3.22. Cemex news is really big IMO. They own EVI (13% of master installers of these units in US), and now have partnerships and deals with Trimble (TRMB), Sprint/Nextel, and Cemex (CX). I think this company is easily worth the current pps and more. Hopefully they will make the push to get off the pinks. GLTA in.

We are in the early stages of a strong rally. This stock is carrying huge momentum. $6-$8 short term is not out of the question, IMO.

Weeks back, I commented on NDOL stock. Next business day, dropped fifty-seven cents per in less than a half hour.
Yesterday, I commented on this one, GHLT. Today, looks to be a seventy-five cent per share loss in less than a half hour.

Reminds me of my Grandpa.
Seven years old, barefoot, scrawny, hunger skinny, I am plowing a small field, maybe five acres, next to our farmhouse. Darn mule, so ornery, so stubborn. I holler "HAW" at him several times telling him to turn. He just stops and stands.
So, I go up for a face-to-face talk. This mule stands two feet over my head. "Listen you stupid mule, if you do not HAW when I yell HAW, I will take a fence rail to your sorry thick skull.
This mule ups and bites my face, nearly takes off my nose.
I run to Grandpa, crying and screaming. He calms me down, fetches a switch, makes me drop my overalls, then gives me butt switching followed by a lecture to not be so stupid to let a mule bite your face off. Afterwards, he pours coal oil on my face to prevent infection. "Now yall get on back out there and get to work."
Those five acres are plowed by sunset and I learned to duck when a mule tries to eat my face. I also learned to not tell Grandpa when I am hurt; cure is worse than the injury.
You need to learn to duck when a mule bites and need to learn to listen when Grandpa says,
"Child, don't you ever be fooled by a mule."

I have an aunt who was kicked in the head by one of our mules. To this day, decades later, she has a perfect crescent moon scar on her forehead. She learned to never look a gift mule in the wrong end.
How embarrassing! Retired now, she worked her way up to being a principal. Well respected and all, but often asked, "How did you get that scar on your head?"
That is nothing, I have an uncle whose toe next to his big toe on his right foot is missing, whole thing. A hog bit off his toe and ate it! Now that is embarrassing!
I should tell what happened to me and why I am so darn ugly. Has to do with a mule swishing his tail into a hornet's nest while we were plowing.

I increased our family portfolio equity value one-hundred-fifty (150) percent last year, my worst performing year, to date. I usually average two-hundred (200) percent growth up to a two-hundred-fifty (250) percent growth per year.

Oh my goodness, just crashed fifty-three cents per.
Readers, pump and dump stocks like this, while appearing very attractive at first, are an extreme risk and you will almost always suffer heavy losses.
Thus far, lots and lots of people have lost money on this and people are continuing to lose money on this. Do not fall prey to the pump and dump scam artists.
This type of volatility is even beyond most day traders. You cannot enter orders fast enough nor have orders executed fast enough to protect your money. Market Makers are all over this, eating traders alive.
Do not sucker into the wildness of stocks which exhibit this type of behavior, you will not "get rich quick." You will lose your money very quickly.

I only stumbled into this while researching. I am nothing more than the messenger.
However, I did load the pictures to my server so those pictures will always be available in the future. There might come a day we will want to refer readers to this thread for learning how to avoid scams.
Day traders can make money on these types of scams, but this is the ultimate in extreme risks.
Creates Bad Karma, though. Profiting from scams like this is to participate in taking advantage of the unwary, the gullible. That is not good.

We learned from GVRP / GLUV rather doubtful the SEC will become involved. Doubtful but not impossible.
IBZT taught us the SEC does become involved if enough attention is gained. However, that Shilling boy had been busted before.
GHLT, there is some building "attention getter" stuff going on. This Stock Lemon commentary draws attention. Wild price swings draw attention. I would guess some complaints have been filed or will be in the near future. Not enough going on now for any SEC attention.
This can change, as we know. Maybe the SEC will become involved and start taking names. Would be nice to have some pumpers taken down.
My guess is this will be a bad experience for many and will fade away then be forgotten.
Some of us will remember, though!

You are right! I completely forgot! Darn old age. Check me, the SEC suspended trading for a period of time, then brokers refused to handle GVRP.
I still have MAMG junk stock in my account!
Amazing how my three-hundred-million shares in GVRP suddenly became nineteen-hundred shares of MAMG and worthless!

According to Titan America officials, the statements published by GHL Technologies are inaccurate and unauthorized.
Titan America's Graham Fox, VP, Information Systems commented, "What we have agreed to is a short -term, month-by-month contract with GHL Technologies for only a small portion of our fleet; we did not enter into a multi-year contract. And so far, their overall performance has not met my expectations."
I would not be surprised if the SEC eventually becomes involved and suspends trading.

