news out today on AACS:

Chariot Manufacturing Announces Success at Myrtle Beach
Tuesday June 1, 10:29 am ET

BARTOW, Fla., June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AACS - News) today announced a successful Bike Week event at Myrtle Beach, SC for Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary.

Steven D. Smith, President of Chariot, stated, "We have developed a strategy that has been yielding excellent results at these key Bike Week Events. Through these events we can reach literally tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of potential buyers. In most cases, we receive orders for trailers months after the presentations are made at the events. We sold approximately $52,000 worth of trailers as a result of the display at Myrtle Beach. As a matter of fact, all the trailers we had on display were sold within the first hour of the event. We continued to display the trailers until the end of the event, when the customers took delivery. Our Sales Manager is negotiating with a number of potential dealers met at Myrtle Beach in the VA, WV, PA, NC, and SC markets. We are pleased to announce that Chariot is maintaining a sales backlog of over $100,000 while increasing our shipments in April to over $50,000. We are now operating at a level approximately 40% greater than Chariot has over the last three years of operation. The quality of the product is excellent; I just delivered a trailer to a long-time customer in MS, who has an older, smaller Chariot trailer. After inspecting the new trailer, he commented that the quality and workmanship of the new Chariot is the best he has seen. Increasing the output of the factory is relatively easy. Increasing quantity and the quality at the same time is not as easily accomplished and is a result of a dedicated competent staff."

American Commerce Solutions, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer, Dan Hefner, stated, "Steve and his team of professionals have done an outstanding job of promoting the Chariot line of lightweight, aerodynamic trailers to both dealers and the private sector through motorcycle rallies and word of mouth. ACS will continue to support the plans that Steve is implementing to achieve the sales goal anticipated. I see no reason that we will not exceed our sales projections for fiscal 2004-2005."

Keithsan-what do you use for a screener? Good pick on AACS. I have kept a few shares and bought more on the recent news. Looks to be a slow and steady gainer. Kind of nice compared to the heart attack style stocks. Love em but you can only jhave so many ONEV's. GLTY-Debi -Went out to lunch with my husband and came back and ONEV was .03 higher. Gotta love it.

Debi- no responses till I find out what happened with that ticket. my court advice is very expensive-LOL

JRVR is breaking HOD right now and should crank tomorrow.

Sorry Debi, just realized I didn't answer,

I screen using the screener at smallcapcenter, I have been trying out different things but haven't had much time this week to use it.

AACS: the volume is still there, watch to see if it breaks .03 If so, look out, has been trading sideways forever and most of the last few days seem to be buys! I posted at .02+ and thought it may have enough volume to clear .03....not yet though.

for JRVR, barcharts looks nice!

BARTOW, Fla., June 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AACS) will acquire the assets of Affordable Fiberglass Group (AFG) on June 22, 2004. President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel L. Hefner reported today that Affordable Fiberglass Group's assets would be acquired next week for an undisclosed amount of cash, debt forgiveness, preferred and common stock. "We are excited to be able to set a closing date for this long awaited addition. This acquisition has been delayed on several occasions, primarily due to the complexity of properly evaluating the assets and equitably structuring the deal. AFG produces fiberglass products for many different companies, including our own Chariot Trailers. Additionally, its current owner, Kenneth W. Cleave, as Sole Proprietorship, has operated AFG. AFG and Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. currently share production facilities in Tampa, Florida," Hefner stated. "We will spend the next several months upgrading the tooling, prioritizing the opportunities and continuing to modify the production facility. These plans have been in place for some time, but were put on hold pending closing," Hefner continued. Kenneth McCleave will continue to be involved with AFG under a consulting agreement for a period of two years.
