Came across this in the news and thought it sounded promising. Has shown great movement in the last 90 days but volume appears to stay pretty low. Looking for feedback.

(OTCBB:CMDA - News) today announced that the Company has successfully acquired the Airport and Subway advertising contracts from Chuangrun and Mr. Hanxiong (Adrian) Cai has been named to the Board of Directors. Mr. Cai graduated in 1989 with a BA (Foreign Trade) from Guangzhou University in China. He founded the Chuangrun Group of Companies in 1999 that has evolved into a very successful media and advertising company in Southern China. He has been appointed President replacing Ms. Angela Du and also elected Chairman of the Board. A Funding Allocation Committee has also been formed with Michael McKennon CPA (Director and CFO), Ernest Cheung (Director and Secretary) and Adrian Cai as the Committee members for a term of two years. The Company has concluded a series of discussions with management of the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport prior to the start of the Spring Festival holiday period and we expect to schedule installations before the end of the month. Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) is the most important celebration on the Chinese calendar; this year it starts on February 9th and will last about 10 days. Advertisers, as well as advertising agencies have already approached us for space availability. We expect to attract top tier advertisers to our signs once they are installed.
