since i just opened a new ameritrade account and all my funds are frozen right now with only ~$168 available to trade in non-OTC stocks...anyone have any good non-OTC stocks under $1.00 with potential. it stinks when funds are frozen for a "clearing" period.
...and i am itching to trade something until the cash clears

A margin account will help with some of the problems.

Yes I can through you a bone
Hold your money and wait. Do NOT jump right in. Relax and research. Listen to the wiser among us.

If you don't like that advice. I can tell you how to save on comission. Just mail someone a check! only 37 cents.
I have thought many times it would save money and time to just sent Uncle Milty my money in the mail.

BILLY! DUDE! wait!!!! I know how you're feeling, anxious, ready to make bank! Wait for a minute. You're running on emotion and your gonna get screwed. Maybe not, but be careful! I did the same thing and couldn't wait till ameritrade cleared my funds. The second it did I bought in and loss over 50% in the first 2 weeks. I'm on my way back and that's only because of the wiser ones on this board and dances with bulls. BE PATIENT!

i actually did a complete brokerage transfer from schwab to ameritrade so i hope i find ameritrade to be a better service than schwab. the $29.99 fee per trade with schwab was horrid!!!
