Only read my messages if youyr serious about QBID. Bashers
and pumpers are not why I am reporting. My partner and I did not fly to NO at our own expense to play games!

Here we go!!! 1st of many messages. Hope this helps all serious QBIDer's. As I type, I am eating a Q tv chocolate from the show.

First off, i or my partner are not bashers or pumpers. We met other investors at the ncta as the update stated on the hot line. i also don't know of any b or p's that would spend hptel, air and travel expenses to go to a show.

if you did not know the ropes, you had tp ay $275.00 to get in. Everything i pas on is from our observations and as acuurate as possible.

We went to see about our investment. Having experience at shows/conventions like this, we know how important they are - especcially to a small start-up company like the Q.

The boooth was modest but professional. there were some smaller and some larger but overall you could tell Frank and Rene have some $$$$ tied up in this deal. Locion was great - right by the entrance. Not a lot of glitz and glamour, just to the point. Plain and simple. I am sure that based on my past experience at conventions like this,
Q had 40 - 50 K invested in the show. everything included.

I do not have to prove to anyone I was there. I do have photos of me and my partner at the booth, with frank and Rene and also at the Hustler TV booth with the centerfold---Tera Patrick. Check it out bashers and doubting Thomases.

Frank is just what you see. After spending about five min utes with him, one can tell he has one of those personalities of creativity and ideas. He needs and has surrouned himself with the peole to help him to get his ideas of the ground. Remembe, he has past successes with the Movie Channel and BET. I asked Frank if he paid attention to the internet. He said know, he does not waste his time with people that can't give their real name.
Hesaid he never looks at it--to many phonies. he told us he apprecaited people such as us that were up front and direct. I would say he and the others are very serious about making Q work. There are no guarantees.

Rene Schenk appears to be the key guy. very professional and knowledgeable. He answered as many of our questions as possible. Keep in mind, they were busy and we, along with the other incestors that I talked with tried to let them do their job.

Rene told us point blank that the boooth was only there for a presence. His real task was to meet with the cable carriers. He told me of the meeetings he had set-up with some big name companies. They are names you all know but I do not want to post them. Nothing is set in stone but I will quote rene on this. He expects to have a PR by the end of the week or first part of next. If I may speculate,
and it is only speculation based on what we observed, we think q will have some deals done by the end of thencta. Remember, that is why companies participate in these shows/conventions.

Rewne was very informative about exactly what the soft and hard launch are about. The launches are probably not what we thought. In short, Rene said it is not as easy as "flipping a switch" and your on cable. Without going in to detail, we, the consumers, will probably not be able to get the Q until the end of June, or early July. Those dates are pretty much on target.

I also learned that Cafe Express is not authorized to sell QBID products. I l;earned this from Rene because I was wearing a hat i purchased through Cafe. Rene said they will deal with Cafe asap. Right now it is good advertising.

There were many people at booths like Siemens, HBO, Lifetime that were talking about the Q. In fact our name tags, which I kept as a souvenier, said Q television and had exhibitor ribbons attached. We were actually asked many times about Q television and when they learned we had invested, they wanted to know more. I am quoting, the best I can, "q Televison is getting a lot of attention. It is time for something like this".

In the curl. As i said rene explained the soft and hard launch to me. I do not have the time or the patience to type it all out.
In the booth were two plasma tv's. The tv.s had some of the first programs running. Keep in mind what I said, soft launch, the way I understand wil be for the cable carriers. The hard launch is the final product we will see on cable in june or July> we did see some of the prgramming and i will post shortly about our conversation with the program director who was there. also.

Stev, sorry i don't know his last name, told me about the programming. They definitely do not want to go the way Pride did---xxx. Very family oriented. One of the bog reasons is, remember this, all cable is not like Hustler. Big cable carriers, some of them, want a wholesome look and feel and do not want to cayse a stir with their sharehoders ar viewers. In fact, when I talked with Frank Rene and Steve, about other gay channels starting up, like Viacom, they were not concerned. Their feeling was it would be took risky at this point plus they are so big, they coulnd't get it of the ground in a timely and cost effective manner. It is very hard for a big company to think small. Good examples are in the airline industry.

Why do airtran, Southwest and Jet blue continue to prosper and grwo while Delta, UA, NW, etc have finacial problems?

They can't get or think small. Hubs are out. Get me from one point to another as quickly, safely and as cheap as possible. Which airlines do that?

The same in our cable business.

These levels are very nice. I think with the up and down moves it is having. I can make a lot of money day trading it for a little while. I follow patterns only. The past PRs have come out between 10-11 Eastern time. This week being the exception. I hope that I do not get caught out in one of these. I do not day trade my free shares only the cash I have in.