Somehow I managed to receive the 8 page mailer. It is either going out to everyone or somehow I got onto some mailing list???
Without the need to crack open the first page, it was more than apparent that this company reeks of a scam. This thing screams, con artists!!! Personally I would run the opposite direction of this stock and wouldn't look back.

I really enjoy researching stocks and really enjoy discussing stocks with others, setting aside my habit of leading boys around by the nose, which is fun.
Each time I research a stock, I learn a lot not only through that research but also learn from opinions of others commenting on research.
Research efforts always lead to discovery of new methods of research, hidden tricks, spotting concealed information and leads to learning how to "interpret" information found.
Best benefit from research is simply learning what others think. All and each have something to offer, have something to offer we do not know or would never consider. Discussion is like a Vulcan mind meld; we become one big brain, a smart brain or, maybe, a stupid brain!
Without "cheating" as you comment, none of us would have any money left; traders would vanish. Sometimes we can "see" some of the company's cards, maybe three out of five, then make an informed guess on the hand being held by the company, which usually includes a joker.
Many years back, Christopher Cox, our SEC Chair, made it easy for companies to conceal their cards. A result is Worldcom and Enron. Our task is to catch Cox and coherts dealing from the bottom of the deck.

I must tell you that the one angle used by those afraid of the truth that dumbfounds me everytime by it's lack of logic is: Why don't you prove the company's PR aren't true.
Whenever I hear those words I know not to touch that stock with a ten foot pole. Isn't it the company's responsibility to share holders to provide details that back up their PR's? Somehow this gets turned around and the company PR is looked at as bible and needs no verification. The onus is now on the share holder and potential investor to ferret out the truth.
The other false positive is the, if it's a scam why does the PPS keep going up? A skilled scamster follows the boards and knows exactly what to write in order to continue his scam. It's it funny how many times things that are discussed on a message board are answered in the subsequent PR. Real companies don't have the time to follow message boards and respond to them they are too busy growing the company. Yet they will take the time when time allows to address share holder concerns.

