i find the more forums i go to,the less i beleive people, but this site for the most part has honest people. i keep hearing about gnta and it r/s. and how buying at .0083 is a good entry point. i know it is a risky stock, but could be good if a r/s does come. what is yalls opinions?

Personally, I have never heard of a good reason to take on the added risk of buying a stock pre-split.
Wait until after the split and see how it behaves.
Sacrificing a little positioning for less risk is always a good choice.

I dont see this stock giving you a good return. It's had a few good rides in the last couple of months, but predicting them is relatively hard. As for a technical reading, the Bollinger Bands show that the price is where it should be relative to past trading, and the Stochastic Oscillator, which shows when the stock is oversold(may be good), or overbought (bad). Currently it is overbought, although that changes regularly, but it has not produced good enough gains. The volume on this is consant, but is huge. So there's always someone cutting down the ASK price and keeping it from moving higher. Overall, I would just watch this if you like it, and wait for good news. Without a piece of excellent news, this wont be worth it. Also there's a reverse-split coming in the future, so who knows what will happen after that. In my opinion, keep on radar, but don't enter. I would be wary of people telling you when a good time to enter is without sound evidence (news, technical charting, etc). They are usually shareholders and would benifit from an increase in buyer demand, obviously. Stay skeptical if no evidence is provided.

I know nothing about this stock but let me guess...These same message board posters that are trying to hustle this thing pre R/S, are spewing out the mouth about how the R/S will help them attract institutional investors or get them ready for uplisting...

Happy valley is exactly right. How on earth is a reverse split good? At least a forward-split lessens the price of shares and attracts buyers to a new, "lower" price. As Happy Valley said, institutional investors? what they're too stupid to realize that the stock simply reverse-split?? Thats garbage advice

Generally speaking, when an OTCBB or pinksheet reverse splits, it is usually to reduce the outstanding shares in order to issue more shares and raise money for the "company." Over time the stock usually dwindles back into the same pre-split trading range.

I second Invester's motion! I'm not the smartest guy here by any means - (I can pick 'em, but never seem to know when to sell!) but look at how long he and I and others have been here. I'd say 98% of us here genuinely want us ALL to make money - and LOTS of it! We know who the scumbags are and Pumping and Dumping are so infrequent here - it's so very easy to spot it when it happens. (Not to accuse some of our long time buddies/ladies who are just a little overzealous and EXCITED about their picks/stocks)!!!! Good luck and don't EVER buy pre-RS or in the first week afterwards.... There are WAY too many better-odds picks out there. jmvho.
