NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 28, 2006 -- BioPharmetics, Inc. (Other OTC:BCSM.PK - News) announced the company has received final approval from NASDAQ for the forward stock split and name change to be effective on the open of trading, Monday April 3, 2006.
The stock split will be accomplished through a stock dividend entitling each stockholder of record as of Friday, March 31, 2006, to receive two additional shares of common stock for every one share owned. The shares will be payable on Monday, April 3.
