Dave,

Whats your short term, medium & long term prices on this one ?

Saw you got in @ 0.0026

Great potential... but not so great management in this company.

From a couple hundred million outstanding shares to over 1.2 BILLION outstanding shares in the past few months. A history of management posting false reports, and the mangement just issued to raise their salary... all while the price continues to drop.

I was really hoping this would pan out for a nice long-term play, but my timeframe is getting shorter and shorter with this company. Been in for quite a few months, but looking for some good news to reduce my posiition as soon as possible. I'll still hold some for the long-term (up to another year) but the bulk I'm going to be pulling out during the next little run to .0045+

Just my two cents.

Still waiting on spin off shares. I remember when I sold for profit what happened? They feed me a bs burger still made money but where are my free shares?Did anybody get them?Burned me once your fault second time would be my fault. Be carefull you could still make money on it.Not worth my time untill I get my free shares.

I dont own a position in IBZT, but looks like its gaining momentum

Money flow is up, past two days bullish close. I would enter @ .0023, but I have no cash

Anybody notice the volume on this today. 3x the average already. Something in the wind?

Posted by cvtech on :

Yeah, I was just looking at that. No news that I can find. Hmmm...

Posted by Jeremy on :

There have been rumors floating around that IBZT will be featured in some sort of interview on national TV. Like I said though, just rumors so far, but been a lot of talk about it today, so that could explain some of the extra volume today....

Only time will tell, but I'd love to see an interview push this to close to a penny so I can take my money and run before a reverse split. I have a bad feeling this might end up like the last reverse split they had, try to build up the PPS right before the split so that it was sort of "masked" and didn't seem as bad.

Posted by Jeremy on :

Looks like we may see a run to .0035 today. That would be great to see if any big news such as an interview is on the horizon. But with this kind of volume, I'd definately say something is coming up.

Posted by PSU90 on :

I saw those too Jeremy....they are saying CNBC tomorrow. I tried to buy this morning at .0028, but Ameritrade canceled my order. Not sure why, but I took it as a sign I should just stay away! LOL! No problem with placing orders for anything else OTCBB. I'm a little bummed as I saw an easy 100% + gainer if they are on CNBC.

psu, i hope this isn't another penny stock to trade certificate only. do you have some unsettled funds tying up your jack?

i have been buying this all the way down to .0022 most recently on 12/17. this stock can move very quickly. i bought it on 11/11 at .0025 and sold it the same day at .0053.

i would like a penny for christmas santa, and a folding pda keyboard please. that would make up for all of those unburnable christmas trees.

LOL UM,
Unburnable trees LOL. Maybe this will back fire when everyone goes to burn their tree after the holidays are over, and it won't burn due to tree safe, then and only then the news will pick it up on what do we do with all of these trees? LOL

Posted by PSU90 on :

Milty....I don't think so. Usually if they are unsettled, it won't approve anything OTCBB. I have tried several others today with no problem (none have executed, but all were/are open with no problems). The IBZT is the only one they canceled from the start.

If you just bought on 12/17, it seems like it should be ok. I may have to check into it.

2pawn, i would say that this is a company that reacts well to news making it a good beta play, but agree more with jeremy that it has fundamental problems with it's current management/business model. if they are going to constantly issue more shares at least a press release explaining the business purpose would calm the waters a bit. if they are funding a realistic business plan with the share issues, i see that as being positive, up to a point. if they are funding executive lifestyle, and the os count starts looking like china's population, no bueno. they need to be forthcoming with their reasons.

i bought 5.5m shares in december in the mid to low 20's based on their reaction to news. i think we are seeing pre news movement. this is proof that these stock discussion boards and the dd and rumors they generate are one of the fundamental reasons a stock moves in the penny bracket.

nowadays you don't need a broker, you need a market psychologist as a consultant.

Looks like we'll ride this to about a .004 close (thank god).

But like old mullet said.. if you dig a little deeper about this company, you will find some interesting facts

As of september 11th of this year, they had just over 500,000,000 outstanding shares. Today, they have well over 1.2 billion outstanding shares.

They have millions of dollars worth of liabilities. They have an operating loss of about 3 million dollars this year...

quote:
The following factors raise substantial doubt as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern:

A. Continued operating losses
B. Negative working capital
C. Lack of cash from continuing operations
D. Delinquent payroll taxes
E. Unpaid wages
F. Decline in national economy

Management's plans to eliminate the going concern situation include, but are not limited to:

A. Paid some, but not all, delinquent payables and unpaid wages through the issuance of common stock.
B. Increase sales through new line of products acquired on July 11, 2002.
C. Requested abatement of delinquent payroll tax penalties.

