Drinks Americas to Add Trump 24K Super Premium Vodka Bottle With 24 Karat Gold Label to Trump Brand Lineup
Tuesday February 20, 7:00 am ET

Luxury Item Already Has Night Club and Bar Demand With 1000 Cases Pre-Sold

WILTON, CT--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 20, 2007 -- Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (OTC BB:DKAM.OB - News) ("Drinks Americas" or the "Company") announced today that it will be launching Trump Super Premium Vodka 24K starting in about a month.

Trump Super Premium Vodka will be available in a bottle decorated with pure twenty-four karat gold, with an expected retail price of $100 per bottle. The distinct Trump Super Premium Vodka decanter's design was created by Milton Glaser. Trump Super Premium Vodka 24K will have a label of reflective 24 karat gold leaf and will be available in a stunning black specially crafted gift box. The front label will continue to carry the brand tag line "Trump, The Worlds Finest Super Premium Vodka."

Patrick Kenny, CEO of Drinks, said, "We created several of these bottles for our kick off events over the last several months. The look of 24 karat gold was spectacular. We gave one bottle to Donald Trump and another bottle to P. Diddy at the Miami Trump/P. Diddy Album kick-off event. These bottles were widely seen in the press. Before we knew it, we had a number of club and key accounts calling and asking where they could secure this very special product. The Company proceeded to pre-sell this special item to our distributors, and our sales team immediately came back with over 1,000 cases of orders. We accelerated production of this stunning gold offering and made it part of the Trump Super Premium brand line."

Donald Trump stated, "The presentation of Trump Super Premium Vodka is like no other in the beverage world today. It is universally recognized that the product tastes spectacular and exceeds all expectations. The addition of the Trump Super Premium 24K package, which will ship by April, is very exciting. We think clubs looking to distinguish themselves and market to a very special clientele will be thrilled to have the bottle sold in their establishments. As with Trump Super Premium Vodka, everyone who tries it tells us the product is delicious. The Trump 24K gold is now truly a super premium gold standard!"

Thought it to be the opportune time to stop in and say a few words. Those 144's you've been seeing are some restricted shares that were eligible to be sold based on price breaks and time. Just like many insiders, they sell way to early. All they see is a chance to free their money up and the reason they can is because the stock is going a lot higher. None of those people that sold are company officials or BOD members etc.. Some are from the former Gourmet group. Others are from various business deals where shares were exchanged for products or services. Not one single employee, director, or board member has sold a share. There currently are a couple of offers floating around to buy just the Trump portion of the business for a few hundred million. Also offers to buy the Newmans part of the business for a couple hundred million. They are being ignored because the company is worth 10 times more as a whole than breaking away its parts. Some very bigt money has been monitoring the shipments out of Wanders very closely. They say it would be shocking to see a price below $5 a share at or just after earnings. Company should be posting the first profit ever this Q. Nice balance sheet clean up on the pipe. Appears as though somebody is getting all spruced up for the big dance. Some will know what I mean. Plus these other **** posts floating around are on the money. Company will be filing an NT-10Q about Mar 14 delaying their earnings filing for one week. They did so last quarter and in that filing was the reason. A 200% increase in revenues. That made the stock take off. This time they will be delaying because of a 2400% increase in revenues. Like I said, all this new liquidity just put the shares in the hands of the hedges that so desperately wanted them before it goes over $10. Remember, these MMs can double this stock overnight without a share trading. In fact, burn that in your brain.

Do you have a link to where you are getting the information about the revenues and late filing?

Thanks

Posted by gadzooks on :

Nope. Be smart. If there was a link telling you what the revenues were then the company would have already released or pre released. I'm just telling you that there are people monitoring distributor shipments and total manufacturer shipments. No different than what all these high priced F/As do that have estimates out on any number of Fortune 500 companies. Since DKAM doesn't have any analysts covering the company then the little guy has to go out and do the work himself. The company has filed an NT10-Q every quarter since the reverse merger with GG. That's where I come in being around at that time all of it was happening. Take some of these 144s. Chicca offered his services in exchange for shares as did Miller. Skiber is a consultant for mergers and acquisitions. He also got shares. All locked up either by time or price. These people are like kids with trust funds. Once they have access they just grab the money. Ever seen a kid ask what the market or the investments are in a trust fund when they're old enough to have access to the money? Never!

Dilution.

You guys are getting screwed now.

DKAM does not make any money. Shipping vodka is a stupid business (would you start such a biz?). They are now dumping millions of shares onto suckers like you longs.

Expect massive dilution in the future.

READ ALL FILINGS !!!!!!

