Near 52 WK low. Trading around book value. Opinions?

i think it looks ok here. if we can believe the ceo's comments the company should have a profitable 2nd half. maybe move it back to the 5 level over the next couple of months.

Revenues and stock holder equity have increased for 5 straight years! Looks to me like they have good management.
