Should mean a nice gap up Monday AM if it continues to follow its previous pattern.
Keith
Remember Planetlink is scheduled to sell their tracker in April.
If it gaps open watcn for a pullback to buy in if no gap, consider buying in early.
Before market opens watch to see if bid/ask rise this is the heads up that PLKC will move on open.
With any luck it will test their high in a matter of days.

This one gapped down in the morning rose during lunch and hopefully straight up till close.
Long-term trend is bullish and the correction is over. A new rally has started, and now it is the right time to buy this stock and hold it until the next SELL signal. "...RB board

Please just look for yourself at the charts.I am no pro.
Looks like today it will bounce off the 50 MA again. At the upper trend line. Sitting on support. Oversold (not alot, but oversold).
Should move if you can make money please do.
This is going. Nite at .09 1x .92
Product launch is scheduled for the beginning of April my guess would be next couple weeks. This has been running consistently without PR. when one does come I assume it will really take off.
IMO we should break 52 week high soon.
Keith
I would've bet the house closing over .10
Only 2mm's between ask and .101 though. should open well on monday maybe even gap up.
Some big orders going thru at the close volume was high as the whole week combined.

ATNG Announces Settlement
Tuesday April 6, 12:49 pm ET
FENTON, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2004--ATNG Inc. (OTCBB:ATNG - News) announced today that all parties involved in the Involuntary Petition for Bankruptcy have either submitted documents to withdraw their motions or signed a settlement agreement with ATNG.
"We are pleased about the settlement agreements", says Robert Simpson, Chairman-CEO of ATNG Inc. "When I joined ATNG there was approximately $6,000,000 in payables plus significant pending legal issues. The payables (old debt) have ostensibly been reduced to less than 3% of what we inherited from the previous management. Most of that remaining 3% has not been validated."
A motion for Court approval of the settlement will be filed as a joint request of counsel for ATNG and counsel for the petitioning creditors. The completion of the aforementioned settlement is subject to approval of the Court. Completion of the settlement should occur after notice to ATNG's creditors and a Court hearing.
Operating expenses have been reduced by over 90%; nearly all of the old debt is settled; revenues are beginning to grow and profits are predicted in the foreseeable future. The Company shall continue to do its best to settle with the few remaining creditors that have verifiable debt, and to fight for the benefit of its shareholders and investors. ATNG will now resume acquisition activities.

The drop yesterday occurred on lower volume and same this morning.
With the Pr, it looks as if they will be anouncing sales #'s in Mexico soon. They have already started trials for these companys and must be close to a deal or they probably wouldn't have mentioned them.
I'm still expecting this to soar, I may load more myself. This was at .09 before the PR.
Thats a major reason I feel this may be a last shake out of week hands.
Just my thoughts

PlanetLink Communications Pursues Commercial Sales Contracts In Advance of Retail
Monday April 26, 8:30 am ET
Company seeks to optimize near-term revenues and gross profits; Move comes in response to stronger than expected interest from domestic and international companies
CUMMING, Ga., April 26, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- PlanetLink Communications Inc., (OTC BB:PLKC.OB - News), a provider of satellite-based products and services, announced today that it is focusing initial sales efforts of its PlanetTRAKS GPS tracking products on mid-to-large scale commercial enterprises. The Company remains committed to launching the product on a retail basis for individual users upon the execution of potentially large-scale commercial contracts.
``Our ultimate goal is to enhance shareholder value. We believe this can best be achieved by taking advantage of stronger than expected interest from medium and large-sized businesses that are considering adopting PlanetTRAKS as their GPS fleet tracking solution,'' stated PlanetLink Communications CEO, Mr. Dewey Bain. ``As a dynamic company, we have to be open to making adjustments to our strategy that benefit our shareholders and help us reach our growth goals faster. A tremendous opportunity remains in the retail market for PlanetTRAKS, however, we don't want to turn away from potential contracts that can lead to sales of thousands of units to one customer. We are committed to using our Company's financial resources for maximum benefit.''
PlanetLink has been in talks with several domestic US corporations that are evaluating implementing PlanetTRAKS GPS products, which offer a more attractive cost-benefit factor than competing products. The Company recently announced that it has strong interest in PlanetTRAKS from two of Mexico's largest industrial enterprises. PlanetLink is currently customizing its software applications to the country and language-specific needs of those potential clients.
The Company is developing a family of GPS-enabled Mobile Locator Units (MLUs) under the PlanetTRAKS name, designed to communicate real-time location data and other information over the General Packet Radio System (GPRS) to a secure Internet server. Customers may access information via a password-protected web site, or any other Internet-enabled device, in order to track vehicles and other assets.

