Looks like FXGP could move up from these levels, keep an eye on it into the close

Posted by Nibblesworth on :

I dumped all but 5k shares this morning. The stock hasn't done much for me, and there is absolutely NO news ANYWHERE that I can see.

If she skyrockets, dandy. Otherwise, no big deal.

Posted by cabbage22 on :

I've made $hitloads on this stock, price movement is very easy to read

Posted by glassman on :

I'm still holding shares at a small loss from last week and I will add if it starts to get a little hotter again. Upward movement on this small volume is encouraging

Posted by cabbage22 on :

What caught my eye are the large buys going through, most around 100-200k

Posted by cabbage22 on :

and of course AGIS and NITE waking up and hoping up on the bid

Posted by glassman on :

I chased it first run last week and had to work all week to lose only a couple hundred not chasin this time.
I remember you told me to follow nite-- will have earned my level2 board soon so I can follow that advice.

The float has turned over so many times between .011 and .016, it really limits the trading range. BB's have tightened, and moving above shorter term ema's. Due for a breakout IMO

Posted by glassman on :

That's what i was counting on but I got a little bored--I kept a small position to make sure I didn't ignore it when it finally does go.

Not holding my breath either, the hype has died down and it will be a slow mover. When or if news breaks it will move fast

Showing big money flow shift on the 10 day chart, this could move today

upwards? is this it?

Posted by drwright68 on :

a little more patience. I called the company today and the receptionist confirmed the mr schiller was in nyc. she would not confirm or deny that he was closing a deal. but with the weather as bad as it is there, why else would he leave sunny florida unless it was for MONEY. I think something is definitely up. I picked up another 2.2 mm today at .0112 to bring my 2 day total to 3.3mm shares. On a different note, look for pghi's new website to launch this weekend to coincide with the hard copy of 1/31/04 billboard magazine hitting news stand....hehehehehhee

what would be the ideal buy in price for this thing?
and
what are your prediction of how high its gonna go when the deal gets closed?

Posted by drwright68 on :

we are right at the 50 and 200 day MA here. this area seems a pretty good entry point. I wouldn't want to speculate as to how high the thing could go on a big contract...lol...but i'd bet at least a 100% gain. It really depends on the size of the contract. I can only imagine what a $100mm contract would do....heheheheh

I got in this stock today too. Looks great. Just some interesting info:

Total 2003 Rev: $32,000
Total debt: $1.8 mil
Total exec annual payroll: $723,000
# of employees: 2

"As of September 30, 2003, none of the salary owed to Lewis S. Schiller, our chief executive officer, has been paid and he is owed cumulative salary of $1.8 million. As of September 30, 2003, $66,000 of salary owed to Grazyna B. Wnuk, our vice-president, has been paid and she is owed cumulative salary of $672,000."

Heavy salaries! But at least they compensate in stock which is a good sign.

"During 2003 and 2002, we have compensated our employees and consultants with stock options and stock grants that have been registered on Form S-8 and unregistered stock purchase warrants"

Just an fye, felt the need to read up on their filings...nothing else to do at work today

I too have a great feeling about this stock, hence my position. I don't think we will be waiting long and the downside seems quite limited at this level.

I'm in this one too with 545K shares, I think that something big is coming! Can you say contracts with Lockheed Martin and NOC?

Posted by tbob on :

I"m not sold on compensation with stock options. Myself and many other exec's where given options out the wazoo. A year later a reverse split 1 for 20, months later even that disolved to pennies...a year later...no company. What comes in the mail yesterday but a letter from the brokerage house to say it's all worthless. Give me the salary...I'
ll gladly invest myself.

Posted by glassman on :

points well made--I have been on this one from volume -- look at your charts. Is naked short-selling over? or not?

Posted by drwright68 on :

that's good point. but i doubt he would do an rs until he had exercised all his options.

just spoke with mr schiller on the phone, he said that anyone that is in the stock at this level will be doing just fine in the shrt term. he obviuosly couldn't get into any specifics but he said that someting is cooking and its on top of the northrup deal. it will be announced very soon and it is my understanding that is why he is in NY now.

I just bought back in @ .0092. I had 36k shares @ about .0165, but sold just about all of them. I decided to buy back in hoping that Schiller has some good news soon.

Let's see this thing fly, baby.

I'm thinking the same thing! LOL. I bought this initially and immediately lost money. Sold to buy CYTP, but then released some crappy news, and then tanked. Sold that, and bought back into FXGP. Learned a valuable lesson regarding patience, and ended up with more shares and about equal to where I would have been had I not sold at all.

Of course, I sold IBZT to get into FXGP, and I would have doubled my money had it stayed in IBZT. Patience is what Yoda teaches, and hopefully I'll be patient with FXGP. I truly hope that Schilling has some good news for us.

Ameritrade Apex?

I'm hoping to upgrade to APEX next month...I don't have the 100K to get it for free but I do more than 10 trades per month and I will have had enough of those months under my belt after next month. I use Ameritrade Streamer Level II for now $9.99 extra but it's not very very VERY detailed.

Posted by cabbage22 on :

I dont use the margin, but having a margin account allows you to bypass the 3 day clearing period or whatever, its been so long i dont even remember what the rule was. but just using cash i can buy/sell over and over day in day out.

And about ibzt, glass you cant criticize me for that nobody knew ibiz was such a monster! from .0025 to .016 was a big move, with the billions of shares they have they will need to move a lot of lasers to justify their share price, but ill trade it anyway!

g-man,

I'm knew to the game, played this stock a week back for a small practice run with small profit. My question pertains to inter-day charting the mac-d and where do you find this information. also, if possible I read that you plot out certain charts. I've been studying up some on this stock it mac-d has yet to look like it is ready to cross for a low but the sri is telling me its getting ready to fly.

no cash in hand, on the sidelines for this one.

Thanks for any and all help I have recieved by reading everyones posts.

Just so I understand... are you saying when the MACD crossed over 0 into positive territory that was your indicator of a reversal coming?

ok, you have a stock that's "running"

Bids are being added faster than the base is building. The price shoots seemingly straight up. You know at some point this will change, unless a large base comes in to support the new price. The MACD is the easiest and one of the best techs to follow intraday, volume is also important. When the fast line peaks, and starts to curl back towards the slow line this is a possible exhaustion of the run. When the fast line crosses back over the slow line, this is a stronger indication. You can see right at .012/.0119 the fast is curling back towards the slow, and the drop in price pushes the fast past the slow. Basically what the lines are telling you, is that the moving average is not moving above .012, there is resistence. At this point you need to watch level 2, and see how the MM's are stacked up, and who is playing. With fxgp there were 3 MM's at .012 and very few scattered on the bid. All signals point to a dropping price.

The 0 line is a longer term indicator for the MACD, and overall trend, crossing up and staying above 0 is bullish, crossing down and staying below is bearish.

Ameritrade has streaming charts, launched from the streamer applet

Posted by Marcidius on :

Man, I use OTCCharts, and contrary to popular belief, it's less charts, more power as far as big Watch Lists, Streaming news and the like...

BUT...no detailed Lvl 2. Which sucks, and the intraday charts are nice to look at price, but no options to add any indicators. I love this service but does anyone know some other good services that I might "try out" before I become 100% for OTCCharts?

Can you get the Ameritrade streamers without being a member, for a price?

1 way is to open streamer and the last option is CHART...click on that and enter your stock. Or from the streamer lists right click on a stock and select CHART.
