Over 1 million gallons of pure water per day

Ready to be capitalized on.

This has been steadily gaining momentum and exposure from .50

So it has already doubled under the radar...

They don't seem to be one to put out fluff because I haven't found any recent news.

Hmmm.

Profitability on this type of spring water is astounding!!!

This does not have to be run through ANY type of filtration system!

It comes directly from the earth at 59 degrees and is ready for bottling.

The water quality is flawless!!

This thing is all up for the last 10 days, except for yesterday's attack by the MM's, I wonder what they got cooking?

If they get some over here on the west coast I'd like to give it a try, I wonder how specialty water taste. I have a throat problem stemming from acid reflux and even regular bottled water is rough on my throat. Maybe the added minerals will make it go down smoother.

About like buying iced tea at a restaurant - takes about .02 per glass to make, and they sell it for 2.00. Biggest money maker they have (I used to work in a corp. office for a major restaurant chain)....

Thanks for the tip!

The spring produces 300 million gallons of water annually!! Do the math, even if they only made .10 per gallon net profit that would be $30 million a year. The O/S is 9 million and the Float is about 3.5 million, but 58% of which are held by insiders. Extremely undervalued even at $2...IMO. The company has recently changed their status from a start-up company to full production...GLTA

Duncan, I can't speak for everyone, but I have made a good bit of money off of many of "surfer"s picks. Not every one is a winner, but then who IS perfect here?

He may post stocks that are different from what you choose to trade, but I, for one, think you are way off-base claiming him to be a pumper and to tell people to block him. Anything posted is a suggestion, and if someone is too gullible not to do their own DD, then they NEED to buy a lesson IMHO.

Posted by cassity on :

Oh and btw, when SWRI is sitting at $3 a share in a couple of days/wks, you'll see that surfs has a good eye for stocks.

Posted by cassity on :

Something to think about over the weekend:

There are 3.78 liters = 1 U.S gallon. Seawright Springs produces 300 million gallons of water annually. That is 1.134 billion liters a year. SWRI sells there product in 1 liter and .5 liter bottles. If they made $.05 per liter of net profits, that would be the equivalent of $56.7 million dollars anually. What is the main factor to insure this company utilizes it's resources?

Seawright Holdings, Inc. Applies to Distribute in All 50 States
Monday April 2, 8:30 am ET
Result of Application Process Will Allow Seawright Springs Premium Natural Spring Water to Be Enjoyed by Consumers in All U.S. States and the District of Columbia

STAUNTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seawright Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:SWRI - News), owner of Seawright Springs, one of the most prolific natural springs on the Eastern Seaboard, today announced that is has begun the 50-state compliance process whereby the company meets licensing requirements that will allow it to distribute its Seawright Springs Premium Natural Spring Water product in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

"Seawright Springs is proud to be taking the first step in offering our product to every state in the nation. We are making sure that distributors and retail chains have no barriers to carrying our product anywhere in the United States." said Joel Sens, President and CEO of Seawright Holdings, Inc. "This compliance process is a major step in making Seawright Springs a truly national, household name for bottled spring water. Consumers across the entire country will soon be able to enjoy the special qualities of Seawright Springs Premium Natural Spring Water."

Every state in the union has somewhat different procedures in authorizing the distribution and consumption of bottled water in their jurisdictions. The term "50 state compliance" is the phrase commonly used in the bottling industry to describe the varied licensing requirements of each of the individual 50 states, which include a variety of standards such as source testing, licensing and a courtesy of notification to distribute. Meeting 50-state compliance is relatively rare for a regional brand in the bottled water industry. When companies do seek national distribution, the requirements are most often managed as one effort.

About Seawright Holdings, Inc.:

The spring produces in excess of 1 million gallons of water a day and is one of the largest sources of fresh natural spring water on the Eastern Seaboard. In 2003, Joel Sens formed Seawright Holdings, Inc. and purchased Seawright Springs to begin producing high quality bottled water under the Seawright Springs brand.

Yep - as I posted earlier....notice they didn't say WHEN they began the application process, only that they had. Granted, they probably would have PRd something like that in the past, but kind of makes me wonder....this could be really huge, particularly if the process is not long.

