I'd like to start off with Natural Nutrition, Inc. - NNTN.OB

I found this company because it was being profiled on The Undervalued Stock Report. You should be able to find it if you just Yahoo " The Undervalued Stock Report " Good Luck!

I see a couple things here...

Notice the accumulation by a few folks in Sep and the last couple days compared to the volume beforehand. Looks to me that management/ MMs are meeting this accumulation with fairly easy dilution marked by the drop instead of rise in PPS. Of course I am totally full of chit because now it looks like the MFI and the MACD are just dropping on their own like someone pulled the plug. Just looks to me that even the RSI would help this let someone in at .007 range just like the other guy. This is just the TA standpoint. In .0075 and out .017 with maybe say... 100k. You could do more but that's being conservative. Don't even plan on looking at the fundamentals - saw one word ... Chile and Houston - oh wait... that's 2. Dam... good thing i don't trade stock for a living.

i see
a piece of crap
money trap

no offense.

the stock hasn't traded more than half the market days of the year past; it's priced around one penny which means wild percentage changes and even wilder commission fees; the chart is in a declining spiral; and it's being promoted by a website.

How can anyone take you seriously when you can't even find yourself a broker to trade penny stocks?

Never hear of Ameritrade before?

E*Trade?

Choicetrade?

I see you are from Montreal.

Never hear of Questrade?

TradeFreedom?

FASC has had a pre-10K dip, I think it's presently undervalued. I'm not expecting a stellar 10K but I expect this company to make a turnaround in terms of sales and valuation. Information is sparce at the moment, but there is a lot of information in the FASC thread on another penny stock site message board. (Won't say which one...)

SOYO they will do over about 100 million in sales this year and are valued at less then 50 million!

Not sure wth you guys are talking about but the topic here is NNTN. Fourseven said it right... this is a POS obviously being pumped and probably not just from here either. My point was only to make a TA play - use it and leave it. But if there isn't enough volume to get you back out you could end up eating your shorts.

this topic should be closed anyway since it doesn't have a stock symbol to go with it. IMO we don't need a topic full of POS like this anyway. IMO.

The topic is undervalued stocks.

I was talking about low commission brokers for penny stocks (flat rate pricing with no maximum share purchase)

and...

little company named First American Scientific Corp, with a market cap under 2 million, and patented technology which I believe will be successfully commercialized in the arena of biomass. Empty Fruit Bunches in Malaysia (their 50% owned Malaysian joint vention was approved for a construction permit), bagasse in Brazil, and pretty much anywhere and anything you can imagine being being ground and dried into a combustible powder? Why? Carbons credits, that's why.... http://www.fasc.net

Couple of things, first the undervalued stock report claims that they are not being paid to profile any of the companies in their report. Second the undervlued stock report claims that they purchased 600k shares of NNTN.OB in the open market. Lastly the market cap on this stock is under 300k for a ten year old company doing over 1.5M per month in sales. The only POS are the MM's that are shorting into this stock. The word is out on this one! Let's see who's laughing when NNTN.OB hit's double digits.

MIKE, I don't think it matters what the company is worth..its what the investors think its worth...If everyone thinks it has potential then the stock will go up. If everyone backs off it will go down....IMO.

Hey but I could be wrong I'm new to this.

The undervalued stock site isn't a pumper? News to me. 600k... They'll be the ones selling as retail tries to make it go up imo. Then shorting on the peaks. Nevada, Houston, Canada, Chile. Okidoki. Might wanna do some DD if anyone plans on anything other than a quick flp.

Where's the beef? no numbers. There is so much room for dilution here it isn't even funny. The o/s was from May and even that is unaudited. Just from the filing it is on its way to the millions in almost no time at all. And very likely into the billions. POS imo. But most OBs are nowadays. I think a lot of the pinks went to OB just to escape the rating of the new pink sheet system. May be better to start playing a pink over an OB these days. LOL. [Eek!]
Do you have anything to support I may be off my keaster with this Mike?
All imo.

Interesting! Shorting on the peaks! WOW, you definitely blew your cover Mr. Market Maker because the average investor can't short a OB stock like you can! All I am seeing on the undervalued webpage is facts and a whole lot of potential and information for this company. However all I see you doing Mr. Market Maker is trashing and bashing without any substance! Like their webpage shows compare NutraCea (NTRZ.OB) vs. Natural Nutrition (NNTN.OB) and ask yourself which one I of these two companies would I rather invest in?

Let me get my list...JK...
[Razz]
Mikeaddison? It would be great to just stick to the stock and not start on the "posters"...most of the people here at allstocks help each other out...there are very few if any, "bashers/pumpers/MM's" playing games here...if you are looking for that IHICK has openings...
Not trying to jump on your case...just trying to let you know how most work around here...