Delinquent payroll taxes? Not paying employee's their wages? Settling a lawsuit for unpaid wages? Issuing over 700 million shares to raise a measley million dollars or so?

Here are what two of the officers have in their contract right now:

quote:
1. Salaries from $150,000 to $250,000 for each officer.
2. Bonuses of 1% of total sales for each officer.
3. Options for 120,000 shares of common stock which will vest and be exercisable for a period of ten years.
4. Option price of $0.20 a share.

Hell, I own a corporation too, I'd love to grant myself a 250,000 dollar salary while my company continues to just go further into debt...

All I'm saying is be careful. If you think you are going to buy this stock for sub-penny prices, and in a few months see this at 0.10 cents, you are way wrong. Even at .01/share that would put the market cap on ibzt at over 12 million dollars. They have more debt and liabilities than that.

So.. buy this for a shorter term play because it reacts well to news and has some cool products coming out. But don't buy it thinking if you hold onto it for a year you will become filthy rich.

Been many months in the red, and I was always too greedy to take only a small profit. But I've broke even again at about .0044, so I will not let it go below that level again

Anything extra is just going to make for a more merry christmas

I just caution everyone to not get too greedy, because while this stock moves very well to news and rumors, it falls back to it's old levels just as fast.

Patience if finally paid off I held this for a couple months now. When are they going to have the keyboard available I remember late Dec early Jan? Is this info correct?

Posted by Jeremy on :

It kept getting pushed back, but Jan was the last I heard for having it done.

Anyway, reduced my position 50% at .0045. We'll see if this thing can do anything productive other than issuing more shares...

Anyone still in or paying attention after christmas? At .0068 this morning, may approach .007. But anyone still in this one, keep an eye out for a strong pull-back on monday if there is no substantial news to quantify this recent run. I'm with cabbage.. like I said, very poorly run company, way too many outstanding shares, and no news to back this run. Just have to be careful and don't get caught holding on too long and find yourself at a big loss in a matter of a day or two.

Today was the lightest volume trading day since Dec 24 1998----
Maybe this is an indication that the short-sellers were not at work today and the markets were being run by the bulls.

Uncle Milty and other wise men,

I sold 1/2 of my IBZT shares for a nice profit which brought the price on my remaining shares down to .0030 and then bought some more FNIX when it was down to .34 today. Was this a good move? I'm new and still learning. Thanks for any comments.

Posted by chancey on :

I think there is more to this stock than we know, someone knows something, I read a post where there were investors buying with large amounts of money, investing around $20,000, thats alot of money for a stock like this.

I might add the poster that stated this is very trust worthy and knowing.

Posted by glassman on :

I agree that's a lot of money. I had this one one as a watch on my main list and got in with (much less than that) early on Fri. I have been watching it for a while and have heard some neg. things. I like the PDA with the folding keyboard-- got one for my daughter for Xmas and she loves it so far-- not very scientific--four days, but the handhelds are awesome and the folding keyboards make them much more versatile.

Take the gains

Posted by Jeremy on :

I agree. Granted, I got out a little early, but you don't have to look back very far to see how this behaves when it has a quick price jump. The move today IMO is fueled by all of the latecomers who saw the charts over the weekend. The gap at the open confirms this.

But when it falls, it falls hard. Just like I said earlier, don't get greedy, and like cabbage said, take your profits when you can, or you will be cursing yourself for over a month waiting for the next run up

Posted by cabbage22 on :

Well said Jeremy,
Its not about tops and bottoms, its about the overall run. As long as you got a peice of the action be happy and take the gains. I had the chance to buy at .003, but decided to get more PGHI. Both went up, no regrets.

Check the Level 2 on CESY, Dave chose this pick, as well as CESY for this week, he might have something here

Yep, as you can see ibzt is already beginning to plummet... been with this stock all too long and learned my lesson many times.

But I did see the CESY post and have been checking it out, it's on my watchlist right now and I'm watching it very carefully. If I can see any sort of confirmation of it starting to move up, I'm in.

Oh, I will buy more as well.. but not until it drops back to what will probably be .004 again. This thing is incredibly overbought, incredibly overvalued, and what seems to be all on some rumors.

