the runs NEOM and AGIS had will pale in comparison. And unlike them I think the share price if based on the value of the claims will not retreat to the same extent. If it is based on naked short shares needing to cover it will eventually find it's true value after those shares are retired. IMO-DD-GLTA-Debi

Hi Knee Hi Boots Gurl-I was wondering the same thing as Upside-it doesn't seem like you were disagreeing with what we were saying but I couldn't quite get a handle on what you thought was ridiculous. Niether one of us thinks the Outstanding share count is a trillion. I think it is probably well under 50B and maybe under 10B. So the number of shares held by so many leads me to confirm the Naked short share theory. IMO-DD-