Item 3.02 UNREGISTERED SALES OF EQUITY SECURITIES.

On January 30, 2007 (the "Closing Date") we sold to five investors (the "Investors") an aggregate of 4,444,444 shares of our common stock, $.001 par value ("Common Stock"), at a price of $1.80 per share generating gross proceeds of $8,000,000, and warrants to purchase an aggregate of 3,777,778 shares of our Common Stock for a purchase price of $3.00 per share (the "Warrants"). The Warrants which are exercisable for a five year period commencing on the sixth month anniversary of the Closing Date, contain cashless exercise provisions, which apply in certain circumstances, and full ratchet anti-dilution provisions. Out of the gross proceeds of this Offering, we paid Midtown Partners & Co., LLC (the "Placement Agent") $640,000 in commissions and $160,000 for non-accountable expenses. We will also pay the Placement Agent commissions equal to 10% of the purchase price of Common Stock acquired on the exercise of the Warrants, if and when that occurs. We also issued to the Placement Agent, warrants to acquire 444,444 shares of our Common Stock for a purchase price of $3.00 per share (the "Placement Agent Warrants"), which warrants are substantially similar to the Warrants issued to the Investors, except they do not contain full ratchet anti-dilution provisions.

Consumer Demand for Trump Super Premium Vodka Continues to Grow
Tuesday February 27, 7:00 am ET

Distributor Re-Orders Flow In

WILTON, CT--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 27, 2007 -- Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (OTC BB:DKAM.OB - News), a leading developer and marketer of premium beverages associated with renowned icons, today announced that distributors in various parts of the country, having filled their pipelines based upon anticipated retail and consumer demand, are now consistently placing re-orders to satisfy the increased demands of their customers for Trump Super Premium Vodka.

The brand was launched by the Company in New York in October, followed by a launch in Florida in November. Since that time, Trump Super Premium Vodka has been introduced into many markets, with the brand now being sold in 28 states. It is anticipated that the vodka will be distributed nationally within the next month.

J. Patrick Kenny, CEO of Drinks Americas, stated, "The multiple re-orders of Trump Super Premium Vodka by our distributors in New York, California, Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Florida are very satisfying and exciting, and confirm our initial market analysis of anticipated market acceptance and demand for this luxury and high quality product by retailers and consumers. The recent re-orders for Trump Super Premium Vodka in the Chicago, Illinois and Indiana markets are particularly noteworthy since these markets were late in our roll-out schedule."

The Company sells Trump Super Premium Vodka in 750 ml, 1 liter, and 50 ml sizes, and has recently announced that it will soon introduce Trump Super Premium 24K, the same imported, high quality and flavorful vodka packaged with a gold label containing real 24 karat gold. The glistening 24K, with already 1000 cases of pre-orders, is designed and targeted for the premium club and luxury account market.

On March 6, 2007, the audit committee of the Company's Board of Directors agreed with management's determination that the Company's consolidated financial statements for the periods indicated above should be restated to make the adjustments indicated above. The audit committee has discussed this conclusion with the Company's independent registered public accounting firm.

In light of the foregoing, the Company has concluded that its consolidated financial statements for the above-referenced periods should no longer be relied upon. This conclusion was reached by the audit committee on March 6, 2007, following the recommendation of the Company's management and discussion with the Company's independent registered public accounting firm. The aggregate of all the adjustments as of October 31, 2006 result in an increase in accumulated deficit of $1,629,000, a decrease in intangible assets of $15,000, an increase in deferred expenses of $229,000, an increase in notes payable of $280,000 and an increase in additional paid-in capital of $1,563,000, but will not affect the net cash flows from operating, investing, or financing activities which were previously reported.

What does this part of the 8-K mean?:

"but will not affect the net cash flows from operating, investing, or financing activities which were previously reported."

I'm not fully convinced of the negative tone that at least appears to be in this report. Yes, there were mistakes in the financial statements of previous periods, but it is good that these have now been made known. The company can now put this behind them and hopefully not make these mistakes again and concentrate on the future.

Going forward, the anticipation of the earnings news as well as the execution of the marketing plan of the Trump Vodka keeps me in this stock. This company also needs to work on somehow getting on a big board as well.

Drinks Americas Forms Marketing Venture With Hollywood Producers
Thursday March 8, 7:00 am ET

WILTON, CT--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 8, 2007 -- Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (OTC BB:DKAM.OB - News), a leading developer and marketer of premium beverages associated with renowned icons, today announced that it has reached agreement with prominent Hollywood film producers, Mark Burg and Oren Koules, for the cross-marketing of Drinks Americas' beverages in movie and television productions.

