I have a general investment question and have been unable to get a clear answer. I'm hoping that some of you (who have provided great advice and insight thus far) might be able to enlighten me. I own several shares(ADRs) in a company that has a planned IPO coming this summer. How does the IPO affect and or relate to the shares that I already own? Are the two tied to one another and should the up/down go hand in hand? Thanks for your opinion on this!