Tex you're right I shouldn't have listened to one person...my fault. New at trading in fact GHL was my first pick. Liked what I read, liked the product then some pro's suggested I view the message boards and learn more. I guess I wasn't prepared for the bashers but then I don't have big hips, big thighs and couldn't smash a walnut with my whatevers and don't know everything about everything. yesterday morning it appeared as if the mm's were only processing the sell orders and rapidly racheting down the pps so that they could cover their shorts and then slowly processed the buy orders to allow the pps to rise after they were covered. woe to those who got caught in the middle of this as they got pounded. the material below was taken from another site and may give an insite on how the mm's operate:
I was an OTC MM for about 10 years ending in the late 80's. Since then I have been strictly an investor. Since I have not been that up to date in MM rules I will only make statements that I feel fairly confident are still accurate regarding these activities. By and large most MM don't have a clue nor do they care to learn, about the fundamentals of the stocks they trade.
They just try to make orderly markets. When dealing with BB stocks it is very easy for a MM to get trapped into being short in dealing in a fast moving market. Reason being; most of the MM's in this stock are what are called "wholesalers" this means they don't have retail brokers "working" the stocks.
So they have to rely on what's known as the "call" from larger retail houses. If a "Big" retail firm like an E-trade calls up a market maker to purchase say 5,000 shares of a stock, they expect to get an "execution" from that market maker. If he turns them down, or only gives a partial then the "Big" firm will go to another MM.
If this second MM "fills the order" then that "Big" firm has a moral obligation to continue to give future "business" in that stock to that MM who performed (his life blood). This will go on until he "fails" to perform and so on.
Contrary to popular opinion the "Big" firms Do NOT neccessarily go to the "Low Offer" to fill a buy order (Or high bid for a sell). They "Go" to who they think will perform to fill the order and expect that MM to "match" the "low offer" in the case of a buy (bid in the case of a sell). Even though this MM might in fact be the "high bid" and not really want to sell any more.
As a wholesaler he must perform or he will get a reputation as a "non-performer" with the "Big" houses and will cease getting "calls" which means he will soon go out of business. I mentioned above that this activity is very significant to BB stocks. I say this because most of the trades in these BB stocks are "unsolicited" and are done through discount houses.
With the above groundwork laid, let me try to explain how market makers get short even if they like the Company; Lets say that a stock (shell) has been lying quietly at $.25 bid $.50 offered. A limit order comes into one of the MM's to Buy at $.50 for a thousand shares. Prior to this trade that MM may be "flat" (neither long or short any shares). He fills the order and is now short 1,000 shares. He may raise his bid hoping to find a seller to "flatten" out his position. But before he realizes it a wave of buyers have come in and cleared out all the $.50 offers. Now the stock is $.50 bid .75 offered. Here comes that "Big" firm he just sold the 1,000 shares to at .50 with another bid for 1000 at .75. He makes this print. Now he is short 2,000 at an average of .625. The market keeps moving and now its .75 bid 1.00 offered. Now he has to make a decision.
Just like investors, MM Hate to take a loss. So 9 times out of 10 he will now sell 2000 at 1.00 making him short 4000 but with an average .81. At this time he would love to see a seller at .75 so he can cover his short and make a few bucks.
But instead the market keeps moving up. Now it is 1.00 to 1.25 and here comes the buyer again at 1.25. He doesn't want to lose the call so now he needs to sell 4,000 at 1.25 to keep his break even point above the bid. Now he is short 8,000. Market moves up to 1.25 bid 1.50 offer here comes the buyer now he feels he must sell 8000 here because "stocks don't go up forever".
Now he is short 16,000. And so on and so on. If the stock keeps moving up, before he realizes it he could be short 50k or 100k shares (depending how big his bank is). _________________________
Finally the market closes for the day and on paper he may look all right in that his "break even" price may be around the closing price. But now he has to figure out how to entice sellers so he can cover this short. It is important to note that if this happened to one MM it has probably happened to most all of them.
Some ways MM's entice sellers; Run the stock up with a "tight spread" in a fast market, then "open" up the spread to slow down the buying interest. After it has "cooled off" for a little while lower the offer below the last trade right after a small piece trades on the offer then tighten the spread so that the sellers feel they can take a "quick profit" by "hitting the bid" on the tight spread.
Once the selling starts the MM's will walk it down quickly by only making small prints on the way down with the tight spread. Another way is by running the stock up in the morning, averaging up their short then use the above technique to walk it down in the afternoon.
Hopefully after doing this for several days, it will demoralize the buyers. The volume will dry up and the sellers will materialize thinking that the game is over.
Contrary to popular opinion, MM usually Do Not Cover in Fast moving markets either Up or Down if they are short. They Short More. They usually try to cover after the frenzy is out of the market. There are many other techniques they use but the above are the most popular.
This technique works about 9 times out of 10 particularly in a BB market. However that is because 9 out of 10 BB stocks are BS. Remember what I said above. Most MM's don't have a clue as to the value of a Company until they get trapped. If the Company has solid fundementals and a bright future. Then the stock will do very well. And the activity that caused the situation will prove to even help the future stock activity because it created an audience."

ummm...first of all I never pumped this stock, I bought into a stock that I had a feeling was going up and it did. I had a price target of $4 and when it got there I sold. I merely made a profit which is the name of the game. If it is unethical to make money in the stock market then I guess I am unethical. My habit is to provide both positive points and negative points. My habit is to work at presenting an objective viewpoint.

"Can't help ya, kid--don't hold the baaaaaaaag!"
Clearly, not newbie stuff, or--for that matter--not even for advanced traders of different style/temperament...
The problem arises when folks pool up and group-think takes over. Often these threads attract fresh newbs and beginners--including many who do *not* post. There may be easily one or two good runs--sure, sometimes more--yet weeks after, peeps are still hanging around, wondering about their great company. But the original cheerleaders are long gone, the share structure having been revealed, the dilution discovered, whatever.
Some have made dough here, playing shrewdly. Others have made dough, simply being lucky. Other have lost great percentages, thinking any entry was good and they could merely sit back and watch it go.
When some are repeatedly urging to "stay in" until extremely large gains are made, look to see who's behind the curtain...

The humorous part of your argument is that you are positive this is a scam...myself and many others look at this as a budding company...only time will tell. I am no longer in this stock so you saying I am pumping it is silly. I have 7 or 8 posts out of 7 pages, none of which say BUY THIS STOCK. I point out price increases, PR's, and say I like the stock. It should be stated that here at allstocks things are a bit different than on the other MB's out there. Here there is a true desire to protect the newbies from the many scams in pennyland... This is not really so much an official rule of the board but a creed by a few core members who have been here for a few years. It is widely known that Allstocks is not the best place to pump worthless companies... as CMKX pumpers found out a few years ago... It was this board that was first to bring light onto that scam.
It is true that once in a while a scam stock newbies are warned against does infact run.. it happens... rarely. This does not mean we were wrong about the stock being a scam.. it means supply/demand biased enough towards the demand side that there was upward movement. This could happen for a variety of reasons... but when it does happen you will find that we are quite honest about the reasons.