Twisted Pictures, Inc., an affiliate of Evolution Entertainment, Inc., the producer of such popular movies as the "SAW" franchise, has agreed to a marketing arrangement whereby the Company's Trump Super Premium Vodka, Willie Nelson's Old Whiskey River Bourbon, Damiana Liqueur, and Newman's Own Lightly Sparkling Fruit Drinks and Fruit Essence Waters will be placed in its current and future movie and television productions.

Mark Burg and Oren Koules, Co-Presidents of Twisted Pictures and Evolution Entertainment, said, "In movie and television production, product promotions are the future of the film business. With rising costs, this is a great way for a brand to get exposure and hopefully enhance our films. We drink (and love) Trump Super Premium Vodka and Newman's Own Fruit Drinks and Waters, so why wouldn't the characters in our films as well?"

Mark Burg and Oren Koules are veteran film producers, with early producing credits including "Bull Durham," "Can't Buy Me Love," and "Set It Off." The pair formed the production company Twisted Pictures in 2004, and the management/production company Evolution Entertainment in 1998. In addition to developing the SAW franchise and other movies (such as "John Q"), Burg and Koules are the executive producers of "Two and a Half Men" (the top-rated sitcom on television).

J. Patrick Kenny, CEO of Drinks Americas, stated, "As it has become apparent that our products are becoming the celebrities of the beverage business, it is very fitting that our icon-associated beverages have found their way into movie and television productions. We all know that marketing is part show business, and Drinks Americas could not be happier that our icon-related brands will be moving into the spotlight of popular movies and television shows."

Mr. Kenny continued, "Our icon-associated products naturally generate a great deal of publicity. One of the powerful results of this constant exposure is that our reach extends to all forms of electronic and print media. This type of publicity is the purest form of marketing and the quickest route to creating brand awareness. Our new strategic relationship with Twisted Pictures and Mark Burg and Oren Koules is another powerful way that Drinks Americas will place our high-profile products directly in the mind's eye of the consumer."

Loaded up again today 2.52 ouch! But I have been in since around 1.61. I have been looking forward to earnings report, I knew it would be in March sometime. I would love to see this go to NASDAQ by the end of the year. A lot of work to get there.

Chart is really positive. Only thing that could bring this down is if the Donald loses in the WWE

Posted by Jo4321 on :

When is that WWE thing, by the way?

Here's a post from eyewuzthere over on the Yahoo Board:

quote:

While everyone is locking in their profits and figuring out "Now What?" with JSDA, DKAM is set to announce its quarter blowing away sales by 2000%.

It's amazing how things go together. Here is what was just said about DKAM's Paul Newman drinks:

"Drinks Americas' national expansion of its soft drinks follows last year's successful test marketing of its Newman's Lightly Sparkling Fruit Juice Drinks in the New York metropolitan area. Simultaneously with the national roll-out, Drinks Americas has expanded its product line of Newman's Drinks to include six fruit sodas and three fruit flavored, lightly sparkling waters. The Newman's drinks are all natural and are certified kosher, and the sodas are made with real fruit juice and pure cane sugar."

And this was the news from February:

Patrick Kenny, President and CEO of Drinks Americas, announced today that a substantial number of new accounts have authorized and purchased Newman's Own products. These new customers include Foodtown Supermarkets (60 stores in the New York metropolitan area), Amish Markets, Fairway Markets, Marcus Dairy Distributors (in Connecticut and New York), Alaska Distributors (in Washington State and Alaska), Quality Food Centers (53 stores in the Pacific Northwest), Bristol Farms (17 stores in Southern California), Gleason's (15 stores in Southern California), Scolari's (27 stores in Nevada), Metropolitan Markets (15 stores in the Seattle area), Eckerd's Drug Stores, Key Food Supermarkets (in the New York metropolitan area), Grand Union Supermarkets (in the New England area), and Fresh Grocers (7 stores in the Philadelphia area). The foregoing adds to the long list of distributors and retailers that comprise the Company's current customer base, including the joint venture with Beyer Farms/Tuscan Dairy, ShopRite Supermarkets, Shaw's Supermarkets, 7-Eleven, King Kullen Supermarkets, and numerous distributors nationally.

Oh and did I mention they have the fastest Vodka launch in history surpassing Grey Goose first year sales by over 500%? And Grey Goose was bought out for $2.3 billion which equates to $18 a share for DKAM?

Those of you that know had JSDA under $1 and look what happened. This time they gave you all the news right there on DKAM at $2 and it will do the same thing JSDA did. Do the right thing and make the play already!

Yeah, I was too. It would nice for this earnings call to occur with the market in a generally "better mood". However, this may be a "jewel in the rough" that people are looking for and may draw some good volume.