OK..Tex...I'm done with the chinese water torture... [Wink]

Was looking at SXCI, i've moved up a little from the cheap plays, started going for sure 20 - 30% instead of trying to play pinks and OB's and loose my hair.

ah, lemme 'splain how these thing work...

i ran a portfolio on CC LLC for '04 '05 and part of '06

i couldn't figger out how they made money, cuz the portfolio tanked...

so i did some deeper research..

what i found is kinda instersting..

in the past certain limited liability corps have "taken liberties" with certain "instruments" (stock purchase contracts) in their possession...

they appear to deposit these "instruments" in their accounts and use them as collateral to develop larger margin capability..

they then use this margin to sell the very same stock short, which in fact gives them CASH in their account to re-invest (long) in other stock which gives them EVEN MORE margin capability.. sweet huh?

unbelieveably? they manage to sell shares they don't actually own (yet).... it's an amazing process.. and they've been allowed to sell these shares until the company is placed on the threshold failure to deliver list. but they haven't had to replace the short sales until they feel like it.... being placed on that list only means they have to stop short selling shares they haven't EVER legally BORROWED. of course? they have a contract to purchase the shares at a fixed price in the future, so they have no worries, because they can either buy the shares dirt cheap on the open market because the price has been artificially forced down due to what appears to be unlimited availability, or (at worst) buy the shares thru their fixed price contract (convertible debenture)...

good luck... i won't be bashing this or any other stock.. they could be a great company but getting financed at certain places puts a smell on them that just can't be washed off...

Nice explanation Glass. I have just recently started to learn these angles over the past few months. By the time the company realizes what's going on it may be too late, and I would imagine even harder to prove.

Posted by MlKEADDlSON on :

So Glassman are actually admitting right here on this BB that you engaged in illegal naked short selling activity? WOW, I might only be 17 years old but I'm not that stupid to actually admit to the public that I broke the law while working for a company. FYI, there is a way to combat naked short selling, I'd love to divulge this information to you but what the hell do I know I'm still only in High School. LOL

Posted by 10of13 on :

Mike? Where the heck did you get what you just posted about glass? IT IS NOT WHAT HE WROTE! Perhaps you should lay off the stock boards and stay in school...because your reading comprehension bites...

The people on here are trying to help you...stop being a twit and say thanks and play the stock however you want...But if Cornell is involved? I would ride the wave and get the hell out...but hey..you're 17 and have all the answers...good luck...and remember...always protect your capital!! [Big Grin]

OOPS..Hi vg...where ya been? [Cool]

Posted by glassman on :

the statement:

i ran a portfolio on CC LLC for '04 '05 and part of '06

refers to a simple quicken portfolio MODEL... it's a good way to "paper trade" or test how good a stockpicker is..

you start a portfolio with their picks in it and monitor it's performance...

i have done this with quite few analysts picks as well...

as for combating NS'ing? you are addressing someone who has sent countless letters directly to lawmakers pointing out exactly what's been goin' on, and progress is being made as we speak.. but i'm sure that you know all about it (and everything else there is to know), since you are 17 [Big Grin] i know i did when i was your age.... [Wink]

i was also bulletproof... that lasted into my 30's... alas, i am no longer ...
why is it that youth is wasted on the young anyway? [Frown]

If the MM's are NS this stock they are FOOLS! The DB could be paid off in a very short time (less than two years) leaving the MM's with a lot of paper! I'm In, I'm Long and I'm buying more! Life if great in BH we won last night 35 - 12

2. Don't fight the MMs.

I luv stock fights [Smile] only time will tell... and old folks have time on their side....

I have been doing this for only a little while and the more i learn the less i know.

also usually the more sites "pumping" a small cap. the more people who are running for the fire exits with profit in hand.

Look at cshd. yes it went up like a rocket. then deflated even faster.
although i made muney.... luckily.

picking microcaps is like jumping on turds in a toilet, hoping one floats long enough for you to make a quick buck before getting flushed into non existence. In my experience...

Hey does anyone know the Market Cap on Telemedicus - TMDI.PK is or how about the float? Anyone? OK, maybe some current financial numbers for the company?

I didn't think so! It currently trades for .45 with a high of .95 and is being touted here on allstocks as a Hot Stock Alert! This company alone makes NNTN.OB at .02 a share and a 300K market cap look pretty good!

Hey Tex.. check this out.. so here's a low-quality content contributor like mikeaddison.. basically creating noise on the message board, making it harder for others to get to useful information.. a few people have already given him the lowest possible rating, but it doesn't change a thing.. this thread is still top of the stack.

It would be swell if there was a way to get the most profitable threads to the top.. you know, the picks that are actually having a good run, people making money off of them. Is there any way for a moderator to do that? Other than making them sticky, that is?

Or, alternatively, to make loser threads like this one sink to the bottom?

Posted by BooDog on :

Prolly need a whole new forum topic link for that.

Or this could just be moved to the micro section with the rest of the bs stocks.

Maybe it's time to lock the thread...
the "content" is not that of the title...

Perhaps a 24-hour lock-down will get young master's attention...
