PPS hit $3.90 last Tuesday after announcement of big contract-

Currently trading in the $1.60-$1.70 range, which is very safe considering the 52-week low is $1.50. Should be easy to make .30-.50 cents based on current trading range- and there may be more new contracts which would cause another breakout.