How y'all gonna play this tomorrow? Are you all long or are some of you gonna look for a pull back (hopefully the pps reacts so that we can at least talk about a pull back).

I havn't sold any either, surf and I'm in at pretty close to where you bought. But looking back there was definitely oppurtunity to make some good plays to add some free shares. Also, with the amount of shares that I already have, I'm not sure I have the guts to get off this thing if it rockets on mega news. ...and I don't want to think about short term cap gains tax either, lol.

Check out the action over the past few days on Jones Soda JSDA after its very good conference call! A similar run is possible with DKAM. Remember the Newman sparkling juice is also made with Cane sugar (as is Jones Soda)could be the new buzz investment!

Drinks Americas' Fruit Drinks and Liqueur Sales Accelerate
Newman's Own Lightly Sparkling Fruit Juice Drinks & Waters and Damiana Liqueur Volumes Exceed Expectations
Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. ("Drinks Americas", or the "Company") (OTCBB: DKAM), a leading developer and marketer of premium beverages associated with renowned icons, today announced that the Company's sales of Newman's Own Lightly Sparkling Fruit Juice Drinks and Waters, as well as Damiana Liqueur, have accelerated over the last two months to the point that aggregate sales for these beverage products for the Company's 2007 fiscal year have already met or exceeded those of its 2006 fiscal year. The sales of Damiana alone in January and February of this year were 101% greater than those of the same months last year. (The unique liqueur is well known to the Latin American community, and its custom bottle (shaped like a pregnant woman) makes it instantly recognizable.) The sales of Newman's Own Sparkling Fruit beverages in fiscal 2007 year to date are already 18% higher than those of the entire 2006 fiscal year.

J. Patrick Kenny, President and Chief Executive Officer of Drinks Americas, said, "Damiana is an authentic and iconic product from Mexico which is used as a topper for margaritas. We are now selling the product nationwide. In addition to being a first-rate addition to any establishment's margaritas, the Damiana product has a solid and growing consumer base with the expanding Hispanic population and is growing significantly in the California and Southwestern Markets in the U.S."

The national roll-out of the Company's Newman's Own Lightly Sparkling Fruit Drinks and Lightly Sparkling Fruit Essence Waters has continued to accelerate. Over the last several weeks, Price Chopper Supermarkets (with 113 stores in the Northeast), Gristedes Supermarkets (with 47 stores in the New York metropolitan area), Family Health Foods (with 5 stores in the Staten Island borough of New York City), D'Agostino's Supermarkets (with 23 stores in the New York metropolitan area), Kingsborough College (in Brooklyn, NY), Ace Metro Distributors (a prominent convenience store wholesaler servicing Long Island, NY), Bay Area Distributors (with thousands of customers in the Silicon Valley, northern California area), Premium Beverage Distributors (in the Monterey Peninsula/northern coastal area of California), and Dry Creek Distributors (in the central valley wine country area of California) have joined the large number of distributors, retailers, and institutional food service providers across the country which are actively selling the Company's soft drink products. As an example of the rapid prominence achieved by the Newman's Own beverages with its customers, Wagner College has featured the Newman's Own drinks on its website at www.dineoncampus.com/wagner.

Mr. Kenny said, "Newman's Own Fruit Drinks and Waters are great tasting, all natural and are of the highest quality. We could not be more proud that consumers are recognizing that, as with all of our beverages, these soft drinks represent the best of class, with an iconic association that mirrors our high standards. We are also excited about the prospect of increased product exposure and sales as the result of the visibility to be gained through the recently announced cross marketing/product placement arrangement with the television and movie productions of Twisted Pictures/Evolution Entertainment."

The Company's line of Newman's Own soft drinks includes six flavors (lemonade, limeade, orange mango, blackberry, raspberry kiwi, and the newly introduced cherry) of all natural lightly carbonated fruit drinks (made with 10% fruit juice and pure cane sugar, and certified kosher), as well as three fruit essence flavors (lemon, lime, and raspberry) of lightly carbonated waters (which have zero calories, and are all natural and certified kosher).

I think I pretty much lost all my profits from earlier.

Sucks.

The Repo plan is failing [Eek!] ....lol

Ya this disappointing. It seems recent PR is positive and the stock drops. Hopefully this is just mm driving it down to pick up cheap shares for big run.

Where is Repo anyway?

Guess I'll wait until they run it down to 1.50 and then add somemore. lol

Don't know where Repo is, but I bet he changes his siggy line before he posts here again, what with FRPT and DKAM both doing poorly.

