Can anyone give me one example of a government agency in any country in the world that can back up any of the claims msitf makes in any of the 'press releases".

No, I haven't verified any of their claims with any world governments. You might want to call The US Public Health Service:
"The Company developed this test kit as a result of a license agreement with the Public Health Service in the United States. The West Nile test kit detects the West Nile virus in humans. The Company has also developed a test kit that is able to detect the West Nile virus in animals."

Went to United States Public Health web site unable to locate any info on the test kits or the company.

Ok, then that should settle it for you. I assume you won't be buying it, and will have no further interest.

Did you call the company and ask for
info???

I was/am having concerns about CTKH
and have been trying to get information
from their Investor Relations... they
have "not" answered my questions. They
do however now want to talk>>> So I now
have a number to call them directly.

I also asked the SEC some questions who
gave me some good resources to look into
to get the info. I will try to get to my
email and post.

Bottom-Line - Go to the company ask your
questions. If they do not respond and you
think that some of their Press releases
might be considered misleading then let
them know that and ask again.

Ensure that your questions are reasonable
and not answered through other readily
available sources.

But if they refuse to answer... then a
little note to the SEC could do wonders.
The SEC will help point you in the right
direction and if you do not get any joy
then they let you know how you could
proceed.

Even Non-Reporting Pink Sheets are responsible to investors and there
are mechanisms to ensure that they
are accountable if they want to trade
on the open market.

Take Care
