YPNT

Look at this stock!! Revenues are increasing and it is very profitable! I am going to buy and hold this one. If they continue to produce revenues and profits like they have there is no reason this stock can't go back to over $4!!

Be careful with this one. Seems to be some shady dealings that have gone on, with directors and CFO resigning this summer and possable SEC violations.

If they can withstand the current obstacles this may do well. If not it is a bankruptsy candidate. Have only done preliminary DD on it, so dont have all the facts. That appears to be why the price is near year lows on a company that should be twice as much or more from its PE.

True but there has been some insider buying!! I would be alot more concerned if they were dumping their shares!!! Plus the last 2 quarters they paid a dividend. Sure its only a penny per quarter but thats better then nothing!

hmm, interesting stock! seemingly always profitable, though their last Q was actually a bit of a dip in profits from the previous 3. i always like low-P/E stocks.

also, some interesting comments in an august filing, that seem to hint at some internal "troubles", without directly addressing what they might have been. quoting from the report:

---

Challenges and Solutions

We have faced a number of significant challenges over the past few months and have recently experienced substantial turnover in our management and Board of Directors. However, we believe that the progress the Company has made in addressing these challenges and adopting enhanced corporate governance practices will help us to preserve the financial and operational integrity that the Company and our stockholders have experienced in the past. This progress is marked by the following examples:

· In keeping with our goal to end all related party transactions, we have terminated the Company's Executive Consulting Agreements pursuant to which the offices of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and other executive positions were provided through consulting companies.

· We have revamped our management team and have filled the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer with highly qualified individuals, as described in greater detail below.

· We have recomposed our Board of Directors to include more independent directors, as described in greater detail below, and we continue to seek qualified independent candidates.

· We have formed an audit committee, adopted its charter and appointed its chairman.

· We have adopted a comprehensive code of ethics.

· We have revisited and updated our insider trading policies.

----

not sure what to make of that, sounds like some funkiness but - maybe it's nothing, dunno. glass, any thoughts?

anyway, an interesting and at least initially promising stock - good find, osubucks30. will do some more research, and put on my watch list.

hmm, well initial research doesn't prove too promising.

have a look at this: definitely some real shadiness:

sorry osubucks - it's off my watchlist. tread cautiously here, imho!

ah, the wonderful world of the OTCBB...

Thanks for the info! I was going to buy and hold but now I will probably just try to make a couple quick profits on dips!

The only question I have is why aren't the insiders dumping their shares?

Plus an analyst is tracking the stock on yahoo http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ao?s=YPNT.OB

I dont disagree Blue but again that article was from May and that officer "resigned" 8 days later. This may still be one to watch but I would not make huge investment and may have to be babysat so not for everyone. I am still a bit intrigued with this one though.

i have not made ANY money the past three months buying and holding.....
the few holds i have that are up don't come anywhere near covering the downs....

Well since last posting they announced a third consecutive divident of .01 per share! At the current price that is over 4% yield!

Also there were some small insider buying! (They bought it at 1.15)
