BUYTEX: google search showed last PR in 2000, framed certs are for TMEX. usa, offered by a company in england. this is NOT timex! could you please post a link for the reinstatement notice.

volume/price scanners picked it up once it was running; different groups or clubs prolly started it, after somebody noticed the filing at Nevada SoS...just guessing on that part, but it makes sense. Another idea that also makes sense is that once reinstated, company folks got busy, perhaps with various nicks, perhaps with a friendly MM that encouraged volume enough to set off a run. T/S reports & L2s would help figure out how it started...maybe. But, basically, scanners picked up the run leaving .000 into .00
