I'm new here. I got into to TFCT a few months ago. I don't understand the price volatility given the positive news and continued private placements. These guys are actually selling products; they announced a big deal just today. Any ideas??

News is just that news. A made up story. Both companies use off balance sheet loans backed with a convertible promissory note convertible into a convertible debentures convertible into shares. The very people that own the convertibles are naked shorting the stock. It's all about control and profit at the investors expense. Both of these companies will move up soon, not because they are good companies but because the holders of all of the new shares need to unload them to the public to profit.