Seawright Holdings, Inc. Plans to Be One of the First Spring Water Companies to Successfully Use Biodegradable Bottles
Company Makes Green Commitment to Apply Earth-Friendly Standards at the Core of Its Business Operations

Seawright Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:SWRI), owner of one of the most prolific natural springs on the Eastern Seaboard, today announced its new corporate policy that prescribes ecologically responsible and sustainable business operations. This policy focuses the company’s efforts especially on a commitment to use recyclable and biodegradable materials and alternative fuels, where possible and available, in the packaging and shipping of its Seawright Springs Premium Natural Spring Water product.

More specifically, Seawright Holdings is announcing that it intends to be one of the first bottled water companies to offer its product in a biodegradable bottle. Currently Seawright Water is offered in its own proprietary design bottle. In the 1st quarter of 2008 this bottle and all packaging will be converted to biodegradability.

“Seawright Holdings, as the owner of the pristine Seawright Springs, is reminded every day of the value of responsible stewardship of the environment,” said Joel Sens, President and CEO of Seawright Holdings, Inc. "As new technologies emerge and become available for the bottled water industry, we pledge to be early adopters of any of them that will reduce waste, greenhouse gasses and our dependence of fossil fuels. We are making a product available for a consumer market that demands that their high-end quality products are as ecologically sustainable as possible. "

Biodegradable bottles are particularly important to Seawright. The company continues to closely watch the development of several new earth friendly technologies for bottling. Specifically, Seawright is intensely monitoring the progress of a biodegradable bottle made from an organic, renewable corn based resin that requires about 20% to 30% less energy to manufacture and contributes only half the carbon dioxide than plastics made from petrochemicals. Additionally, these corn based bottles are fully compostable and will degrade in a commercial composing facility into harmless water and organic material in 75 to 80 days.

On another front, Seawright is encouraging its suppliers to favor environmentally sustainable and renewable technologies in their products and processes, such as the use of biofuels in shipping and transportation.

SWRI -- Seawright Holdings, Inc.

COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:

Whole Foods Market to Carry Seawright Springs Premium Natural Spring Water

STAUNTON, Va., Apr 16, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Seawright Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:SWRI) announced today that Whole Foods Market (Nasdaq: WFMI), the world's leading natural and organic foods supermarket, will carry its Seawright Springs Premium Natural Spring Water in seven of its Virginia stores beginning May 2007. Whole Foods plans to carry both Seawright's 0.5 Liter and 1 Liter sizes in its distinctive, proprietary, wine style PET bottle. Seawright Springs, located in a highly protected area of the pristine Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, naturally flows approximately 1.5 million gallons per day of some of the purest spring water in North America.
"The quality, purity and rich history of Seawright Springs Premium Natural Spring Water is a perfect complement to the taste of the discerning Whole Foods patron," said Joel Sens, president and CEO of Seawright Holdings, Inc. "We are looking forward to being on the shelves at Whole Foods Market and being carried by a company that shares our values. We are hopeful of expanding and growing a long relationship with Whole Foods."

"The history of Seawright Springs is fascinating," Mr. Sens commented. "We think the Whole Foods customers will appreciate Seawright's history especially as we celebrate the 400th anniversary of Jamestown."

Early settlers of the British colonies in the early 1700's discovered what was known as the "Good Health Spring", a vital spring the Native American Indians long knew about. Later deeded to John Seawright by King George the II in 1792, this spring and its importance to health and longevity was famous throughout the flourishing colonies as America's birth was unfolding. As time went on, Seawright Spring's water began shipping to loyal consumers, by horse drawn wagon, throughout the fledgling United States. In fact, documentation found in Virginia's State Library shows that Seawright's water was once prescribed by notable physicians in the 1800's and early 1900's as a treatment for a variety of common ailments.

The importance of Seawright Spring's water is founded in the geology distinctive to Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. Rain water is filtered down through the earth over long periods of time and lightly absorbs essential minerals found in the Shenandoah rock formations. As the water reemerges to the surface, it's in a state of extremely high purity and naturally enhanced with a light yet unique blend of these essential minerals.

Once commercially dormant, Mr. Sens acquired Seawright Springs in 2003 with the vision of bringing this incredible resource to the public once again. This announcement of the new relationship with Whole Foods Market follows Seawright Holdings recent announcements of its commitment to biodegradable bottles, packaging and environmentally friendly operations as technologies become increasingly available. The company continues to position itself ever more closely to consumers who demand a high quality product characterized by integrity and corporate responsibility.

