ARCH COAL SETTING A NEW 52 WEEK HIGH RECORD. IT HAS SLOWLY RISE OVER THE PAST YEAR. I BELIEVE THAT WITH THE ENERGY CRISIS THE COAL ENERGY FUEL HAS A GRATE OPPORTUNITY IN GROWING ITS MARKET. THERE IS GRATE POTENTIAL HERE AS WE CAN SEE IT IN ACI CHART, BY THE SECOND WEEK OF DECEMBER THIS STOCK WILL BE OVER $30.00.

I thought the shortage was natural gas ? My furnance cannot be converted to coal. Also at least in Midwest, the EPA is very strict. We have three coal fired plants now inporting from out west . Where is this company's mines located?

VNGNTN, HERE IS THERE WEB SITE ADDRESS:http://www.archcoal.com/
JUST A LITTLE INFO YOULL FIND AT THERE SITE:
Who We Are
St. Louis-based Arch Coal is the nation’s second largest coal producer. We mine clean-burning, low-sulfur coal exclusively.
In total, we contribute about one-tenth of America's coal supply from our 13 mining complexes in West Virginia, Wyoming, Kentucky, Virginia, Colorado and Utah.
With 115 million tons of coal sales annually, we provide U.S. utilities with the fuel for roughly 6% of the electricity used by Americans each year.
We control a vast domestic reserve base totaling 2.9 billion tons. Of that total, 90% is low in sulfur and nearly 68% meets the most stringent requirements of the Clean Air Act without the application of expensive scrubbing technology.
We’re proud stewards of safety and the environment, and have amassed dozens of national and state awards of excellence.
Arch Coal is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ACI.

CHECK THERE SITE OUT, I'M SURE YOU'LL LIKE WHAT YOU'LL SEE.

GOOD EVENING,

JC

Intresting !!
Funny how things swing back & forth when a little trouble comes dowm the pike. We investors try to scratch the head for the best results. re your post
I thought low sulfur came from the west ?
StLouis must just be a Midwest hub company importing.
Gas fired boilers are an expensive conversion back to coal.
Do you know WHERE they are peddling this coal ?