Cut-n-pasting this from a Google Finance discussion on DKAM. I did not write or make any of these observations and will echo the writers comment to "Make your own decision":

START:

"I think there were a few "big guys" that were looking for a quick
double and the numbers weren't quite strong enough so they dumped. There was a lot of pumping of 1000%-3000% yoy revenue growth and possibly even becoming profitable this quarter. When that didn't come to pass, they got out. The fundamentals of this company is quite strong, however and I am long. Here's the highlights from the conference call. Doesn't look like a company going in the wrong direction at all. Make your own decision.

DKAM 3/14 Conference Call (with interjection where noted)

1. Beginning communications enhancement. Momentum as a business is accelerating. Complete success of the business model.
2. Rapid growth of the Trump Vodka brand.
3. $8 million in equity financing raised in the quarter.
4. Trump only available for 3 1/2 months and one of the most
successful launches in history.
5. Thousands of cases of additional Trump Vodka in the pipeline.
6. 875% increase in revenues over 2005. Several non cash and one time charges.
7. Extinguishment of all debt including non convertible debt to equity other than short term financing.
8. *Margins increased both year over and sequentially.
9. Without the one time charges the company booked a loss of two cents per share compared to a loss of 3 cents a share a year ago.
10. Company believes the $4.8 million in SG&A was well spent in
promotions and Trump Vodka launches as it generated $100's of millions in brand exposure, advertising, and public relations.
11. More aggressive inventory positions are now in place due to the big increase in cash.
12. Cash as of 1/31 is $6.5 million which is fully adequate to
complete their business plan.
13. Trump today available in 28 states. For this reporting period
Trump was only available in 15 states.
14. Company undergoes a successful product launch with an unproven product in the heart of the Christmas season. No one has ever done that and they did.
15. NY market has reordered 8 times; Florida market 7 times;
California 9 times. Indicative of strong turnover and product
acceptance.***Important to note Pat was reading a "real time" report on reorders. Given the dates of release of Florida and California, they could not have possibly had that many reorders by the end of January. Also important that re-orders are averaging "a container" (1000 cases)
16. Most major retailers NOW on their third and fourth re-orders. *Emphasis again that these are real time numbers.
17. Print ads starting now. Nationwide ads to begin late April and May in Wall Street Journal and USA Today to tie in with their
"Trumpstakes" and "Live The Trump Lifestyle" sweepstakes. **Important to note this also coordinates with the finale of The Apprentice. Also advertising in Forbes and Maxim magazines. Plus strategic ad prints will continue in local newspapers and in nationwide newspaper circulars for Memorial Day and July 4th.
18. Numerous tasting and sampling programs will continue nationwide.
19. 14 additional control state placements will be completed in April and May for Trump Vodka. The balance of the country including Texas should be placed by the end of May.
20. DKAM is NOT the "Trump Vodka Company" even though the numbers may suggest otherwise. Going forward the product mix will change dramatically.
21. Newmans business was a test product focused in a 75 mile radius. The Newmans people were so pleased with the DKAM launch they gave the go ahead to expand nationally. *This is expected to generate $24 million in sales by 2008.
22. Newmans has 5 flavors and just added a sixth. There are three flavored waters. There are 5 Green Teas to be introduced soon. *That is 14 Newmans products commanding shelf space at higher margins from the likes of Coke or Pepsi. Newmans going into several hundred locations now and expanding to many thousands of locations nationally.
23. Hollywood promotions in place with Twisted Pictures.
24. Over 200 solicitations to begin distributing all Drinks products internationally immediately.
25. 24 carat Trump bottles will ship in May. 1000 cases on pre order.
26. Hubert Millet added to BOD. He ran Seagrams Global Brands. His extensive track record is unprecedented in Global Branding. He will take the company global per the company's business model.
27. Design of the big 1.75 liter bottle is almost complete and will ship in May.
28. Additional icons approaching the company looking for immediate partner agreements.
29. Rheingold reformulation is complete and ready for distribution.
30. Growth of the company is expected to continue now that inventories are rebuilt and expected to continue in an efficient manner.
31. COMPANY CAN NOW BOAST A CLEAN BALANCE SHEET. *It is very rare for a start up to have a clean balance sheet within the first 6 years let alone less than 3.
32. CEO indicates the strongest levels on sales come May-July and the spirits season is September and October. *In lieu of guidance, he states the "end of the cow" or their best sales are directly in front of them.
33. No one but Donald Trump has ever introduced a vodka in the Christmas season and Trump did it as the most successful launch in history.
34. CEO believes the company is in a position to move to a higher exchange and will do anything he can to benefit the stock.
35. Drinks' products sit in 3200 accounts in New York at a very small fraction of the cost of Coke or Pepsi.
36. Current focus and efforts on accelerating distribution in all
areas of the business is in place and working.
37. The gold label reasserts Donald Trump's contention that Trump Super Premium Vodka is "The Gold Standard of All Vodkas." *This slogan will undoubtedly be seen over and over in all the print advertising.
38. Drinks owns the trademark of Trump Vodka. CEO says Trump's goal is to build the product to sell it for $2.3 billion; $100000 more than his friend Sidney Frank sold Grey Goose to Bacardi. *For the scorekeepers that is $29 a share.
39. Very few spirits in history have cracked the 40000-100000 sales bracket barrier in the first year. Drinks has and all indications are the re order rates will continue to go higher.
40. *Analyst coverage is currently in progress. It is hugely
noteworthy that: companies have a fiduciary responsibility to any firm initiating coverage that they not disclose such coverage before it is initiated by the firm in a public press release. Hence, the statement from DKAM legal, "We've been in dialog." Additional to note that having heard that exact statement before it was to a firm that had absolutely no inventory in the stock and was agressively buying the stock in the open market to gain inventory BEFORE the rating was issued. Front running at its best huh?"