~ Big news for SWRI------->

Whole Foods Market to Carry Seawright Springs Premium Natural Spring Water
Monday April 16, 11:23 am ET

STAUNTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seawright Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:SWRI - News) announced today that Whole Foods Market (Nasdaq: WFMI - News), the world's leading natural and organic foods supermarket, will carry its Seawright Springs Premium Natural Spring Water in seven of its Virginia stores beginning May 2007.

WHole foods Overview----185 Stores!! in 35 states. #1 natural foods chain!

With food and other items that are free of pesticides, preservatives, sweeteners, and cruelty, Whole Foods Market knows more about guiltless eating and shopping than most retailers. The world's #1 natural foods chain, the company operates about 185 stores in 31 US states; the District of Columbia; and in Canada and the UK. Whole Foods Market offers more than 1,500 items in four lines of private-label products (such as the premium Whole Foods and a line of organic products for children, Whole Kids). Just decided to look into Whole foods a bit more....The numbers they are producing are insane!!!

First quarter 2007 $1,900,000,000 thats billion!

merger with wild oats...

Executive Summary

Sales for the first quarter of fiscal year 2007 increased approximately 12% to approximately $1.9 billion over approximately $1.7 billion in the prior year, driven by 9% square footage growth and comparable store sales growth of 7.0%. Identical store sales, which exclude three relocated stores and three major expansions, increased 6.2% for the quarter.

Net income for the first quarter totaled approximately $53.8 million and diluted earnings per share was $0.38.

Excellent pick surf, I got into this one at 1.03 right after passing on DNDN, even though I missed the big jump it made, the progress that SWRI is making makes me feel alot better. From what I can tell this is just the beginning because the volume seems to be relatively low and the company seems to be timing their PR's perfectly, not too many and certainly not too few, gotta love em'!!

It will be interesting to see the markets reaction to the lackluster 10k

From what I understand Joe Sens long term goals are to build a viable distribution to a wide market.

This will not happen overnight but the steps are heading in the right direction.

The Whole foods P.r. is a great first step as to what we might see coming down the road.

Keep in mind that this balloon effect might tend to wear off in the coming weeks, however in the near term we should still see some movement.

Well the current 10k isn't much to look at as far as numbers, but when you look at the near term potential this stock has, it's still way under valued at this point...IMO Their float is next to nothing, so it doesn't take much as far a revs go to bring value to the company and speaking of that, I'd like to know where the hell all these shares are coming from. Since I bought this at .54, we've traded about 3 times the O/S. Most of the people I know that bought when I did are waiting for $2+ and future events to take place. It'll be interesting to see where this bad boy goes.... GLTA

Seawright Holdings, Inc. has been on the OTCBB Naked Short Threshold list for 6 trading days. Regulation SHO took effect January 3, 2005, and provides a new regulatory framework governing short selling of securities. It was designed with the objective of simplifying and modernizing short sale regulation and providing controls where they are most needed. At the conclusion of each settlement day, data is provided on securities in which: 1) there are at least 10,000 shares in aggregate failed deliveries for the security for five consecutive settlement days, and 2) these failures constitute at least 0.5% of the issuer's total shares outstanding. SEC Regulation SHO, under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, mandates that, if a clearing agent has had a fail-to-deliver position for 13 consecutive settlement days, that clearing agent, and the broker/dealer it clears for, must purchase securities to close out its fail to deliver position.

I agree for the most part, but...I've also let winners ride and within 10 minutes the profit was gone. I'm not advocating sell everything, but the old saying is very true:

Pigs get fat, Hogs get slaughtered

It seems we have differing philosophies and I'm enjoying the learning experience. The way I see it the decision to sell or hold depends on what's driving the train (the spike), if we can figure that out then we'd be able to tell if the rise will continue or die out keeping in mind that this stock has been steadily rising for last month or two and it "seems" to be a SOLID company.

On the other hand I can hear Jim Cramer in the back of my head yelling

"Bulls make money"
"Bears make money"
"Hogs get slaughtered"

Well we have 40 more minutes to figure it out.

LOL, yea I'm going to hold on but I'm telling you the first dip I see in the morning I just may panic. One thing I don't like that I see is that the market as a whole has been down today I'm afraid that people (Institutions, funds, individual, whoever) needed a nice soft place to place to put there funds til they see brighter skies, and end up pulling the rug out from under this one. I don't even know if that's a valid assessment, but in short I'm walking on egg shells or atleast I feel that way.

