10:31 GILTF: Goldman and Bear may buy stake at $10/share -- Bloomberg.com (8.00 +0.61)

Bloomberg.com reports that Goldman Sachs and Bear Stearns may buy shares in Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. from Bank Hapoalim Ltd. for about $10 a share, Yediot Aharonot reported without saying where it got the information.
