Definately oversold here at this level. I'm going to sit on the sidelines until the feds speak tomorrow and then I'll take another look at all stocks.

Hey art. I have been watching this one very closely. This is the dip I was looking for. I would say it is a safe buy. A couple of very nice insider buys on the 3rd of march. Technicals are looking good short and long term!

I tried to get in near the close at 1.08 but didn't make it.
I think interest rates will not change immediately - Greenspan should start increasing them but he always acts too slowly.
