OMNI Energy Services Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to provide an integrated range of onshore seismic drilling, permitting, helicopter support and survey services. It operates in three business divisions - Seismic Drilling, Aviation Transportation Services and Environmental Services. The principal market of the Seismic Drilling division is the marsh, swamp, shallow water and contiguous dry land areas along the Gulf Coast, primarily in Louisiana and Texas. The Helicopter Transportation services to oil and gas companies operating primarily in the shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Environmental Services includes dock-side and offshore non-hazardous, hazardous oilfield waste management and environmental cleaning services, including tank and vessel cleaning and safe vessel entry for oil and gas companies operating in the Gulf of Mexico.
