Nice hit guys. Let's see how this will go.
Question, how many shares to you guys own? Also, what's your target price for this stock, $1.50, $1.75, $2.00, $3.00, etc.,

2. What's your target price for this stock, $1.50, $1.75, $2.00, $3.00, etc.,?
-My price target are the high 1's or mid 2's.

Just this morning, Bloomberg 1130AM radio (huge in NYC) was talking about IPVO for a few minutes!
I didn't here it though, my friend called me up and told me to turn it on, by the time I did it was over.
Financials should be out soon (this week maybe?) and they should look real good compared to last years.

I watched this stock every day and yes, it would of been a nice swing trade candidate. It was very predictable for the last couple months. But, now with this 10K coming out, I'm not sure what will happen right now.

-ls007
It closed at $1.14 today!
Is this a beautiful chart or what!...

1. Today at 7:00 PST the stock was in a selling mode. It had very little volume and people started to sell the stock from the beginning of the trading day. Momentum on the stock was negative causing the stock to drop in price (1 or 2 cents) to $1.00
2. Once the published report on "Closes Acquisition of RKM IT Solutions..." was published, investors started to buy on "speculation" causing the stock to move up very little. From 11:23 - 1:35 the stock maintained a price range of 1.04 - 1.06. The published report did not move the stock higher because the news was already “built into the stock” (please see March 30, 2004 report on "Pending Closing of RKM Acquisition..."). Once the news of %145 Year-to-Year hit the market and once the 10K report was published, the stock was on a frenzy. Volume quickly made it's way to 2 million then 3 million within several minutes. At the end of the trading day, you'll notice a few key signs of selling causing the stock to dip down.
My prediction, the stock will pop up a little tomorrow (around $1.18 – 1.20'ish a then a nice drop in price. If no BLOCKBUSTER news comes out for the rest of this week, you'll see the stock back at $1.00 or below at .97.
Please note - From March 26, 2004 the stock went up over 20%. This morning, investors were selling the stock. Look for people to take $$$ of the table.

I agree. I think it will retrace to the .90's. This is fine though. I'd rather see a nice slow climb (less volatile) than a huge jump (risky, unpredictable).
I feel that if everything still goes as planned, first and second quarter reports will make the price keep climbing.
I think I'll take my money off the table if/when it hits $1.50 then ride the free shares until....
I'm holding all my shares still. I'm gonna risk it for potential reward. I've been in since an avg. of .34, so I got plenty of room to get out if it drops for some reason.
GLTA!
In conclusion, I agree with your prediction of 0.90 cents. I think it will go back down then back up. I too rather see a nice climb up with moderate volume then a spike with a tons of volume.
It will be interesting…interesting indeed.
Enjoy,

my plan:
BUY: 50000 @.34 = $17,000
SELL: 50000 @ $2.00 = $100,000
TOTAL PROFIT = $83,000
That is not correct. What happened to the other 17K.
My Plan:
Buy 50000 @.34 =$17,000
SELL 50000 @ 1.14 to get $40,000 Profit PLUS the 17000 on your original investment.
Buy 60000 shares @.95 (17K + 40K = 57K/.95 =60,000 shares)
Sell @2.00 = 120000
Profit= 120K - original investment 17K = 113K profit.
My way is better.

I almost show a profit of one years worth of paychecks! hahaha
Side note:
I was looking through the 10K, and saw a few nice things:
1. The O/S is only 19.5M....down from 41M last year.
2. Net gain(loss) is +$195,454...up from last years loss of $1.4M.
3. Total current assets are $1.9M...up from last years $242,548.
There's some more good points...read through the 10K...
disclaimer: I take no responsibility for any mistakes in the above numbers.
I should have bought at $1.00.
Better yet, I should have held my position of 114,000 shares.

007-
you may be able to get it at low 1's.
I'm looking to get back in at 0.90 - 1.00 range.
Let's see what happens.
FYI - I don't post a lot of picks but when I do, the return is HUGH. I'm looking at one stock right now. I'm still researching it, so give me some time.

