I have done very little DD on this one , but it looks to me to be oversold. They are increasing their o/s from 100mil to 500mil to raise capital. But it might be a short term winner with some decent news.

Be very careful with this stock. Stephen Carnes is running the show here. This guy loves to pump his companies and raise the outstanding shares so he can make a ton of $$$$ then do nothing with the company and the pps plumets to nothing. Do some DD on the companies that he is associated with like VLDE which is now SGLI. IMHO STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING THIS MAN IS CONNECTED WITH!!!!
Burn me once and thats all it takes.

In late Jan / Feb timeframe. I had just discovered the pennies, and was getting barraged with emails touting FRTE. I luckily didn't do anything, because I was committed to paper trading at first. Then I found Allstock.com, and asked about FRTE. BTW, it was at .09 when I was getting the emails. Glad I never got involved.
