I don't know about you, but if a company's President and its officers start buying insanely large amounts of its stock, something's gotta be brewing. Don't think that they'll throw in their money if the company is not going anywhere.

The volume on GWDL is unstable. Been extremely high the whole week, then all of a sudden, interests seem to drop off from the face of the earth.
Don't know how well their new product will sell.

How does the fact that these are all restricted shares play into this? Are there any games that could be played here by insiders?

I may be wrong on this. If I am,please correct me. I think we're only interested in common shares. These are the ones we're trading on. The restricted shares are those that are not floating around. So, should not affect the price in any way. The officers in the company bought more than 1.5 billion common shares and a ton more restricted shares, possibly consolidating their positions before the company takes off.
Other than the share buyback, the only other piece of news is the acquirement of the product "Finally gone". I can't find too much information on it, but from what I gather, the product was originally owned by IGIA, which had quite a success with it for the past 2 years.
Anybody with DD or comments, please share.

Your right newdd, I misread the filings first time through. Only 0.5 billion shares of restricted shares bought. Thanks for pointing that out! Some of the other insiders have restricted shares, but they were not recently purchased.

Penny_Stock: A ton of shares were bought by the insiders about a week ago, this could signal something big about to happen. It could also mean insiders are playing a game as previously stated... however, if we play this stock right it will not matter what the reason was.
GWDL has popped multiple times from these levels to the .003, .0035 range and then falls down to the range we are in right now. If you buy in low at the low .002's sell at appx. .0033 or .0034 for a QUICK gain. It's regular, and it's great because you can almost count on it. That is why it does not matter what the insiders reasons were, either way it drew and WILL draw more attention, so not only does it have a regular running up that it does, but now it also has some insider shares that could signal some big news in the coming days, or just get some other traders excited to buy in and run the price up that way too.
See how it's kind of a multithreaded positive thing? That is why I think it will rise...not only that but the TA on this is showing it could be anyday now also.
Do your own DD and watch the volume the next couple of days. BIGGER volume is what we need to get this thing going.

Anyway, i doubt the insiders really purchased the shares on open market, but however, things don't make sense around here since the shares filed on the employee incentive plan on the last S8 was only 900 million, but 1.5 billion share was bought by insiders. SO how did they distribute the extra 600 million shares! This is obviously fishy here. And with such scammy management, i believe anything could happen Posted by robbob on :
Rob, this is part of the company's scheme to pump and dump!!! I dun think the purchases were on open market but like the 900 million shares from the employee stock incentive plan from the recent S-8! LOL, but anyway now that the officers are holding mega shares, enjoy the ride up, just remember to sell on high, NEVER HOLD THIS, SCAMMY COMPANY!

I'm holding for the time being. From the charts, still at support level. No clear break yet. Volume is also extremely thin for a micropenny stock. Then again, go with your own trading strategy. Do what you feel is best for you.