Genius definitely if you can predict how much of a run your stock might have .. also, the person who had entered last and made that % profit of yours to 40, would be a bagholder once the price drops right? and he definitely is the one whom i guess everyone posting here is concerned about. so i think either people should request the "last buyer" not to buy the stock so he doesnt become a bag holder or say, I dont care about the last buyer, i am out with my profits. now thats an irony right.. anyway most of us know the game, and the person who doesnt learns it pretty fast hard way!..

These type of people represent the vast majority out there. The dishonest, the unethical, outnumber ethical traders by a thousand to one.
Odds are good you, the reader, are one of those unethical people, yes?

purl gurl's post is dead on. remember this every time you purchase a stock, especially a pinkie. carefully calculate the odds of getting your money back from the mm's and the thieves against the odds of making a profits. if after carefully considering the above, if you are willing to assume the risk and assume the responsibility for your decisions, proceed. if this is not for you, consider a safer vehicle to put your money in like the bank. if you pick up on something and make a profit, i respect that. if all there was to this was looking at a stock message board, look at the title of a thread, buy the stock on the title, and get rich, this would be a great life and we would all be at the pool by 10 a.m.. thank god for those that keep pointing out to us how perilious playing with pinkies can be !

66, recently I broke one of my rules which is to never bring in high risk stocks. However, this one was too tempting and a sure bet.
TCLL was primed for very fast day trading. Some here made very good profits in a matter of a few hours; in and out.
I did advise readers, repeatedly, of risks. I urged those not familiar with day trading to stay out. Some comfort on my part knowing TCLL would not crash and will eventually rise in share price.
Very rare will I bring in such risks.
Ironically, others made profits and I am still holding a small empty bag. No problem because profits will come later, for me.
My point on GHLT is risks are obvious and GHLT is an obvious scam. This one, none should touch it.
Real point is when traders participate in scams like GHLT, those traders are assisting the crooks. Those traders are enabling the crooks. Those traders are helping the scam to be a success and this GHLT is one of the best operated scams in recent history.
Crooks walked away with tons of money. Those crooks will use some of that money to start up another scam, then another, then another...
Helping crooks for the sake of personal profit is way wrong. This hurts everyone. Yes, a lot of money is made playing along with scams but look at how much damage is done, now and into the future.
This type of activity is simply unethical and no matter the argument, this will not change.
Call it for what it is, prostituting your dignity for lust of money.

pg, your point is well taken. i have had TCLL on radar since you pointed it out, but have not purchased any at this point. GHLT, AURC, and NDOL are all scams with sizable dilution going on IMHO. i read all of your posts carefully and appreciate your insight. you saved my butt with one of your posts on PGPM a couple of months ago. your posts have been a great help as we trod through this minefield of penny stocks.

TCLL, I think traders are waiting until quarter end and a 10Q to learn if those profits will be repeated. If so, if similar profits are reported, TCLL "should" skyrocket. Will not be too long before quarter reports start coming out.

Yeah, I would love to watch everyone make good money. This is not the way the game works, though.
I do rag on crooks a lot. I really do not like those people. Nonetheless, each of us do have larceny in our hearts and minds.
You know I would be lying if I claimed my only goal is to help people. My goal is to help and make money. Together, as a team, we can work some of these plays. We, here at Allstocks, can make reasonable profits without placing too many readers at risk.
We keep the playing field level yet know we are not playing on a level playing field; we hope the field tilts in our direction.
My estimate is for every one winner person there are ten loser persons. We are, without argument, taking other people's money. Most often, those people continue on to make their profits, although more modest. Some, in all honesty, are left holding the empty bag; we have their money.
I might not like that but this is the way the game operates; winners and losers.
However, we play by the rules. We are playing to win through good sportsmanship. This does legitimize our efforts to take others money.
No lies, no fraud, simply, "I played better."
.... or I lost, which is common!

Purl Girl if you don't like a stock couldn't you just state that instead of accusing people that do buy into it of being crooks. That is really going overboard. I find your judgement of others to be very offensive. You're supposed to be judging the stock/company not the people who post. I suppose you think anyone that plays the lottery is a crook. There is usually just one winner and the others are out their money? No matter which stock you buy someone has lost money on it at one time or another. If a company doesn't check out to your satisfaction just state that and be done with it. As a newbie I am not interested in your ethicial calls just the merits of a stock.

Purl Gurl you are the typical bully that likes to try and beat people down with your mouth. When you attack other people in the manner you do it totally takes away from any creditability you are trying to achieve. Stick to stock/company facts and drop the personal ethical slams.
