LOS ANGELES, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Royal Spring Water Inc. (OTC; ESYY.PK), a bottler and distributor of Artesian spring water, announced today that it plans to file for a listing on the NASD Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board exchange (OTCBB).

About Royal Spring Water Inc.

Royal Spring Water (www.royalspringswater.com) bottles and distributes Artesian spring water of unparalleled quality and purity. The company's underground source has existed for millions of years and is part of the "Ogallala Aquifer", one of the country's largest and best water quality aquifers. This Artesian spring water is already cold and free of organic contaminants, making it desirable for drinking. The state-of-the-art facility in Hereford, Texas is where pure water is extracted from underground wells and then through a complex filtration and bottling process.

In addition to exceptionally high quality water, the facility allows for the manufacturing of plastic bottles and labels providing a fully customized product for a very competitive price.

It is simple - Royal Spring Water has one of the country's best quality water, at the best price currently available in the market.

Hey i just saw this one too, looks very good
think as the law of price discovery happens
we will see 3-8 in 2006

CANT LIVE WITHOUT WATER, and as population and global climate change happens, demand will push water prices farther then it did gold and oil in last decade

doing more research
like what im finding.

Hmmmm good find! Bet there's some really good dd on this one. Going to sniff it out.

well it makes sense,Global water consumption rose six fold, more than double the rate of population growth, during the last century. Fresh clean water is getting scarce, and it has no substitutes. For investors in companies that can supply our increasingly thirsty planet, that spells opportunity.

esyy closed at high of day on friday, i will be adding next week

do your research think you will find some good nuggets

Some research i gathered
this had a strong close on friday and got my attention

Global water consumption rose sixfold between 1900 and 1995—more than double the rate of population growth—and continues to grow rapidly as agricultural, industrial, and domestic demand increases (WMO 1997:9).

New estimates of water scarcity calculated by the World Resources Institute in collaboration with the University of New Hampshire show that some 41 percent of the world's population, or 2.3 billion people, live in river basins under "water stress,"

More than 50% of Americans drink bottled water

From 1988 to 1998, the sales of bottled water tripled to about 4 billion annually, according to the Beverage Marketing Association (LA Times, 4/23/98

How much water do people drink? Nestle Waters North America, Inc.’s revenues jumped from $1 billion in 1997 to $2.6 billion by 2003, only 30% of the market, over $8 Billion dollar industry.

nice info pirate. Been watching this stock, have a thread going in the Over $.10 forum on it. Looking great this week.

Yup, slowly been uptrending. Pirate always had great picks. I see this one trading over 2.oo in short time. They are accumulating cataracts, which is making this a valuable company with strong potential. They sell water that is of higher quality than other mainstream water distributors.

Volume has been steadily rising and I dont see the trend breaking anytime soon. Great company here selling a quality product. Watch this climb these next couple of weeks!

Know where ESYY (Royal Spring Water) comes from?
High Plains Aquifer, also known as the Ogallala Aquifer. One of the country's best water quality aquifers and among the largest in the world, covering an area of about 174,000 square miles. Royal Spring has wells in Herford, Texas, that tap into this aquifer.

Looking for that $1.50 break today

Posted by Greeneyes on :

Getting closer to 2 each day

Posted by Greeneyes on :

I just spoke with IR and they told me the O/S is 30,072,000 and the float is approximately 3M

I think that the float is going to be absorbed very soon, then it will make a big move higher as shares will be nonexistent

6.5 mil a year contracts so far, allready the fundamentals are suggesting 3.25 range forward pe., typical pe is 15.

If we break 1.50 here we could see 3.00 pretty quick. Nice volume and support from top to bottom.

Water is a growing $420 billion global industry. Royal Spring only needs to capture a small piece of this market to reward its investors. In 2 years the company expects gross income to reach $20,700,000. Shares issued 30,072,000. Won't take long for all to be bought up. Then, where will the pps go!
