I am a newbie to this and wanted to get some expert opinions on OSSI. It seems they are just getting into the Real Estate loan business and I have read where many predictors are saying it could be the next Lending Tree, or Countrywide. Do any of you know if their outlook seems good.
I did see where new home purchases and refinancing were up considerably last month as well as it looks like Interest rates aren't going anywhere soon. What do you guys think?