END.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but this 11million shares isn't "news" per se, right? Aren't those the shares that we saw used in a private placement long ago? Not saying it's not bad, but is it new info?

I don't know if it is "new" or not...but they did file a SB-2 filing yesterday (?)..(maybe...i'd have to check)

Posted by PCola77 on :

Okay, here's what I found. Not sure if the link will work, so if not, go to page 22 of the old thread:

http://www.allstocks.com/stockmessageboard/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi/ubb/get_topic/ f/2/t/013361/p/22.html?

So this is just the actual registration of the 4.4 million shares that we've known about since January 31st. And the filing back then said they would be registered in about 45 days, which would have been last week.

Like I've said before, I'm not in this anymore, but have been watching, and think the sell-off was unnecessary, since this *should* have already been factored into the price long ago.

Unless I am missing something, the warrants can't be excercized until over $3, so they have a vested interest in seeing this over $3 again in the near future.

Anyway, I leave tomorrow for a business conferecne for the rest of the week, and so I won't be buying since I can't keep an eye on it, but if it's still in this range at the beginning of next week, I think I'll be buying again.

Good luck to you all, and I hope it bounces back for you!

RedChip Independent Issues Research Update On Drinks Americas, Inc.
ORLANDO, Fla., March 22, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) (PRIMEZONE) -- RedChip Independent, a division of RedChip Companies, announced today that they have initiated research on Drinks Americas, Inc. (OTCBB:DKAM).

Lisa Springer, MBA, CFA, RedChip Research Analyst, wrote in the report:

"Drinks Americas is on-track to report substantial revenue gains and significant progress towards profitability in fiscal 2007 as a result of the launch of a new product, Trump Super Premium Vodka, which is also driving sales of its other spirit products. The Company is also expanding distribution of its Newman's Own beverages and extending the Newman's Own product line.

"For the third quarter ended January 31, 2006, Drinks Americas reported an 875 percent increase in revenues to $2.7 million from $0.3 million for the same period last year. The January quarter was the first full quarter that included sales from Trump Super Premium Vodka, which the Company launched in mid-October. Trump Vodka is now available in 28 states. Over the last 100 days, the Company has shipped 40,000 cases of Trump Vodka, generating sales of $4.3 million. Over the next several weeks, Drinks Americas anticipates Trump Vodka will become available in an additional 14 states.

"We initiated coverage of Drinks America shares in October 2006 with a Buy rating and a $1.40 one year price target, based on a seven times multiple of projected FY 2008 EPS. These shares are currently trading above our target price, but we would be buyers on share price weakness."

-back test this to see that it worked on both run ups. You are still looking good here IMO [Smile]

Drinks Americas Announces Fast Start for Its Newly Added 1.75 Liter Size Trump Super Premium Vodka

Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (OTCBB: DKAM), an owner, developer and marketer of premium beverages associated with renowned icons, including Donald Trump, Paul Newman & Willie Nelson, announced today that case shipments of its new 1.75 liter bottle of Trump Super Premium Vodka have already generated more than $400,000 in sales in the first 30 days of availability to distributors. The revenue will be reflected in the Company's second fiscal quarter for the period ending October 30, 2007.

J. Patrick Kenny, President & Chief Executive Officer of Drinks Americas, stated, "We are pleased and excited to introduce our Trump Super Premium Vodka 1.75 liter bottle, which further leverages our Trump trademark, one of the most well-known and widely recognized in the world. As the largest bottle in our Trump product line, distributors recognize its sales potential based on the product's exceptional smooth taste and distinctive package design. We now offer 'The World's Finest Super Premium Vodka' in four sizes."