In the past we have had 2 big pull backs. Both got to .0111 and bounced real fast back off that. You think it will go thru that this time I see. Like I said 2 for 2. 007

These people (QBID) are cracking down on people giving false/missrep'd info. I was trying to cover my ASSSP. The best thing any of you can do is CALL for YOURSELF, or take a trip to New Orleans, or goto California and talk to STEVE/FRANK yourself.
I NEVER STATED THAT IS WHAT STEVE TOLD ME.

I have read and heard(NO NAMES GIVEN) may 15 is a good date to look at for the soft launch. I have proved that this is a legit company and I will not state anything else. do your own DD cause I stated what I knew and heard. Its all good and positive and I am glad to have invested in this company.

I am not a paid pumper nor a professional pumper for day trading. I am an average JOE with a small investment wanting it to make my life abit easier.

diana and I are both correct. The issue is, I didn't want to state a specific date to cover my asssp from legal disputes.

That will be the 4th thru the 10th. The 15th is on a saturday. So if they lanuch it will be friday or monday. But all my plans can change with a PR. I will not respond to your BS again. I sure wished that when I trade QBID last week I would have jumped in to OMOG and bought even more shares of it. But looking back is always easy. Good luck on whatever you decide. If you sell it. I'm debating on whether to get into this in the morning. I put more money in my account last week that will be available in the morning for pennies. My Ibiz and UVCL money is tied up - and I'm down over $1,500 in CDVJ (PAVP), so I'm thinking of averaging down there some and then letting it sit. Or WNMI, or here. Maybe I'll buy some of this and some more CDVJ. Or ALL this QBID for a quick profit (That's what I was thinking when I bought the damn CDVJ on March 9th. Little did I know I married it and it's too expensive to divorce at present)!

Any way, God Luck and Grow Up. Life's too short. Look at all the GI's killed again this week that would love to be able to talk 'decently' to others.... and say a prayer for them while you're at it......

Don't feel bad Bart I could have made well over a grand on gfyf but for some stupid ass reason I held on to take a loss. I seen when you bought those 4 mil shares, as the stock dropped I thought about you. Lessons learned. I am getting wireless internet through cingular for my laptop, I will not let this happen again.

The 888# is very positive. The lady sounds very excited. But thats what she is suppose to do. A great PR put out to the press is what we need. Stating start up dates, advertisers etc etc. Then let the press do the rest for us. That way all can here about it and jump on the board. Next week is so important. We can not take a week of no more news. If we get no news monday or tuesday I see us getting back down to around .01. Everyone is I think anticipating some kind of press release. If we do not get it. I own millions. But, I have given out about half of my shares to relatives and close friends. Hoping that all of us can make a few dollars off of this. To make all of them very very very happy. One dollar will do the trick. For me a lot less. I heard Sydney was great but we would never live outside the US. But for sure off the east coast. Me and the wife will be well off without QBID and will travel around after I retire. I am just hoping that a micro-penny stock just might help it along a little. We plan on visiting Italy, Australia, and many more places. Those are our top two for right now. I myself have been pretty much all around the world. But, never to Australia. I have a friend who went and really liked it. If QBID can just get to .20 I will retire this year. If not and it stays around .02 then 5yrs 10 mo and 23 days. Thank You for the info. I'm sure it appears that way to you and that is unfortunate. There is a long history with Bart and his mouth (so to speak). I used to say nothing when he constantly tried to degrade other people. I just got fed up with him and can hold back no more. We're rough on him just to show him what he was trying to do to others, and to show him what's it like to be on the receiving end.

On a different note, I'm not going to tell you that QBID will be worth many dollars by the end of summer, but I do believe that if you hold until the hard launch, you'll make some decent money.

Sometimes it works sometimes not. I feel luck is about 80 to 90% of investing. I do not beleive in charts, TA ETC at this level. I go on patterns. The daily moving up and down of a stock. Thats all. Hope this gives you some insite to me. When I retire I will be very well off. No matter how I do here. When I was 16 a man told me. If I want to live well how to do it. So I did. But I noticed that at this level you can make a lot more money. So here I am. Plus I get a rush out of it. I am in and out of stocks a lot. My goal by doing that is to pick up free shares. Sometimes it works sometimes not. I feel luck is about 80 to 90% of investing. I do not beleive in charts, TA ETC at this level. I go on patterns. The daily moving up and down of a stock. Thats all. Hope this gives you some insite to me. When I retire I will be very well off. No matter how I do here. When I was 16 a man told me. If I want to live well how to do it. So I did. Spence, believe me, he deserves it. The last thing you should do is listen to Bart aka Short Bus. He tries to pass himself off as some kind of a stock market whiz with millions of dollars when chances are he's nothing but a small fry with all of 500 bucks invested. I guess you're right, although, this guy has had it coming for a long time. Everyone here has kept quiet about him for the longest time and today it exploded. My hunch is that we won't see too much of old Bart around here anymore, as it should be. We are all here to help one another and if you look up any of DQR's, pharmdman's, or my old posts, you will see that that is what we are doing.