Its funny to reading everyones post on whether to sell or hold.....

I sold 2/3 from .53 at over 1.50.

That left me with 100% profit and still holding 1/3 my shares for the peak.

I have already won on this one!!!

the beauty of bb's and pinkies is that whatever the market is doing it doesnt affect this stocks , when the market is crashing we're still making big gains , and always go with the trend and dont take bathroom breaks when trading [Smile]

If this thing continues to edge up for the majority of the day I think about an hour to 30 minutes before the market closes we're going to see a nice little spike.

No, sorry I just got out of a 2 hour meeting. Nice suprise though, 2.43. I had a co-worker play with my head a little more, he asked what if it's a 50 banger and you sold or what if it's one that'll die out and you continued to hold [Frown] . I think I'm going to go ahead and cover my initial and let the rest ride but I want to wait an hour or two before I do that, of course without taking any bathroom breaks.

Posted by 10of13 on :

Covering you initial is ALWAYS a safe bet...Then you can go to the bathroom...LOL

Posted by RagingBull on :

lol good strategy

panic took over its a wrap for this

Posted by Stock_Pupil on :

Yea, I wouldn't think so either b/c even if they did get them by tricking someone they still requested them, which constitutes a demand.

WHAT HAPPENED, the bottom fell out, relative to the gains we saw earlier

Posted by Stock_Pupil on :

It looks like they're trying to drop this thing below 2

Posted by Stock_Pupil on :

Watch they drop this thing as low as they can. I sell my remaining shares. Then the company PR's afterhours that'd be just my luck.

Posted by 10of13 on :

If it falls through that 2.10...it will go below 2...
Stock protect your capital...and you'll be happier...
Acts like it wan'ts to bounce!

Posted by RagingBull on :

again this might not be the end i seen this things pick up steam and move higher specially since there sno bad news or anything just large profit takers and alil bit of panic

This is an interesting stock, I'm not exactly sure what to take away from this kind of activity in terms of a learning experience, other than protect your capital and don't panic, which you guess helped me out with (THANKS A MIL)anybody else want to give their take on today's action?

Too many anxious people, not enough intestinal fortitude.

Posted by fourseven on :

OUCH!

That came out of the blue...

Posted by everydayaverageinvestor on :

Happens everytime. I still think we'll see $3. Just needed to shake out a few "non-believers".

That was the quote of the day...the other one is the age old (depending on your favorite variation)

"Bulls get fat, Bears get fat, Pigs get slaughtered"

OR

"Pigs get fat, Hogs get slaughtered"

Either way, the message is the same, and I would wager that most every investor has found themselves oinking LOUDLY at least once....if you have a good profit, don't be greedy and salvage some of it no matter what...you might not make quite as much, but you will definately be happier than if you lose it all.

I speak from experience.

Yep - I've been up over 100% and lost it all in a few days. It's like Vegas - play with what you are comfortable losing, and when you are up, play with the house's money. After the course of a year, if you can manage a 20% return on pennies, that's way more than your bank would have given you.

It's never a wise bet to go long on a penny.

Posted by Stock_Pupil on :

It's holding true to form, early morning dip, now let's see if we can get a bounce.

Lost it all in a few days? I've been up about 300% and lost it all in 10 minutes.

Very nice point about the return...I always do better when I play the 10-20% return plays and get out.

Anybody want to guess on a re-entry point?

Posted by hedfe on :

got 1k at 1.47, hoping for a bounce up to 1.65-1.75 range

Posted by 10of13 on :

For me? Don't think there will be a re-entry...the "play" for now is done...that Shakerzzz probably took it higher than it would've gone...but yesterday killed any run...IMO..
it might be good for .10-25 here and there...but right now..it's too unstable...IMO (hope I am wrong)
GL!

Traders Nation mentioned this today at the end of the show and said this is a nice bounce play today.

Posted by Stock_Pupil on :

I don't think I'll be able to free anything up for a quick bounce play, I think I'll keep an eye on it but I'm done for now

Posted by fourseven on :

Posted by everydayaverageinvestor on :

Will we see $2 here soon?

Posted by fourseven on :

I like the SWRI chart a lot right now -- looks like it's tightening right below 1.89 resistance. This is a good sign.

(Currently I have no position in SWRI)
