The Company delivers a turnkey operation to its clients through sales and rentals of software, computers and ophthalmic equipment. Business Update The Company’s newest business, diabetic screening using the latest digital photography equipment, has moved from concept to implementation. The Company has now installed four diabetic screening sites where they capture retinal images of diabetic patients and then forward the information via our secure network to an ophthalmologist for review and diagnosis. As a result of this Alberta Diabetic Screening initiative, we have received interest from various diabetic groups and are encouraged to grow this new entity. Being able to work along side of these groups allows for more exposure to what can be a devastating disease if not monitored well. Diabetes is a disease that many consider an epidemic. One of the complications of diabetes is that the disease rapidly ages blood vessels. The retina contains many small vessels and is the only part of the human body where you can see vessels without cutting tissue. Therefore, monitoring the retina is an effective method of managing existing diabetics and detecting early signs of the disease in others. Our diabetic screening business is modeled after the success of our sight testing business. We build a comprehensive turn key model where we provide all professional networks, installations, training, service, and support. As a result of launching our new Eyelogic X2 Windows version of the software, we are encouraged by the response from our clients to have the upgrades implemented. The “new” look has received rave reviews and provides our clients with access to our advancing technology. On March 30, 2004 the Government of British Columbia announced more choices in eye care for British Columbians. The British Columbia Government continues to move forward with its plan to allow opticians to sight test using Eyelogic like equipment. The Province of British Columbia is the first jurisdiction in North America to recognize that technology has advanced to a point where sight testing can be performed accurately by an optician using a computer system such as the Eyelogic System. Under the new regulations, opticians will continue to educate the public on the need for sight testing and eye health examinations. The Company expects Eyelogic System sales in this jurisdiction to grow when the new proposed regulations are implemented. This new precedent regulation is having a dominos effect on the rest of the Provinces. Several groups across Canada are now inquiring about our technology in order to facilitate their registrants in receiving the same scope of practice increase.

Well folks the buy @ .90 is looking better all the time. Dont mind collecting the .02 quarterly dividend either. Finished today @ 1.30.