It may test the high again today, but I think this one will close in the low .008's and tomorrow we'll see a lot of panic selling as it drifts down more.

Posted by rajarammx on :

The technology this company is offering is unique. If they come up with some good strategic plans not to be diluting more shares & and a buyback plan. That would make this fly. However, I am not sure whether they can avoid a R/S.

But again, their KeyBoard technology is unique with them owning the patent.

Posted by glassman on :

the PDA is just coming into its' own. The accessory market is unlimited. The R/S is probably inevitable, but SIRI seems to be able to keep going up and I feel it is in the same boat as far as outstanding shares.

I WAS FISHING ALL DAY YESTERDAY. LOOKS LIKE MORE THAN THE COOLER GOT FILLED UP!!

don't be surprised to see some profit taking, AND further upside on this one over the next month. remember this was trading, and i was buying a few days ago in the low to mid .20's range. this company suddenly has a market cap of over 150m. put on the coffee pot, rub your eyes and breathe deeply through your nose. remember the principles and work toward free shares. i have 3.5 m and a profit already. don't get greedy, but don't give up all of your position until the cnbc spot. imho this will be for sale again at much lower than current value before it hits .03.

ceviche anyone?

But congrats to everyone still holding.. just don't get screwed by holding too long This company doesn't have anywhere near a 36M market cap

iBIZ Corp. participates in the International Consumer Electronics Show 2004
iBIZ Will Highlight Their Virtual Keyboard, Pocket Radio, and Xela Case For PDA's During the Show

PHOENIX, Dec 30, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ -- iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT), a leading manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants (PDA) and hand-held devices, will exhibit at the International Consumer Electronics Show 2004 in Las Vegas from January 8th, 2004 - January 11th, 2004, in the Silver Exhibits, Booth # 70646.

iBIZ will highlight their much anticipated Virtual Laser Keyboard for PDA's. iBIZ Virtual Laser Keyboard attaches to PDAs and projects the image of a full-size keyboard onto a flat surface, making it easy to input text without a physical keyboard.

"We are excited to be apart of the 2004 Consumer Electronics Show," said Ken Schilling, President and Chief Executive Officer of iBIZ Technology Corp. "We expect this show to be a huge success for iBIZ Corp."

iBIZ will also showcase their FMpocketRADIO, the industry's first FM Radio for the PDA Market. Now both Palm & Pocket PC users can tune into FM Radio anytime & anywhere. At the iBIZ booth, visitors will also be able to see their XELA Case/Keyboard -- the only keyboard on the market that is designed for conventional two-handed typing as well as single-handed input. IBIZ's patented design also allows the Xela Keyboard to transform into a Case for your PDA right before your eyes.

Ciao! Good Luck!!

I read this to imply they have a protoype to display-- this is huge--however the context of the words does't guarantee a model will be available for demo--which is it?

Shares outstanding now is about 1.3B and I know all of those added shares were not restricted and kept out of the float.

Ok-- it isn't the the greatest --but I spend a lot of time researching intellectual property in the sciences and if it works and the patent is good-- we are seeing the beginning of something huge-- it won't happen overnight but think about the sci-fi movies withthe vitual interface systems-- more DD to do--I ran a patent search this morning and there are so many patents I couldn't complete it properly before the show--I should have done it sooner but sometimes I'm lazy

and Radio Shack is going to be carrying it among others, weeeeeeee, I love it.
Congrats to those that held, it will pay off, it already has.

Thanks

Posted by glassman on :

It was short-- the virtual laser keyboard was demonstrated- it looks like it works-it looks like a lighter that you sit on the table--not connected to the PDA by wires--it has a camera sensor and a red laser keyboard--

Posted by SilverStreak on :

I sold my shares of IBZT 2 days ago when it was .008, oh how I could kick myself now. What are your thoughts? Where do you see this stock going within the next few months? Is this runup just a fluke with the new keyboard or do you think with the cnbc spot and excitement for the new product it will continue to rise. I've noticed the past few days everytime it rally's about mid day or earlier it falls, consolidatates and contiunes skyward? Any help would be appreicated? Thanks

iBIZ Technology Corp. Is Covered On CNBC
PR Newswire - December 31, 2003 12:26
iBIZ's Virtual Laser Keyboard Is Featured in CNBC's Tech Watch Segment

PHOENIX, Dec 31, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ -- iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT), a leading manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants (PDA) and hand-held devices, was covered today at 11:20AM Eastern on the "Tech Watch" segment on CNBC.

