ACL Semiconductor has 2500+ employees and is the main supplier of flash memory chips and other related chips to Samsung, one of the biggest electronics makers in the world.

ACLO.OB is supplying chips for Apple IPhone and other devices to operate on the new 3G ( full mobile internet) networks.

Revenue should be close to $250 million for the year. The margins are very low but there biggest competitor went out of business. Plus memory prices have been on the rise.

There you will find news about the surge in pricing of chips. This should help the margins.

ACL Semiconductors Chairman's Letter to Shareholders:

I like this paragraph:

"ACL Semiconductors has 28.3 million shares outstanding. The public float is 5.5 million shares. It was recently announced second quarter sales up 64 percent to $74 million because of strong demand for Samsung memory products. We believe the worldwide recession is ending in the locations of the world that we service. Net income in the second quarter topped $900,000, or $0.03 per diluted share. Going forward, we anticipate even better results for the rest of this year and into 2010."

Added a bit to my position today... no volume on this one so the spread is wide. Will try to pick more up tomorrow under .80.

This one is undiscovered. I am trying to accumulate before Q3 earnings are released. Memory prices are up so I am expecting at least .03 but think they could knock the cover off of it.

At current price market cap is under $25 million. I think this is a $100 million dollar company with their sales nearing a quarter of a BILLION a year!