1. PR 1st thing in the morning.
2. QBID will move up as normal first thing.
3. If right about PR and it is a fair one. We will see .013 before a pull back.
4. PR will determine the day trading of this tomorrow.

Now if no PR:

1. We will move up right off the bat to .011 to .015 then fall back into the .009s. I do not see us going any lower than the .009s.
2. Reason I feel we will not go below the .009s.
a. The past three days have had higher lows. .0050 then .0082 then .0090. The lows are coming up.
b. Volume will be on the light side. I think that the buy back program has ended. If I am right the volume will be much lighter than Tues and Wed. I feel that this is why the volume was so high those days. It volume really fell off today.
c. The spreads between the highs and lows of the day are getting closer togeather each day.

I hope that I am wrong on the above. I would love to see the buy back program start back up. Drop this thing back down to .005 again. But I just do not see it.

I came in from work and passed out on the couch today. Just woke up and cant get back to sleep, sigh. IMO Bart, there are only 3 ways of sending out the signal so that all of America could see it if they desired. Since cable is broken up by many different carriers and are area specific, meaning not just one cable provider could get the signal to everyone. Ok the 3 ways would be either Dish Network, DirectTV, and C-band. IMO it would be very difficult to ge either Dish or Direct to agree to it because they are so profit driven and owned by a public company who at this point still could be cautious about what Qbid is doing. I would like to have seen the test sent out on one or both of them, the cost could have also been much higher than C-band. The 3rd way of getting the signal to the masses is C-band which is much more liberal, and free to do whatever they want. With C-band you can see channels from all over the world, you can watch some Japanese, European, and Asian television. Not Just America will see this broadcast on Telestar 5. If you could check the satellite out for yourself right now, there is some Japanese station on it. I have had both types of satellites for years and it makes plenty of sense to me to send it out on c-band satellite. And of course the isuue of cost is very important I am sure. As far as being outdated, not really, sure for the best picture quality and sound for movies and shows the digital dishes far exceed anything c-band has to offer. But as far as being a way of sending communications c-band is by far much larger than either Direct or Dish. Hope this makes sense.

Let me pick at this for just another second. What I want for people to understand especially after the remarks a few made about the signal being sent out on c-band on the qbid thread. You will note in the pr it says all of North America will be able to see the signal. Geography lesson, North America is a continent not a country. That means Canada and Central America. But I believe more than that will be able to see the signal. C-band is global. Direct tv and Dish are only and I repeat only available in the USA. Not North America just the USA. Before a person takes the approach some did on the other board, try to clear up your ignorancy of the subject. Get a better idea of whats happening then make your decision. Thank you

OK. Upside I will give you some of my military career. I new you would not bet. I entered the US army on Feb 15, 1968. I enlisted in the Army Security Agency. Went to School at Fort Devens, Ma. I was trained as an 05G. I got the highest security clearance that someone can get. I have been all over the world. I worked out of little Detachments of 3 to 7 person teams. The work I done was classified. I retired on Feb 28, 1988. I was attached to the 313 ASA Bn out of Ft Bragg, NC for a while. Hell all over the place. I done tons of TDY. I decided to not try that BS. Then it hit .0156 and fell back to .0134. I just see no way I will try any day trading now. Unless we get NO PR. If no PR. You will get your .0130. If PR comes out good. Which it will. Then .013 will be a distant memory. Maybe the PR will hold off and come out tuesday AM. If so you got a good chance. But I think that is so remote. It is coming monday. I wish I had the balls to do this.
I tried when it was at .0145 only to lose out on 50000 shares after I started chasing it.
I am still in the learning curve and one thing I know I ave a lot to learn.
I hold 1mil shares currently but I could have had more.
I also sold 400000 shares at .008>.....I feel like such an idiot but I guess you have to pay the price to learn.

Just got back in at .0146. I gave up on .0145. I sweated this one all the way. Now bring on the PR. I stated that if no PR this morning we would go to .017 and fall back. BINGO. Did not pick up a lot of shares. But all plus ones are great. Now I can relax. I needed something to get me excited about the day. So I just gave it a try. The PR is close at hand. A lot of danger in day trading this thing now. Luck is going to play a big role in day trading now in front of these PRs. Good Luck to you. 007 Remember I have no idea what I am doing.