The Trump Super Premium Vodka 1.75 liter size bottle will be targeted for back-bar displays and on-premise promotions across all major markets throughout the U.S. The brand is currently available in 46 states, covering 15,000 on-premise accounts and over 50,000 off-premise retail accounts, including liquor stores and supermarkets.

Mr. Kenny concluded, "Heading into the peak holiday season, we expect strong revenue growth across our Trump product line throughout our current fiscal second quarter and upcoming third quarter. Revenue of $400,000 for initial shipments on the 1.75 liter bottle alone represents nearly 50% of our recently reported revenue for our fiscal fourth quarter of 2007. With the product's growing success and awareness, we continue to expand our market reach across all points of distribution on the consumer level. We look forward to begin extending our Trump Super Premium Vodka line with a selection of five flavors later this quarter."

Trump Super Premium Vodka is on track to ship 100,000 cases in its first 12-month period ending November 2007. Drinks Americas recently reported record revenue results for its 2007 fiscal year, which ended April 30, 2007. Revenue for the year was $6.1 million, a 248% increase over its 2006 fiscal year.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

14-Sep-2007

Quarterly Report

Item 2. Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations
Introduction

The following discussion and analysis summarizes the significant factors affecting our (1) consolidated results of operations for the three months ended July 31, 2007, compared to the three months ended July 31, 2006, and (2) financial liquidity and capital resources. This discussion and analysis should be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and notes included in Item 1 of this Report, and the audited consolidated financial statements and notes included in Form 10-KSB, which Report was filed on August 8, 2007.

Three Months Ended July 31, 2007 and 2006:

Net Sales. Net sales were $1,307,115 for the three months ended July 31, 2007 compared to net sales of $336,305 for the three months ended July 31, 2006, an increase of 289%. The increase is due primarily to the launch of Trump Super Premium Vodka which commenced in the second quarter of fiscal 2007 as well the growth of the company's overall spirits and wine portfolio and the expansion nationally of the Newman's Own products.

Total Trump Super Premium Vodka sales aggregated $781,450 on 7,504 cases sold, which accounted for 59.8% of total dollar sales and 19.8% of total case sales for the three months ended July 31, 2007. Sales of all alcoholic products aggregated approximately $990,000 on 9,643 cases sold for the three months ended July 31, 2007 as compared to approximately $213,000 on 1,982 cases sold for the three months ended July 31, 2007. Net sales of our non-alcoholic product, Newman's Own sparking fruit beverages and sparkling waters increased to approximately $318,00, on 32,646 cases sold, in the first quarter of fiscal 2008 as compared to $123,000, on 13,363 cases sold, in the first quarter of fiscal 2007. The Company has modified the Newman's Own product eliminating the high fructose corn syrup and replacing it with pure cane sugar; Newman's Own is now kosher certified. The Company began a national expansion of the Newman's Own product line in the third quarter of our 2007 fiscal year. The Company has been able to sustain its inventory positon due to its financing facilities and sales growth.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Gross Margin. Gross margin was $469,649 for the first three months of fiscal 2008 (35.9% of net sales)an increase of $347,429 compared to gross margin of $122,220 (36.3% of net sales) for the first three months of fiscal 2007. The dollar increase in gross profit can be attributed to sales of Trump Super Premium Vodka and increased sales of our overall spirits and wine portfolio and Newman's Own Products. Trump Super Premium Vodka is sold at a substantially higher gross margin than a majority of our other products, this increase is offset by Newman's Own Products which is sold at a lower gross margin.

Selling, General and Administrative Expenses. Selling, general and administrative expenses were $1,985,275 for the three months ended July 31, 2007 compared to $865,510 for the three months ended July 31, 2006, an increase of $1,119,765. The increase in the current fiscal year is mainly due to selling and marketing expenses relating to Trump Super Premium Vodka. Charges relating to our short term financing which commenced in fiscal 2007 aggregated approximately $64,000 for the three months ended July 31, 2007 and $0 for the same period of our previous year. Travel expenses have also increased for the three months ended July 31, 2007 compared to the same period of the prior year. The increase is due to travel expenses relating to the launch of Trump Super Premium Vodka. In June 2007 the Company issued 40,000 shares of our common stock to a member of its board of directors, for serving on the board recognizing an expense of $50,000. The Company recognized an additional $50,000 in directors' fees for the three months ended July 31, 2007. For the three months ended July 31, 2006 no expense for directors' fees were recognized by the Company.