Anyone...
Shareholders or potential new investors,
I have had many years experience in contract negotiations, never had one that was easy to finalize or timing as expected.
I put together a timeline with estimated events that I felt would be needed to completed this deal, I added a little extra time because the only utility company in Mexico that I found with this size of fleet was backed (sponsored) by the Mexican government. (government sponsored electric company)
My timeline encompassed six weeks, it would bring us to the end of May, I fully expect to hear something by this time, that means we’ve got approximately 3 weeks to go IMO.
Elements that I believe are important;
CEO has a big stake (25M shares) in the success of the company and states is committed to increasing shareholder value.
Market for GPS devices will grow / explode by 10X over the next few years, a very large market for all involved in the many facets of GPS.
Company has low outstanding shares based on the potential sales.
Company is virtually debt free and seems to be moving towards that goal.
The top engineering firm in the country has developed the system, its reputation is on the line.
Product is straight forward, not tons of bells and whistles should offer very stiff competition to other players in this industry.
Company has hit all previous targets for the development and launch over the last ten months I expect this trend to continue through the rest of this year.
Contract negotiations are in process for a MAJOR contract (s), if awarded it could generate significant revenues. I have estimated 16M to 18M on the Mexican deals.
Due to the debt free nature of the company and low overhead structure IMO any sales will have a significant impact on the bottom line and profit potential.
I believe the market is waiting for proof that the system can be sold, once demonstrated the price movement could be explosive and very significant, very quickly.
I feel May 04 will turn out to the significant turning point in the companies history and the current PPS price is providing a excellent entry point!

PlanetLink Communications Enters into Test Agreement with Major Mexican Utility
Tuesday May 18, 10:30 am ET
CUMMING, Ga., May 18, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- PlanetLink Communications Inc., (OTC BB:PLKC.OB - News), a provider of satellite-based products and services, announced today that it has entered into a test agreement with a large Mexican electric utility company. In accordance with the agreement, the utility company will test PlanetLink's mobile asset management system, TransTRAK, in a live environment for a period of 30 to 60 days. The utility company has 72,000 trucks that are in need of vehicle tracking services, and this agreement formalizes the relationship between the Mexican electric company and PlanetTRAKS, PlanetLink Communications' wholly owned subsidiary which markets TransTRAK. Given that this extensive testing phase proceeds to the satisfaction of both parties, the potential client would be prepared to make an initial order for a portion of its fleet. Larger orders may follow as the potential client documents the cost-benefit factor involved with installation of the TransTRAK system.

``We have completed a general test of our product with the Mexican electric utility company. They were impressed with what they saw and that test has led us to this formal agreement to conduct a very detailed product trial and test phase,'' stated PlanetLink Communications CEO, Mr. Dewey Bain. ``There are several other milestones we need to reach with the prospective customer before this translates into revenues for us. We feel confident in the progress we have made so far and we are hopeful that they will continue to be pleased with the performance of our product. We realize that our prospective client, a large utility company, may require some time to go through the requisite channels to make a purchase. We are hopeful that we may be able to see revenues from this venture by the end of 2004.''
The Company is currently finalizing the customization of its server to the country and language-specific needs of the potential customer. It is expected that the customization will be completed in the next three to four weeks. At that time, the test phase will commence and last 30 to 60 days. Upon completion of the test, it is anticipated that the prospective customer will place an initial order.
I am only riding on free shares at the moment... Looking for bottom to jump back I still feel there is much potential here. Waiting for bottom hopefully which is now. will see tomarrow. GLTA
-they were doing that with 2 companies last month so, either things didn't go so well or, it takes longer than people want to wait.

CUMMING, Ga., June 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- PlanetLink Communications Inc. (OTCBB:PLKC), a provider of satellite-based products and services, announced today that it has installed eight TransTRAK mobile locator units in vehicles operated by two large Mexican companies. The Company had previously announced that it has reached separate agreements with a major Mexican electric utility and one of Mexico's largest bus companies to test its mobile asset management systems. Installation of these eight units is the first step in testing the systems in a live environment. The mobile units communicate wirelessly with PlanetLink's proprietary tracking software to provide a wide range of information about vehicle location and behavior. The test periods are expected to last 60 to 90 days, during which time, customizations will be completed. "There has been much preparation and development effort to bring us to this point, and it gives us a great sense of accomplishment to have our first units installed and working for these two prospective customers. Moreover, we are pleased that these companies are both very large organizations that have a combined fleet of 82,000 vehicles that need tracking devices," stated PlanetLink Communications CEO, Mr. Dewey Bain. "We could not have hoped for a better opportunity for our commercial product launch. In the coming weeks and months we will be working very closely with these prospective customers to make this testing period a success, in hopes that we can move forward with initial orders." Although the initial test units are installed, and PlanetLink expects that the testing period will be successful, there is no guarantee that successful testing will lead to a contract.
