UP 50%, HUGE vol. today after long dormant period. UVCL has been crying to break out. Been riding lower Bolinger Band and got below it today and POW! Up 50%. Last time it touched the lower BB in Oct., we ran from .01 - .17 in 4 days.
8-K filed today, and I sure didn't think it was anything positive. Go figure. UVCL ran from early this moring.

Today's rally also shows how deceiving Level II can be. At 9:30 there were 6 MMs on bid at .02, 5 at .015, 1 at .012 and 3 at an even penny (.01).
