Back in the middle of December, I urged all
shareholders to vote no, vote against, a
specific measure, now passed.

You might want to do a little research
to determine what was approved by those
shareholders, January 16.

Although I do not like Raging Bull, you
will benefit by reading shareholder's
sentiment over the past month or so.

We elected to not invest, based on that
management proposed measured. Based on
SEC filings subsequent to the proxy vote
announcement, management knew the measure
would pass, regardless of voters.

Market Makers jumped on this stock at .14
per share, then manipulated it up to .17
per share. You may want to look close at
technicals to determine the trend of this
stock before manipulation by Market Makers.

Nice news today. How does that news compare
to actual balance sheets?

Don't allow me to discount the value of this
stock; I am very cautious compared to most
of you.