This interview clears things up about how this company operates.
There's some nice hints about upcoming news. Should keep the price moving up.
This had an interesting close today!
The last half hour, it shot up and closed at $1.20.
Seems like somebody knows something big is coming, maybe tomorrow or end of week.
Expect this to move up again.
1) PR's come out weekly and it's been about a week now.
2) It has formed a very nice base.
3) Good time to get in, charts show it being oversold.

I agree with your assessment on IPVO about news. I look for next news to be '04 revenue guidence which will be positive for the stock. Keeping $ in reserve should we get lucky and have chance to buy more around $1. I notice postings about this stock have tailed off. Love it---get the weak sisters out.
NO R/S in the future to get to a specified share price.
AMEX may not be the listing of choice, other listings are more favorable.
15 MM rev run rate forecast was raised to 37MM for 2004. Old news. There will be an upward revision coming. No time frame but sounded like a matter of when not if.
IPVO shareholders will own any merged or acquired companies. Innoprise will offer debtor products to companies being merged and acquired. There will also be the possibility for Innoprise Investors to have some options on certain m&a's
If M&A are spun off the shareholders of IPVO would receive a dividend or the like (some reward) for the spin off.
Having stock price over $1.00 for 30 days has brought in a new breed of investor and has allowed Verges new bargaining power when speaking to wall street. An updated analyst report is likely but date was not specified as to when.
The first most likely spin off may come from the area of homeland security. (DCI)
Phil's card already says New Market Technologies. The stock symbol may or may not change.....not sure yet.
Dr. Wu in Beijing was a former government official with ties to technology development within the country. He is instrumental in our growth there. (Not new news)
Phil is using the services portion of the business to generate revenues and ongoing revenue streams from emerging products.
Name change in June.
The three market segments are Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Homeland Security. In Telecommunications there are areas of competency, VOIP, encryption, infrastructure, wireless broadband, software. In Healthcare there is HIPAA Compliance, Practice Management, Ops efficiency, and Claims processing. New targets of opportunity have been discussed recently in the healthcare field. In Homeland Security competency targets are, rugged mobile computing, and custom military applications.
All acquisitions will be with preferred stock. There is NO dilution of float or outstanding until late 2004 when an addition $3 million of shares will come in.
Dallas Business Journal = IPVO is the 3rd Fastest growing Public Company.
6 Consecutive Q's of profitability.
In 2003 over 5 million in assets were acquired.
In 2004 $3MM rev stream in MOS was acquired.
In 2004 DCI with 5MM in revs was acquired.
In 2004 RKM with 2 MM in revs was acquired.
In 2004 WFI LOI for 15 MM in sales is pending.
Innoprise Fund seeks 20 MM in funding and has 11MM subscribed to date.
1.6 MM in cash.
If he could have included Infotel in Q4 we would have 2003 revenue of 3 MM and over 2 MM in cash reported.
Growth will be skewed more toward organic than through M & A activity.
Heading to Europe in a few weeks.
**Posters thoughts, not mine**
IMO, the company is real. These are my opinions only that follow. They have a lot to do but they do seem to have traction. IMO, the critical mass will really kick in later this year, when the stock is closer to $3-4. The trading above $1.00 is important to them and they do realize that they must report when the reportable items. PR's that is. There style and business plan holds water from a MBA perspective, but I have not seem all of the financials that I would like to see. There is definitely a place for a company like this to help bring emerging technologies to life. One good spin off and this company will be moving much higher in share price. I want to repeat that IPVO shareholders own the M&A companies. There are companies out there that need the benefit of what IPVO brings to the party. IMO, this is not a triple overnight stock but it is a slow double to triple throughout the year into Q4.
Phil is a very likeable guy. Better than any OTCBB CEO that I have met. He left his business card and cell number with me without my asking.
I was somewhat surprised at the depth of the team assembled in a OTCBB stock.

Not really. If I sold at 1.3 or more, I would have made $7000 more but I sold at 1.175. Also, if my order of 20,000 shares went through before the news, I would have made over $18,000 alone today. But I'll take the gain. Stock should go down within the next few trading days.
woulda, coulda, shoulda...the same story every time.
