WHY CANT I BUY THIS STOCK. Whenever i place an offer it says there is no ask or bid for this stock Contact your local branch! Is this just Scottrade... How do i buy CTKH!!!??? HELP

I use Scottrade myself you have to call them and place a Limit Order when there is no BID or ASK. However it will cost you $22.00 and .5% the of the total purchase. GOOD LUCK
