This is crazy!! An OBNH Press release this weeks announced that they are expecting $2 million in revenue from a new international venture. (pasted below) Even crazier is that their revenue for last quarter was reported at a mere $55,000 (link below) - I did the math and that means with $2 million they're expecting a 40 times increase in revenue! With such a sudden increase in their balance sheet, the stock at this price stands as SEVERLY undervalued and is likely to go through the roof !

Not only that, the CEO stated in a PR (pasted below) that and I quote: "Shareholders should find the returns from the series to be significant."

This stock is going to see some serious gains in stock price this week. And don't take my word for it: Look at the trading since the news came out : notice how volume has been increasing. More and more investors are finding out and taking a position in this stock, and it's only a matter of time before the stock price is signficantly higher.

-------------
Just my humble opinion based on my understanding of the facts.

I've highlighted the statement about $2 million revenue since that's the key behind this stock coming alive and shooting up

With this one too, I've highlighted the CEO's statement about shareholders finding significant returns. To me, when a CEO tells shareholders that they will find (not expect, but find) higher returns that's a sign of strong confidence and a great future. What do you think ?

I would appreciate any thoughts/comments by you all here. Just post a message if you need more DD or have questions.

And this company is in Las Vegas? I would be more careful with companies registered in Nevada and Florida.

Oh and my personal opinion on this stock: As penny stock traders we all wish we can one day find a stock, buy it, the company releases some crazy news and increases in value and the stock shoots up --- well in my opinion this is it!

OBNH is blooming from a struggling young company into a thriving business, and this is our oppurtunity to take advantage.

Why do you say that ? Although I agree it's good to be careful regardless.

I've gone through the financials of this company, the news, the sectors, the stock technicals everything and as far as I can see everything is clean. They've been consistent with their filings and keeping their word.

OBNH is a go as far as I'm concerned.

If I'm not mistaken you want to be careful with companies incorporated in Nevade and Utah because of the ridiculous amount of A/S that may be issued.

Daily chart: I'm thinking you may be able to get a "little" more but I think it has some downtrending to do before going back up. Aroon looks to be turning into a downtrend, RSI high, and bollinger bands need to close more: http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=OBNH&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=p84826879646

I humbly disagree: RSI is not a correct indicator for this stock, because it is just coming out of dilution and there this is the first bounce in quite a while, so RSI will be high no matter what.

Correct indicator for a stock like this is ADX,because ADX depends only on current conditions, not previous one like RSI.

Take a look, the positive divergence is showing near 40, and negative is near 0: this means a strong uptrend

In my opinion OBNH is PRIME for a pretty explosive breakout.

As a penny stock investor you want to find and buy stock of a struggling company before it becomes something major, (you know the rags to riches story) , every penny stock trader dreams of having made at least one investment in their career. That's the point of trading penny stocks.

Just my opinion guys but I think that OBNH is very well qualified to be one of those success stories (and I'm not even over exagerating here), and I can see this company in the $1.00 range pretty soon.

Good luck to all long/short in this

Pretty thinly traded in my humble opinion!

lol, vinnie...

ya, fellas...don't try to make a TA case on this one, either pro or con: indiators need data, eh? ...and for sure don't overlook the SB2s linked in livinon's post...

Tex, I would agree with your post except for one thing: The news. You're ignoring the news. This company's last reported revenues were in the range of 55,000 (or something like that) Now they're about to make $2 million or more. The CEO himself has said that shareholders will find returns to be significant. Notice how volume has started coming since that press release.

Yes OBNH was a thinly traded stock. But aren't all pennies? Until some strong news about real business and real revenues comes about and changes all that, if OBNH starts getting volume and increasing in price, who cares if it was once thinly traded or had an SB2?

It's not the past you should be looking at, it's the future.

Once again this is just my humble opinion.

WHAT IF A COMPANY WITHDRAWS SB2. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN.

Posted by ridi on :

Looking at the charts and the way the stock moves, I think the SB2 is over. The SB2 was issued 2 years ago, I think it's over and done with now.

Posted by T e x on :

well, then? let's get it verified...

Posted by ridi on :

As of right now this stock is BLOWING UP ! I think that's verification enough that SB2 is over and good times are coming !

lol - the life of a penny stock trader.

I'm sure every single penny trader can relate to that experience.

Good luck trying to purchase this at bid (or anywhere close). You got to wonder if the spread is over 60% of the bid. Just not getting a good vibe from this stock. Also bothers me that most of the posting are done from one person!

But in all seriousness Vinnie, you might wanna take a look at the news on this stock and evaluate it's future potential. If you don't have a good feeling now, thats ok I didn't either till I checked out their news and evaluated their future. I mean I really think that a company which has so much to look forward to (all that's been discussed above) has got to be worth at least a couple of more times more in the future than it is now. I think the way to take advantage of the ride is patiently i.e. sit at the bid, increase the bid a little till you get it, and accumulate over time. Nibble away. In the end the decision is yours, but this is just how I see things right now, it's just my opinion.

I've started nibbling away at this, got some shares at$0.23 today. A couple more good press releases and this stock is going to upwards of $0.50 in my opinion
