CSYT very likely to have good news this coming week per strong indications and rumors. Could well give it a nice bounce off these lows. I predicted MCGI news last week, as well as others. CSYT should follow suit.

ComSynTech to Assist Kodak in Developing Radiology Information System for Diagnostic Imaging Centers

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 28, 2004-- The Companies Also Will Collaborate on Future Generations of the Product

Communication Synergy Technologies Inc. (ComSynTech) (OTC:CSYT) a medical and business information technology company, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, MedSynTech Corporation, has signed a multi-year agreement with Eastman Kodak Company to jointly develop a Kodak radiology information solution for the diagnostic imaging center (DIC) market. MedSynTech will also license technology to Kodak as part of the development effort. Terms of the agreement were not announced.

Under the agreement, research and development experts from both companies will tailor Kodak's current radiology information system (RIS) to the specific needs of DICs and, subsequently, will collaborate to evolve future generations of the product. Currently, Kodak's RIS, which serves as the information management backbone for a radiology department, is designed for hospitals and other large healthcare facilities. DICs are free standing, often independent centers that perform medical imaging services for hospitals and outpatient facilities, and as such have special requirements.

"This agreement will enable us to customize our RIS platform for diagnostic imaging centers in a way that provides real value to these customers," said L. Jeffrey Markin, General Manager, Healthcare Information Systems, and Vice President, Kodak's Health Imaging Group. "Kodak is committed to developing products that enhance workflow and productivity for DICs. We expect customers to benefit from products that result from this relationship as Kodak focuses on the unique needs of the diagnostic imaging center market in the U.S. and beyond."

"The immediate value of the Kodak partnership is that the U.S. radiology market will reap the benefits of an array of market-driven features and customer-focused expertise developed by MedSynTech over the past six years," said Seth Borg, M.D., Chief Executive Officer of ComSynTech.

"Kodak's reputation - and the capabilities of its sales and service teams - are second to none," Borg added. "This joint initiative will play exceptionally well in the current healthcare market that is clamoring for IT solutions that permit radiology imaging services to be performed faster, at higher quality and at less cost."
