Whats your short term, medium & long term prices on this one ?
Saw you got in @ 0.0026
From a couple hundred million outstanding shares to over 1.2 BILLION outstanding shares in the past few months. A history of management posting false reports, and the mangement just issued to raise their salary... all while the price continues to drop.
I was really hoping this would pan out for a nice long-term play, but my timeframe is getting shorter and shorter with this company. Been in for quite a few months, but looking for some good news to reduce my posiition as soon as possible. I'll still hold some for the long-term (up to another year) but the bulk I'm going to be pulling out during the next little run to .0045+
Just my two cents.
Money flow is up, past two days bullish close. I would enter @ .0023, but I have no cash
GL
Only time will tell, but I'd love to see an interview push this to close to a penny so I can take my money and run before a reverse split. I have a bad feeling this might end up like the last reverse split they had, try to build up the PPS right before the split so that it was sort of "masked" and didn't seem as bad.

i have been buying this all the way down to .0022 most recently on 12/17. this stock can move very quickly. i bought it on 11/11 at .0025 and sold it the same day at .0053.
i would like a penny for christmas santa, and a folding pda keyboard please. that would make up for all of those unburnable christmas trees.

LOL UM,
Unburnable trees LOL. Maybe this will back fire when everyone goes to burn their tree after the holidays are over, and it won't burn due to tree safe, then and only then the news will pick it up on what do we do with all of these trees? LOL
If you just bought on 12/17, it seems like it should be ok. I may have to check into it.

The guy who answered didn't sound very patient.. but I think he's been getting flooded with CNBC questions. But he did simply say yes, but he could not confirm any further details regarding date, time, show, etc.

i bought 5.5m shares in december in the mid to low 20's based on their reaction to news. i think we are seeing pre news movement. this is proof that these stock discussion boards and the dd and rumors they generate are one of the fundamental reasons a stock moves in the penny bracket.
nowadays you don't need a broker, you need a market psychologist as a consultant.
uncle milty
But like old mullet said.. if you dig a little deeper about this company, you will find some interesting facts
As of september 11th of this year, they had just over 500,000,000 outstanding shares. Today, they have well over 1.2 billion outstanding shares.
They have millions of dollars worth of liabilities. They have an operating loss of about 3 million dollars this year...
quote:
The following factors raise substantial doubt as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern:A. Continued operating losses
B. Negative working capital
C. Lack of cash from continuing operations
D. Delinquent payroll taxes
E. Unpaid wages
F. Decline in national economyManagement's plans to eliminate the going concern situation include, but are not limited to:
A. Paid some, but not all, delinquent payables and unpaid wages through the issuance of common stock.
B. Increase sales through new line of products acquired on July 11, 2002.
C. Requested abatement of delinquent payroll tax penalties.
Delinquent payroll taxes? Not paying employee's their wages? Settling a lawsuit for unpaid wages? Issuing over 700 million shares to raise a measley million dollars or so?
Here are what two of the officers have in their contract right now:
quote:
1. Salaries from $150,000 to $250,000 for each officer.
2. Bonuses of 1% of total sales for each officer.
3. Options for 120,000 shares of common stock which will vest and be exercisable for a period of ten years.
4. Option price of $0.20 a share.
Hell, I own a corporation too, I'd love to grant myself a 250,000 dollar salary while my company continues to just go further into debt...
All I'm saying is be careful. If you think you are going to buy this stock for sub-penny prices, and in a few months see this at 0.10 cents, you are way wrong. Even at .01/share that would put the market cap on ibzt at over 12 million dollars. They have more debt and liabilities than that.
So.. buy this for a shorter term play because it reacts well to news and has some cool products coming out. But don't buy it thinking if you hold onto it for a year you will become filthy rich.

I just caution everyone to not get too greedy, because while this stock moves very well to news and rumors, it falls back to it's old levels just as fast.
Anyway, reduced my position 50% at .0045. We'll see if this thing can do anything productive other than issuing more shares...
Dave, did you get back ?

I sold 1/2 of my IBZT shares for a nice profit which brought the price on my remaining shares down to .0030 and then bought some more FNIX when it was down to .34 today. Was this a good move? I'm new and still learning. Thanks for any comments.

I might add the poster that stated this is very trust worthy and knowing.
But when it falls, it falls hard. Just like I said earlier, don't get greedy, and like cabbage said, take your profits when you can, or you will be cursing yourself for over a month waiting for the next run up
Check the Level 2 on CESY, Dave chose this pick, as well as CESY for this week, he might have something here

But I did see the CESY post and have been checking it out, it's on my watchlist right now and I'm watching it very carefully. If I can see any sort of confirmation of it starting to move up, I'm in.

Oh, I will buy more as well.. but not until it drops back to what will probably be .004 again. This thing is incredibly overbought, incredibly overvalued, and what seems to be all on some rumors.
It may test the high again today, but I think this one will close in the low .008's and tomorrow we'll see a lot of panic selling as it drifts down more.
But again, their KeyBoard technology is unique with them owning the patent.

don't be surprised to see some profit taking, AND further upside on this one over the next month. remember this was trading, and i was buying a few days ago in the low to mid .20's range. this company suddenly has a market cap of over 150m. put on the coffee pot, rub your eyes and breathe deeply through your nose. remember the principles and work toward free shares. i have 3.5 m and a profit already. don't get greedy, but don't give up all of your position until the cnbc spot. imho this will be for sale again at much lower than current value before it hits .03.

Yeah the show will be good, if not for orders, for PRs
Boy, alot of people, including me, sold waaay to early, but I'm back in at .0201
This CNBC thing is un-precedented!
Wednesday was tax loss and shake out the weak hands day..it all NORTH from here, IMO.
CNBC TRANSCRIPT 12/31/03:
Jane: "OK, the other technology I want to mention, not because it's a stock, which is literally a penny stock, and again, the company is not profitable. Yeah. But because of this product that is going to be unveiled at the consumer electronics show next month in Vegas, it is the light key virtual keyboard by IBIZ Technologies. Check this out......For your PDA or CELLPHONE, you can buy a device the size of a cigarette lighter for $99 and you have got a keyboard."
Ken: "Basically, we call it the Light Key and its an accessory that embeds a laser emitting diode as a lense. An infrared matrix that is projected unto a flat surface, and as you break the matrix, as you type unto it, basically what happens is it's reflecting an image back to a small camera that sits inside the device and it registers a character. For touch typist, it's a little bit different because there is not a resing place for your hand, so it's a hunt and peck type written. But you can go pretty fast on it." (tapping sound in background)
Jane: "And it makes a little tapping noise to make the whole experience more lifelike. Technology was originally created for the Israeli airforce in the cockpit, and it didn't work out there. Now, IBIZ, is hoping to launch it in stores like Radio Shack in about 1 month. One note Ted, it does not work well in direct sunlight."
Ted: "You can't take it to the beach to type a term paper."
Jane: "No, but I don't think you......." (interrupted)
Ted: "That's pretty neat though."
Jane: "It is, and what you do is break the matrix, and the camera actually reads the reflection off your fingertip."
Ted: "And how much does this cost? Is this out there yet?"
Jane: "In about 1 month....Radio Shack....$99 bucks. It hooks up wireless if you have bluetooth and PDA....." (interupted)
Ted: "Wow!"
Jane: "And if you get over the psychology of typing on a table top with a tapping sound."
Ted: "But as you said, no home key......remember typing class."
Jane: "Well, yeah, but you are going to have to do this." (Jane doing hunt/peck typing motion)
Ted: "Yeah, hunt and peck, which is what most of us do anyway. Jane, have a wonderful new year, healthy one."
END OF INTERVIEW