The iBIZ Virtual Laser Keyboard attaches to PDAs and projects the image of a full-size keyboard onto the surface of the desk where the PDA is placed, making it easy to input text without a physical keyboard.

Jane Wells, CNBC Correspondent, said the Virtual Laser Keyboard is "an accessory that embeds laser-emitting as lens, infrared matrix that is projected out to a flat surface ... as you type into it ... it reflects the image back to a small camera that sits inside of the device and it registers a character." Wells also said, "It even makes a little tapping noise to make the whole experience more life-like."

"There are no mechanical moving parts whatsoever in the Virtual Laser Keyboard," said Ken Schilling, President & CEO of iBIZ Technology Corp. "It provides a projected image that is the perfect portable input device for PDAs. It's similar in responsiveness to regular keyboards, but extremely futuristic looking."

iBIZ will exhibit and showcase the much anticipated Virtual Laser Keyboard at the International Consumer Electronics Show 2004 in Las Vegas from January 8th - January 11th, 2004.

The Virtual Laser Keyboard is compatible with Palm, Pocket PCs, laptops and desktop PCs. The Virtual Laser Keyboard will be available for $99.99 from major retailers, e-commerce sites, and iBIZ Technology's own e-commerce site in 1st quarter 2004. An upcoming version for cell phones will be available in 4th quarter 2004.

I think the orders from the trade show will make this one look good

Another possible turning point, anyone feel like risking it here? hahaha, i love this stuff, just gotta get over that 0 for a buy signal

Yeah the show will be good, if not for orders, for PRs

Here we go again

Posted by glassman on :

It looks like .02 is now support-- but the big money coming in the last week will be taking some if not all of it's profit.

Posted by glassman on :

I'm gonna try to hold till the trade show at least-- this one could test my resolve though- I didn't want to sell this morning but I couldn't verify that the news show was more than a rumor. I missed out on a lot of money by not waiting one hour. however the glass IS half full-- I'm happy with the profits I did get. I was trying to run a patent search on the laser keyboard and no matter how I refined the search I came up with pages of hits--has anybody seen the patent?

Posted by cabbage22 on :

I held off buying friday for lack of a stong buy signal, however, there seems to be a lot of buying interest still. Trade show is next week on the 8th I think. Besides that, orders for their keyboard WILL increase from the CNBC spot alone, and PR's should be expected. Their new pr teams seems to be a little PR happy lately-

A little read from CNBC if you haven't already...

CNBC TRANSCRIPT 12/31/03:

Jane: "OK, the other technology I want to mention, not because it's a stock, which is literally a penny stock, and again, the company is not profitable. Yeah. But because of this product that is going to be unveiled at the consumer electronics show next month in Vegas, it is the light key virtual keyboard by IBIZ Technologies. Check this out......For your PDA or CELLPHONE, you can buy a device the size of a cigarette lighter for $99 and you have got a keyboard."

Ken: "Basically, we call it the Light Key and its an accessory that embeds a laser emitting diode as a lense. An infrared matrix that is projected unto a flat surface, and as you break the matrix, as you type unto it, basically what happens is it's reflecting an image back to a small camera that sits inside the device and it registers a character. For touch typist, it's a little bit different because there is not a resing place for your hand, so it's a hunt and peck type written. But you can go pretty fast on it." (tapping sound in background)

Jane: "And it makes a little tapping noise to make the whole experience more lifelike. Technology was originally created for the Israeli airforce in the cockpit, and it didn't work out there. Now, IBIZ, is hoping to launch it in stores like Radio Shack in about 1 month. One note Ted, it does not work well in direct sunlight."

Ted: "You can't take it to the beach to type a term paper."

Jane: "No, but I don't think you......." (interrupted)

Ted: "That's pretty neat though."

Jane: "It is, and what you do is break the matrix, and the camera actually reads the reflection off your fingertip."

Ted: "And how much does this cost? Is this out there yet?"

Jane: "In about 1 month....Radio Shack....$99 bucks. It hooks up wireless if you have bluetooth and PDA....." (interupted)

Ted: "Wow!"

Jane: "And if you get over the psychology of typing on a table top with a tapping sound."

Ted: "But as you said, no home key......remember typing class."

Jane: "Well, yeah, but you are going to have to do this." (Jane doing hunt/peck typing motion)

Ted: "Yeah, hunt and peck, which is what most of us do anyway. Jane, have a wonderful new year, healthy one."

END OF INTERVIEW
