I remember reading about someone who was able to use ameritrade's streamer to display OTCBB info...

You can use command center w/ Ameritrade to display all kinds of OTCBB info.
Level II Last Trades etc.
You can also use streamer. Though I PREFER COMMAND CENTER.
If you have not tried the command center you should.