Looks like this might be a bottom, it's been bouncing between .55 and .65 for a month.
CMF is above 0.00 which shows some interest.
Accum is flat but not tanking, maybe someone's building a base for themselves.
Been on a down trend since march maybe a decent PR and this will move.

.46 x .465

Has a little more room to drop before it's oversold.
I don't know what's the deal here except lost interest and dilution.

CMF looks surprisingly good for a stock that's been falling for 8 months. We could see a dip into the high 30's and then hopefully a serious move up. jmo

The Company's first shipment as part of Recolte's contract to purchase almost $7.5mil of Trump Super Premium Vodka will ship in December. This business was originally set to commence next year. · Drinks Americas

In November, Drinks Americas entered into a contract with Recolte, a Russian distributor, to expand its Trump Super Premium Vodka to Russia. The contract includes an annual minimum order from Recolte for 50,000 cases, valued at approximately $7.5 million.

Recolte has accelerated its order due to the overwhelming demand resulting from the brand launch of Trump Super Premium Vodka at Moscow's Millionaires Fair last week. The famous exhibition, held in one of Moscow's largest exhibition halls, features the world's most prominent luxury goods and is attended by only qualified millionaires and Russia's most affluent consumers. This year's fair was successful in attracting luxury exhibits from around the world, with Trump Super Premium Vodka unveiled by Recolte under the glare of media and press attention and over 50,000 visitors. Orders for 112 bottles of Trump 24K Solid Gold Label Vodka were actually received at the show.

Recolte will be Drinks Americas' exclusive distributor in Russia. In 2005, the vodka market in Russia was $10.2 billion and is expected to double in size by 2009.

In late 2006, Drinks Americas launched Trump Super Premium Vodka, which has been one of the most successful spirits launches on record. The product is currently available in 47 states in the US and sold in duty free shops in the Caribbean and Canada.

Patrick Kenny, President and CEO Drinks Americas, stated, "The sales revenue implications to Drinks Americas from our expansion to Russia are significant. Our export gross margins are in line with our overall spirits business and our partners are strongly supporting the Trump Super Premium launch. I recently traveled to Russia and saw that the consumer acceptance of the brand was overwhelming. This early order, well ahead of our original launch schedule, is a clear indication of the Trump Super Premium brand's potential for tremendous growth in Russia."

The Spirits Journal recently gave a "four stars" and "highly recommended" rating to Trump Super Premium Vodka, which is produced at Wanders in Holland, a distiller which has been crafting vodka since 1651.

Not looking good.

RSI falling fast towards 30.
MACD under 0
Accum falling off high.
Might see a bounce off RSI 30 or this will fall into oversold area and end up a .15 to .10 stock.

What a fall from grace.

I'll tell ya I loved this stock last year , but all I can say is the management team bombed. They had good products and didn't promo, deluted the stock and have lost the confidence of investors. Any missteps now don't surprise me. I'm just playing this for quick ups and downs now.
Maybe if they show some real direction I would get back on board. I really learned some lessons here.

Drinks Americas Bourbon Business Over 50 Percent Higher Than Last Year
Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (OTCBB: DKAM), a leading developer and marketer of premium beverages that partners with renowned icons, announced today that case sales of its Willie Nelson's Old Whiskey River Bourbon is up over 50% nationally as compared to prior fiscal year-to-date case sales. Total sales of all bourbon brands grew approximately 4% in 2007.

The key market of Florida has increased case sales over 1,700 percent over prior fiscal year-to-date sales. Texas, another key market for the bourbon, is up over 13%.

Willie Nelson's Old Whiskey River Bourbon, an award-winning, small batch, six year old bourbon, is to be featured at 944 Magazine's Super Village Celebrity Poker Tournament in Phoenix during Super Bowl week.

J. Patrick Kenny, Drinks Americas' Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Willie Nelson's Old Whiskey Bourbon, an award-winning, small batch, six year old bourbon, is growing well above both the national trend and the trend in its key states. Drinks' sponsorship of 944 Magazine's Celebrity Poker Tournament in Phoenix during Super Bowl week is the start of our high profile, targeted brand support that we think will continue to accelerate the brand's growth. 944's Super Village is expected to be one of the most star-packed places during Super Bowl week. Old Whiskey River is growing in almost every state where the brand is distributed."

Lock, I know this one's like a total crapshoot, but you think this will run for a couple days and you think it will flirt with .40 like the last run? I haven't checked yet, but you know anything that triggered it today?

I've got .23's and for me it's not a question of "if" to abandon ship, but "when". Maybe I'll just gradually throw stuff overboard.
