VANCOUVER, Nov. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Emerson Oil and Gas Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed a letter of intent to earn 50% working interest in the Rinsland well and Lease in Bossier Parish Louisiana. The Rinsland well is located within a half of a mile of the W.T .Davis well, which is currently set for production. Emerson Oil and Gas will pay $250,000 USD to earn this interest in the Rinsland well and lease.
